Most importantly, the owners & staff make you feel so welcome & special. Talk about shining a light! Great location and easy parking.

Well I guess if you are buying..it would probably be a good experience. I’ll never take clothes there again. I brought brand new shoes (several) beautiful brand new holiday dresses. I think I made $40. I guess it’s the honor system?? Then after 90 days they just keep everything that didn’t sell in That time frame. There’s no way of seeing your account and see what was sold and for how much. I think it’s a ripoff and someone’s making money. Not the people bringing in the clothes…that’s for sure.

This store is amazing and the staff - wonderful! When I needed a dress to attend a wedding - the team went into action and pulled an excellent suggestion - I bought two of them! Also, the store is stylish and set up beautifully. A wonderful mix of new and old - but all quality. From head to toe, pillow to table. Make the trip, it's worth it.

I’ve been to Saving Grace Boutique several times now and there is always something new, clothes, jewellery, home decor items. The staff is polite and professional. Very helpful finding us what we were looking for. Just a lovely atmosphere and an exquisite shopping experience. Even if you come from further away, its well worth it.

The new space is outstanding and the owners have clearly put in an enormous amount of effort making this a WONDERLAND for shoppers. Visited Saving Grace Boutique for the first time a few weeks ago and my goodness, what a perfectly decorated and inviting consignment shop. I purchased a fabulous sparkle belt which was originally purchased in Nashville. Vida gave me an extreme discount, and also noticed that something was missing from the belt. Today, I received the package with the missing belt piece and some chocolate. Unwrapped one of the chocolate's and noticed the inside quote said, "rich friends share chocolate." Yes they do! Talk about excellent customer service. Looking very forward to my next visit to Saving Grace Boutique!

My mother told me good things about this boutique and she was right! I highly recommend visiting Saving Grace Boutique for 4 reasons. 1) The quality of the designer clothing is top notch. I bought 3 beautiful designer dresses and designer shoes I can’t wait to wear. 2) Good-value pricing. Fantastic sales that range anywhere from $50 designer clothing to $3 designer shoes. I bought all of the items I mentioned above for less than $100. 3) Excellent customer service. Vida (the owner) has excellent interpersonal skills. While I was shopping in the boutique, she greeted everyone who entered the boutique, treated them with importance and interacted in a friendly, helpful, and positive way. Sometimes upscale boutiques can tend to be overbearing and display a “snobbish exclusive aura”… which translates to the customer a distasteful and unwelcomed feeling. This is not the case for this boutique. 4) Great shopping music. The enjoyable music really enhanced my shopping experience. I felt comfortable and compelled to look at everything in the boutique. I will definitely visit this boutique again!

Absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. They played with my 9-month-old son the entire time I was shopping. Extremely cool stuff in the store, bad reviews are only from people trying to pawn off trash clothes. She keeps her inventory very high quality.

Calling this a consignment store is kind of laughable when they're reselling mall clothing at about the same price it costs new. Would not recommend this for anybody going thrifting. They tend to think of themselves as being more of an antique store or something like Plato's closet when they carry generic stuff from the mall at a premium.
