Nice store with mostly everything in a dollar or under. You have amazing school supplies, latest seasonal stuff. Party decor, baby, toys for toddler and pretty much those things which you dont want to spend much and wont mind if it get lost/ broken by your kid. Probably the quality is really good as well. Few things are little misplaced so stealing a single star for that. I would highly recommend this place. Pay a visit and you never come empty handed!!!

****"Buyers Beware"****I must expose the Assistant Manager's very rude behavior to customers - today as a customer I purchased kitchen utensils and the Assistant Manager snatched the items I was purchasing out of my hand and SHE rolled her eyes at me then snatched my money. I advised her that was very rude and unprofessional she then stated I have a problem!!!!I THEN REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEROf course I still received...**** "No Customer Friendly Service"****

I went there for gift wrap tissue paper and a card for a baby shower. Couldn't resist the valentine's day decorations. Everything is just $1.25 plus tax if applicable.

This is a large dollar tree complete with refrigerated items and speciality goods not food at other locations. The staff is always friendly and they are usually not out of any products. It is conveniently located in the Audubon Village shopping center, which has just been redone and includes stores such as citizens bank, a nail salon, Indian grocery store and other unique retailers.

I am usually not a fussy shopper even when i have bad experiences. But I visited this store 10/16 at 9:30 am and the cashier was so disgustingly rude to me i couldn’t believe it. At checkout I mistakenly hit the $20 cash back button when I intended to select No Cash Back, and didn’t even realize it. When the cash register opened the woman rolled her eyes and said “no one ever reads the sign” as she pointed to a small handwritten no cash back sign. She threw her hands up like she didn’t know what to do and handed me a $20 bill. She then threw (yes, literally tossed) the bag with my things onto the counter and said nothing else, no “have a good day” or even a goodbye. I know people have bad days but treatment like that unprovoked was very rude and off putting.Edit to add: this location should remove the cash back option/verbally notify customers in line that it’s not available, or at the very least create a larger and more obvious no cash back sign.

Friendly staff and well managed store. Not very crowded and checkout is super fast. They have started selling items for $3 and $5 in Dollar Plus sections in addition to traditional items of $1.25 .

If I could give this store location negative stars I would. The fact that there are multiple employees on staff a time and there is always 1 register open is appalling. Staff would see the line of 15 and will continue to have conversations with people that they are not helping is disrespectful. There is no sense of urgency. It takes at times 20 minutes when there is only 2 people ahead of you on the register. If this was a once in awhile experience then it would be ok. But the this is a every visit thing. This store needs staff that is better equipped to handle customers on a faster pace.

Very disappointed in the customer service when I walked into the dollar tree today. I walked into dollar tree Saturday, May 13, 2023, around 10 to 10:30 AM.. I got my items that I needed to purchase and went to check out. There was an older caucasian male with tattoos at register. He was very rude when we greeted him ,he did not greet us.. i’m not sure if he was having a bad day already but he asked for our cash rudely and took our cash rudely and then he took the receipt and smacked it on our hand. We did nothing and we were pleasant before and during transaction. He definitely needs a new job which shouldn’t be with attending customers or give him new training on customer service .

Just visited this location for the first (and probably last) time. I have been to dozens of Dollar Tree locations and have never had an experience like this. All of the shelves were either bare or completely disorganized. I was shopping for specific garden-related items and it seemed like garden things were placed in random spots throughout the store. I couldn’t find anything that I was originally looking for. One elderly woman was speaking very rudely to customers who were looking at balloons. She said something along the lines of, “Don’t look back there. Don’t even bother turning around. Everything that we have is out,” and spoke in a very angry tone. When checking out, another employee tried selling me face masks or batteries after I already finished paying. That just felt really unnatural and weird. The store wasn’t overly busy but everyone seemed miserable. Overall, the environment in this location feels extremely negative and unfriendly and it felt like it was rubbing off onto customers. A store shouldn’t make you feel upset just for shopping in it. Rated it two stars instead of one because I did end up finding one item that I wanted, but this location needs serious direction.

Never even had a chance to go in and shop because the hours on their website were wrong. Dollar tree said they were open until 10pm for extended hours on their website, but when I arrived they closed at 9pm. I was disappointed to have to make a quick trip, in the cold for a few last items I needed for the doors to be locked.It might be a great store but I’ll never have a chance to find out.

Store was okay in layout. Usually all dollar trees I've been to have similar layouts and products. Could not find the energy drinks that others carry and had difficulty finding the few glasses cords (straps to keep them from falling off). Not going back, wasted precious time.

If brand name means nothing and cost is king, then Dollar Tree is the place for you. I needed some facial tissues today. Every box $1. In this case, I did recognize the brand so I went ahead not worried about quality of the product. Due to coronavirus, there are a lot of new products on the shelves, and also a lot of holes due to shortages. Only one cashier today, so the checkout line was pretty long. Everyone masking up, since it's still required in our area. You get what you pay for.

It is a organized shop, where you can find things easily. Less rush, hence easy shopping. You get almost all products for $1. Tax is 6%. It is worth shopping here for stationery and basic kitchen items, Birthday party items, gifts. Parking lot with wheel chair accessible available. Near by you have banks, wine shop, pizzeria, karate center etc...

The store was messy and disorganized and the employees were not very attentive. It took the woman at the checkout several minutes to realize that I was standing in front of her. I realize this is just a dollar store, but of the several in the area that I've been to, this was probably the worst.

Place is disheveled, and dirty. Cashier was delightful, however. They have a sign on the door to hire, but in the last 3 times I've come in to buy cards, place was in dire need of organization and cleaning.

TERRITBLE NEVER COME HERE there is liteterly one thing AND ITS DIRT AND ITS SO EXPENSISE. I was aslo ripped off, I bought a banna fro $2.25, like WHAT. And the cashiers were so rude. They DARED to ask me how my day was, LIKE I DONT FREAKING NEED TO tell them my personal information.

What a dump. The entire store was in shambles and it looked as though the carpet had never been vacuumed. I left and went to the store in Phoenixville, which was nice and clean, and orderly.

Always has the best products at the best prices!! Our area is lucky to have a high GDP and we are so fortunate to have found a dollar store within 15 minutes from home, I was worried moving into our new home and making ends meet.

It's a dollar store. There's cheap stuff at cheap prices. It is what you expect. Store is clean, cashier's courteous, and dollar priced goods plentiful.
