Horrible pharmacy. They need help but the employees don’t seem to care how long people wait in line. Or that it sometimes takes 24 hours to process the medication. More than once I’ve come back and still had to wait for them to fill the prescription. Apparently this is most CVS’s. Bottom.line they just don’t care

I've been going there for a few years now. The people are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy people are nice and helpful also, even while they are working their butt off.

CHEATING!!! SHAME ON THE OWNER/MANAGER!! This CVS in Audubon had barely over 1.0 rating with many many ratings, including my own. But now they have thrown 90 some percent of them out and created some five star ratings that are artificially inflating the truth. Do not trust these reviews. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever heard of in my life.There is something stinky going on with CVS reviews here at Audubon. A few minutes ago, the overall reviews were very low. Now they have all disappeared and there are only two positive reviews from months or years ago. this pharmacy is the worst that I have ever been to, frequently refusing to answer the phone at all, closing the drive-through, not even bare-bones service. Now they are cheating with their reviews. Be forewarned.

Not the same CVS as years ago. Staff is great is you can wait in line over 20 min to pick up a prescription! Definitely a staffing issue.

Used the drive thru at Egypt Rd and it took 20 min and pressing the call button twice to get assistance. Once the tech arrived at the window she was very accommodating.
