This location has the nicest employees that I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. You can tell they really love taking care of their customers. The pharmacy techs and helpers are very kind and friendly. The lady pharmacist is an absolute Sweetheart(sorry never asked for her name) She keeps you updated when your waiting, customer service excellence skills are outstanding, very apologetic for a delay,super patient with the customers, it’s great to go here when most pharmacists are crabby in other locations. It’s really a pleasure to go to this location in all respects!!

From a new customer,, first off no one said that I had no refills so I found out and caused a delay in meds,then the automated answering service totally sucks,Hire enough people & don't depend on robots to answer

The new setup is terrible!! There are tiny little isles. Everything is all spread out. Sometimes you have to go to a few different isles to get what you need. Before the store reset, all things alike were together in one isle. This new layout is terrible. I'm considering shopping elsewhere, it takes way to much time to find, grab & pay for what you need. I'll always get my prescriptions here. The pharmacy is fast & accurate. The employees are nice & helpful. Besides, there's a drive thru!! But, the rest of the store....New setup, huge mistake!!

This place always tends to be dark inside, not that its a bad thing. Just an observation. Its normally well stocked and employees are traditionally helpful. Have caught some on bad days, but normally everyone is decent. Good selection of items and decent pricing

Normally a pretty good place but there was a guy working the pharmacy today when i went to pick up the script for my daughters pneumonia that told me it would be ready after 5 which was many hours after it was called in. Get there at 5 and the pharmacy was closed.

I took a Covid test here. Had a pretty pleasant experience. Just know that for whatever reason, if you have insurance, you're results will take way longer than the quoted 2-3 days. I know a few people without insurance that have received tests and they always get results withing 2-3 days. Everyone I know that has insurance doesn't get results for 2-3 weeks. I'm on the 2nd week waiting for mine.

# 1 is unless its on sale products are way overpriced..then they have some stupid deal ..if u pay $10 a month there are specials for vip customers..and very undetstafffed do you seriously think i'm going to give them $10 to save 50c

Store is fine, but the Pharmacy staff are rude and impatient. They don't explain policies or procedures well and they also don't seem to be very well stocked in terms of medication.

Ok so my dr sends in a script,,I was write there they say 1 hr ,,no problem so I go shopping over 90 minutes then get to CVS and wait 10 more min on line and guess what not ready so I ank how long but there like just have a seat so I stay 5 more min and ask again how long they dont know so now I leave and it's 20 minutes each way ,,CVS service terrible time wasted time so now I get my script but for the next 2 days I keep getting reminder automated messages even though I picked it up so now I call CVS and ask them to remove my phone # from their system and am told they can't, I have to call an 800 # for the main office in Minnesota,,,guess what I just blocked them and switched all my script orders to rite aid screw cvs

Horrible customer service pharmacist technicians are rude went in for flu shot, asked to sit down and fill out a form,30 minutes later no forms or service. Left without service extremely disappointing

They have been texting me for 3....yes 3 months now that my kids prescription is coming! Called them today, got myself on the phone with the rudest lady I ever talked to. I am switching.
