I just took my pup here for the 1st time. She got a simple nail trim (she is not a fan of nail trimmings) and they made her feel very comfortable and happy :) We'll definitely return in the future!

I am THRILLED with the grooming service Felicia provided for my kitty!He hasn’t been groomed since our favourite groomer closed last year, and it’s been hard finding somewhere new. We tried one large pet store, but it was a nightmare environment for cats (wall of stainless kennels like a shelter, incredibly loud with portable AC units blowing full blast, dogs barking, cats crying…).In contrast, this DSP was perfect! Each furry client goes right into their own private grooming room, and their service is done straight through without “breaks” spent in a kennel. My boy got an excellent report card, and looks shiny and handsome! 🐈‍⬛Photo: he’s tuckered out from his big day out!

Love, love, LOVE this place. My poor girl has been cut when getting her nails trimmed before, so she had a MASSIVE distrust with anyone touching her paws. 🐾 She no longer has that issue after going here for some time. Every groomer I've had always cuts her hair so well! It's like I'm fan girling over my pup every time since she always comes out so clean, fresh, and absolutely adorable!They get bonus points since they don't force my baby into a crate. Ive learned the hard way that she's crate aggressive and is much more comfortable waiting around for her mama to pick her up.I can't recommend this shop enough! They are worth every penny! ❤️

I took my mini Golden doodle for a grooming. She was really anxious when I picked her up. Two days later while petting her I felt bumps and scabs all over and seemed in pain. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

This is my place for life.And I have had a wonderful experience with their grooming service as well. Ignore the main line haters this place rocks and will supersede your expectations!!!

Bala Cynwyd location. Respectful, organized, great vibe walking in the door. Our nervous dog was treated so well getting her nails trimmed, and the staff were understanding. Today was a trial run (as she is usually not very tolerant when getting groomed), but we will be back as regular customers. Super good selection of coats also!

I took my dog here for pet grooming and was highly disappointed in my dogs’ cut but also the lack of customer service when I called to address what they didn’t do correctly in his grooming. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back. I spent over $100 for my 8.3 pound bichpoo puppy. I won’t be back. Nope! Zero stars…do NOT recommend

A few friends of mine had recommended the grooming here so I managed to get my young Alaskan Malamute in for an appointment via their waitlist. All in all I paid about $150 for their grooming service (plus a tip) and I have to admit, I'm not at all impressed by what I paid vs what I received.I went for the 51-75lb long hair Neat N' Up service with a furminator add-on and a free cologne spritz. On the website, the Neat N' Up is said to include, "Bath n' Brush service, face feet, sanitary paw/pad trim, nail trim, and ear cleaning." The first thing I noticed when I picked my pup up was that they didn't do the cologne spritz. Ok, it was a free add-on, no biggie. But when I got home I realized that his nails hadn't been trimmed, which was super annoying considering that was one of the reasons I wanted to get him groomed in the first place and, when I checked my online receipt to confirm the package I picked was supposed to include nails, I saw that I had been charged an additional $15 for brush-outs on top of the $25 furminator (x3 brush-outs at $5 a piece).Listen, I have a malamute, I know he's got a lot of hair, but we're talking about a $95 package that is supposed to include brushing, on top of a $25 furminator brush-out, also needed another $15 of brushing? Plus, at no time on the phone or in-person, did anyone indicate they'd been unable to do any services because of his attitude. He's total baby but even the sweetest dogs can get antsy at the groomers, so I had asked how he behaved and no one raised any flags. Overall he's clean and had obviously had some brushing done but you'd think he'd be show-dog ready with everything I was charged for. Store is cute, staff was friendly, but the grooming is not at all worth it.

The shop is fine, very clean and a great selection; I can definitely recommend it. I can not recommend the groomer services, which have been unprofessional and unreliable from a customer service perspective. Never given more than 24hr notice, they never even feign regret for the inconvenience, and there’s always a story. I wouldn’t recommend them for grooming unless you’ve got nothing else going on and you can account for the ~month between your intended appointment and when you actually get it. Candidly they do a very good job but at this point I’m not comfortable leaving my dog in such a disorganized environment. **Edit based on response; the store is 5 stars, but labor shortage and catastrophic injuries notwithstanding, grooming is 1 star, the fact remains that this has been systemic for some time. This is not the result of one or even two issues, but several. I’ve made a number of appointments, and I believe only one of them went as scheduled, back when Doggiestyle was in its previous location. Some were rescheduled 3 times, and again, never much by way of a heads up, usually the day before, sometimes the day of. My dog was always treated well, and looked great but I will not be going back due to the consistent unreliability and inconsiderate cancellation practices.

UPDATE: Amanda at the Bala Cynwyd location addressed my concerns and helped me reschedule an appointment at their South Street location where the staff was also great! I can safely say that I am now satisfied with the experience.____________________________________________Horrible customer service! I booked my appointment 2 months ago and they decided to leave me a voice-mail less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment saying that they have to reschedule but offered no time frame.This is a HUGE inconvenience because now I'm stuck since everywhere else is booked up as well. Doesn't seem like they care about their customers or their pups. Extremely disappointed and I wish I had never booked with them.

My family adopted our dog from here back in November and the staff there care so much about the animals. Whenever we come back in they always ask us how our dog is doing and if we bring her in, then the employees are always ecstatic to see her. The service there is great and the quality of the items they sell really represents the store. It’s an amazing place and I would recommend going there even if it’s just to look at the dogs and cats they have up for adoption there.

The staff at Doggie Style were friendly and supportive. We took our little (but very temperamental) Corgi in for grooming. After explaining everything to the groomer we left her in good hands. They were quick and did a great job without any problems from our little friend. We will be back. And we highly recommend Doggie Style to everyone!

This establishment is horribly managed. I had made an appointment for my dog to be groomed weeks in advance to get a Saturday spot. On Thursday they call me to remind me of my appointment on Friday. Talking to the associate, they determined that someone accidentally put the appointment in for Friday rather than Saturday. They now have no slots open for Saturday. So I cancelled the erroneous scheduled appointment for Friday. On Friday they called me inquiring why I was late for the appointment. After rehashing the events again, they still couldn't correct their mistake. Their employees need training of how take & maintain appointments. Their grooming is meh at best and their prices and selection are far from competitive.

The staff truly love their dogs and are beyond helpful during the adoption process. My daughter spent hours visiting and walking the dogs until one day one just curled up in her lap --- and that was it. A spacious, well-stocked store where someone's always available to answer questions and find what is best for your pet. Like us, you might walk out with a furry new member of the family.
