I put an online order in today for dog sweaters and they didn’t have one of the options I chose so they called me to ask if i wanted something else of same value, if i wanted a refund for the sweater, or if i wanted to cancel my whole order. I told the nice employee on the phone to pick out any sweater of HER CHOICE for a small, female dog, I trusted them to have good taste and indeed they did! They did not let me down! The sweater they chose is perfect! I love it! Great employees with great taste!

Last week I had a fish emergency when setting up my new 10 gallon tank and my fish died. I thought I knew what I was doing since my 3.5 gallon had been up and running forever. Yesterday I brought in a water sample to be tested, and Jenna was the most helpful person I’ve met at a pet store. Not only did she fully explain what the problems are with my set up and what they cause, but she helped point me in the right direction to products that will help balance my tank! Jenna was very thorough in her instructions as well, much better help than the internet! Thank you Jenna you are the best, please keep being awesome!

Perfect day. I took my corgi for a nail trim. Jenna was amazing. My corgi normally cries and wiggles to the point that someone gets scratched. Not here. I will be going back.

Had unopened science diet puppy dry food for my pup I bought a few months ago. .our vet changed her diet. . Would not take return or give credit. Unopened and stamped good until 2025. Concord pet will now get my $200+ a month.

We literally just came in for some cat supplies for a new cat that unfortunately didn’t work out so we returned some items. I kept the tent and a bed for my current cat. I only got one employee’s names, which was Ethan, but they were all super nice and helpful. Here’s a picture of my current cat Dooku who is gonna really love his new tent. :)

The dog wash is awesome. They provide a variety of shampoos and conditioner. They have a blow dryer. They provide as many towels as I needed. They even have a waterproof apron so I don’t get soaked! The staff was very helpful in getting me situated in using everything.

Beautiful staff. They were very helpful. A Great selection of things to choose from.I saw a gerbil that I wanted so bad but my mother's a baby about rodents. Needless to say I'm sad about it but now I know love at first sight is real.

Best place ever! I went in looking for some saltwater fish, but they didn't carry any. However, they provided me with directions to that fish place, which carries them. I will definately be back for some more aquarium decor! Super friendly staff that answered all of my questions and offered plenty of advice. I will be back soon!

One star for wide variety of items for different pets.Another for the convenience of being within 2 miles of my home.They get -3 stars for poor Customer service and representative etiquette:Sunday 11/21/21 was my very first time in the store since we added a pup to our home.The store is conveniently located so I hoped to make it my "home" pet store.However, upon entering I asked 2 reps that were by the entrance for guidance into the isles that had the products I was looking for.The store was not busy during my visit so I hoped for a bit more customer service but one said if you don't see what you are looking for in the next isle go to the next... And they went back to their non business conversation that was obviously more important than a new client.So, I wondered and got familiar with the store and their dog products.I graved a started package for my pup: treats (very good selection), food, training mats, toys, bed, sweaters (the cutest holiday inspired).I'm a new dog owner but their prices seemed reasonable and I love to support small local business.After collecting more Items than I though I would get the excitement to get home and show my kid and our dog took over and forgot about the poor customer service upon entering the store.But the register girl.... OMGShe was so rude and unfriendly.some items in my cart were marked for sale but the discounted price didn't display.I mentioned it to her and she rolled her eyes and said I needed a membership and gave me a blank stare.So I had to do her job for her and ask her if she could start one for me.I don't think she wanted to, so she did it with an attitude while asking me for my personal info while using her very unpleasant tone.I'm a paying customer and did not appreciate being treated that way.The store is conveniently located so I know I'll end up going in when I need something on the fly, but sadly it will not be my home-go-to pet shop.Here is to hoping that they were not racially profiling me and that other new customers have a better experience.

We come in the store once or twice a week for feeder fish mostly but also cat and dog food or other supplies. We always have a great experience. Special shout out to Rihannon who always has a smile and happily greets and helps customers.. 10/10 recommend going here definitely won't get the Walmart experience from them.

The teens/young adults that work here are actually pretty knowledgeable about pets! The coupons are a plus. Some things are a little expensive, so we go during sales or when there are big coupons on our rewards account.

I have been to Pet Supplies Plus in Avondale twice. Once I went in to pick up fresh food that they held for me. This last time I did curb side pick up. Both times I was treated very well. I was helped extremely quick on my first visit, and my wait for the curb side pick up was very short (less than three minutes)! Impressive!Currently with pet food shortages Pet Supplies Plus has been a life saver!Thank you for having the only dog food my dog will eat (FreshPet)!!

While the location on 202 is good as well, this location truly raises the bar as far as excellent customer service and a dependable team. They know their regular customers well, cater to the needs of their clientele, and are incredibly accommodating. The store is always clean, the layout is sensible, and they are always appreciative of feedback.

This is probably the worst Pet Supplies I have ever been to. It’s absolutely disgusting. Crickets all over the floors.There is dog hair absolutely everywhere. I cannot even wash my dog without becoming covered in someone else’s dog hair because they simply NEVER clean the bathing stations. It’s filthy. They do NOT put the correct shampoos in the right bottles. For example, oatmeal is actually hypo-allergenic, and vise versa. They just put whatever they have into whatever bottles and nothing is correctly labeled - allergy warning. This place is a joke. Had to pay 15$ to wash my dog, in someone else’s dog hair, with incorrectly labeled products.The manager and staff sit in the back on their phones and do NOT attend to customer needs. Manager brings her dog to work and has a nasty attitude when she actually has to ring customers up. The price to wash your dog went from 5$ to 15$. We used to love PSP, but now you’ve lost our business.

Our cats love the store brand crunchies & I love the service. Placed an order this morning and it was delivered within a few hours. When I go to the store they always have everything I need. Definitely recommend Pet Supplies Plus!
