Pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone (well past their lunch break), doesn’t notify when prescriptions are ready, and one of their techs is pretty rude. The actual pharmacists from whom I’ve gotten vaccinations are nice though. I’ll probably take my 6 prescriptions back to CVS again when I need new prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy! We’ve been in the drive thru waiting for 20 mins while they are helping people inside that came after us. We rang the bell, beeped, they don’t acknowledge you or even look at you. I finally went up to the glass and knocked and then someone came…. Trust me they knew we were there. If you’re not going to run the drive thru put a sign up and don’t waste people’s time…. Actually acknowledge that someone is there! Worst worst place!

When at 11:15 to pick up a prescription. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. Waited 50 minutes. No service. Went back at 3 still no prescription. I was told they were counting the antibiotics pills then. I waited a few more minutes. All and all about 4 hours for them to count out 10 pills.

Pharmacy drive-thru takes extremely long,they do not acknowledge that you are there. When you ring the bell they yell at you. When you call, they let the phone ring and ring. Either this Pharmacy needs more employees or a coaching session in customer service.

The male cashier was beyond rude. I said hello he never spoke and I said then you good bye he didn’t respond. I assume he had an attitude because I arrived at 8:53pm not knowing they closed at 9:00pm because the website and phone system informed me that closing hours are 10:00pm. The female cashier was kind after hearing me say have a goodnight to my make cashier and getting no response she responded. As leaving I explained to him that the website informs customers that the store closes at 10:00pm he responded saying “yeah”. Just rude and I was out by 9:02pm. I definitely should have went to Giant...

I love my Rite Aid. My pharmacist is not only extremely knowledgeable, but super helpful. The entire pharmacy staff has such wonderful understanding, empathy and compassion. They’ve made life bearable since my diagnosis in 2016.

Older, bigger, white Woman was very rude and nasty towards me when making a return today. Seemed like I was inconveniencing her when she was already sitting down on her phone. Nasty employee with a gross attitude. Both her and another Asian worker. I am very tolerant and respectful of others, they were not. 0/5!

This pharmacy has rarely had medication ready for us the day our doctors call it in. I actually can't recall a time when they haven't had to order the medication... Sometimes keeping us waiting for important medications for days. The last time they told my husband it would be days before he could pick up his medications he called the nearby CVS to see if they had it. They did. He then called his doctor to have them call it in to the CVS instead. When the doctor heard that Rite Aid didn't have it in stock he was shocked-- stating that the medication was a very basic and common one.When we received news last week that my infant daughter's medication wouldn't be ready for four days my husband and I discussed switching pharmacies.Today I received notification via phone call that her meds were ready... A day early. I rearranged my schedule to get there before they closed because my daughter is suffering and really needs this medication, only to show up to be told that it wasn't ready... That is been told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. When I told the pharmacist about the phone call Id received to the contrary only a few hours before she states that I'd probably signed up for phone calls alerting me when prescriptions were ready, but that Id been told that it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Which mixed message am I supposed to believe here? When told my medication is ready for my suffering baby, I'm going to show up!!! It was so frustrating to, once again, leave empty handed!!!!!! Switching to CVS. I suggest you do the same!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store has all the products you would expect to go there for. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that everything is more expensive than Walmart. If you need a quick trip go to Rite Aid.

Worst pharmacy ever. Standing in line for 5 minutes then told they were closing for lunch. Looking to transfer my prescription. Worst way of doing business.

They really need a bell or something at the pharmacy counter. It takes forever for someone to notice that a customer is waiting to drop off. Maybe it's just the way the window is set up or the fact that I'm short, but I wait way too long for service here.
