This pharmacy is garbage! They can't staff it well enough to keep their drive through open during normal hours, they make you wait on hold for 20+ minutes, you request refills with it being acknowledged and then you get there and they say they have nothing in the system for you, the staff are miserable, they tell you the wrong information and send you going in circles only to find out that the issue has to do with them after days have been wasted. It is a disgrace that that this is the preferred pharmacy with my insurance and they are putting the other guys out of business, yet they can't keep up for their customers and this is the only option for a 30 day supply. CVS is a joke... executive management should be fired and a new management team brought in. Time for the board to start working for the customers putting money in their pockets.

Drive through pharmacy closed at 10:54am on Thursday. I either have to take two small children in, during flu and cold season, or try again later. The script is for the infant (not sick).Get your staffing figured out. Plenty of people who should only be using drive through (because they’re sick) and the rest of us, it’s either more convenient (toddler and infant having to be carried to the far back of the store to accomplish the goal of the drive through) and/or safer (cold and flu season)

Went to the pharmacy to pick up a bunch of prescriptions but the tech said they didn’t have my two. I tried to show her my text and a tech from the back brusquely told me to go to the other counter if I had questions. It took so long the tech in the back said it would be a few more minutes so I explained my wife just had surgery and was in the car and I had to go if it was going to be much longer but she just repeated it wouldn’t be long. Turns out they put my orders back on the shelf but I got no notices but whatever. So I get my family’s prescriptions, come home and my wife’s painkillers - the one she needs post surgery - are missing and the pharmacy is closed of course. The counter tech’s English was so poor I could only make out half of what she was saying. This is the third time I’ve picked up prescriptions urgently and the most important one has been missing. I’ve hung with this CVS for 14 years but I am just done. Take your business elsewhere.

I have to say this cvs pharmacy needs a complete change in staff. The main black guy with glasses is the most rude miserable pharmacist and poor cvs representative I've seen. He never smiles and is never friendly. If he hates his job here then get lost and go somewhere else. Everytime we go there now we just hope we don't see his mean face.

Can't say much of any positive things with the Pharmacy anymore. You can rarely get someone in the Pharmacy pickup the phone, the drive-thru is often closed. Last time I was there the woman couldn't find the filled prescription. She eventually found it over at the drop-off area. I know things are tough in the retail world with getting enough staff and quality staff, but CVS or the store manager should step it up and do better. This is why people will just go somewhere else to get their prescription filled.

I have never met an employee so concerned with the space behind the register when they often leave signs up telling you to use self check out. Why even offer UPS drop off services if employees gonna complain about accepting a package. CVS is worthless over priced store in our community get rid of it. Scamming old people out of money on over priced stuff is wild. But just the attitude of the employee male guy who wouldn’t take my package citing size requirements while there’s a two other massive boxes behind register and they would have been picked up that day. But hey the space in his vacant store matter so much and he was just pure lazy hates when customers come in with packages often trying to deter to the ups store around the corner. It’s not “your” store my guy figure it out just scan the packages and be friendly. No need to argue with people

I have been coming to this pharmacy for 5 years. In the past 3 - 4 months, the service has gone downhill significantly. Prescriptions are frequently are not filled that were called in several days ago. The pharmacy wait time is usually 20 - 30 minutes and I am asked to wait another 20 minutes to fill prescription that have not been filled. When I call the pharmacy with a question, I am generally on hold for at least 30 minutes. Today I was on hold for a 1 hour and 15 minutes. Until service improves at this location, this CVS is no longer a usable option. I highly recommend using another pharmacy.

Went to CVS Audubon today to pick up a script that had been phoned in two days ago. The pharmacist said that it was not ready and that they were working on it. I said, "How long since you are finishing it up?" The response was, "One and a half hours". "Why so long if you are just finishing it up?", I asked. We are out for lunch was the response.What the pharmacist should have said, "We have had the order for two whole days and we haven't even started it yet. I will finish it up for you, but take lunch first".CVS Customer Service is non-existent and to make matters worse, they don't even care about their customers. The "big guy" behind the Pharmacy counter is the worse! VERY SAD!12/17/22 I had to pick up another script today at CVS Audubon. The girl at the counter said that my order was being worked on and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, I learned that the pharmacist hadn't even started the order. One hour later, I finally was able to pick up my script. BTW, while I was waiting, I had to use their restroom. The toilet Men's Room was filthy with toilet paper all over the floor! It is evident that management cares nothing about their customers.

I called to see if my sons script was ready and waited on line for 45 minutes and was disconnected. Called again and waited an hour and got impatient and decided to drive to the pharmacy to just pick it up. Waited in car line with a sick 1 year old for 45 minutes for his prescription that was called in the day prior. When I got to the window, they closed the drive thru. I went in with a sick child, covered in vomit, and there was a line of about 8 people waiting. When I got to the pickup line, the technician told me my sons medicine was not ready. I almost cried. Luckily, she filled it right then and there as she saw my son was sick. Also- my monthly prescriptions that are very important are also never, ever ready on time.

The real reviews are even lower than this. They have cheated by adding some five star reviews and taking away hundreds of bad ones. The Audubon CVS frequently—frequently—does not answer the phone at all and they close the drive-through because of being understaffed. That is not the fault of those who are working, but the leader ship is making some very poor choices for the consumers. If they are not going to answer the phone, they need to announce that on their answering machine so we don’t wait 15 or 30 or 45 minutes to find out that nobody is answering. I’m changing to a different pharmacy. This isn’t even bare-bones service.

I waited over an hour for them to find my daughters prescription that they said they didn’t have, but they all of a sudden found it, to then tell me that they didn’t have it in stock, they “transferred it” to another pharmacy 45 minutes away, for that pharmacy to tell me that did not receive the transfer. I spent 3 hours total locating a prescription with 3 sick kids in my car. Terrible customer service.

I’ve had 2 other bad experiences with a technician at this location being beyond rude because I had a couple questions about a new prescription but today just cemented that I will never go back to this pharmacy. First off, the window is always closed they put a sign in the window about Covid testing to please call, well customers instead of pulling up to let the person behind them see the window is closed they sit there infront of the window waiting for the pharmacy to pick up the phone, which they pick up and immediately put you on a 10-15 min. hold. Ok fine that’s extremely inconvenient but that’s more on the customer who won’t move from infront of the window. Next I go in to pick up the script tech makes me spell out my entire name, give her my birthdate and phone number and proceeds to say sorry it isn’t ready yet. It was called in yesterday morning! Well I just went full Karen on her. I tell her I’m transferring my prescriptions I’m done with this pharmacy.Between the rudeness of techs, the window always being closed and the time it takes for a script to be filled I’d rather walk into Target CVS where I can at least get a Starbucks! Well I get in my car and not a minute later receive a text the script is done. I refused to go back in and called the CVS inside of Target to transfer. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with rude technicians and pick a different pharmacy. This 1 has 1.8 stars for a reason.

This is absolutely THE WORST pharmacy. I said I will wait for my prescription to be filled. After waiting for half an hour I go back to the line and ask them how much longer will it take. They respond back saying that - sorry, we don’t have in our shelves. This will be filled in tomorrow. Theses guys are absolutely atrocious when it comes to customer service. Im going to change to a different CVS.

This pharmacy is a complete joke. Don't go there unless you want to physically wait half a day (no joke - three hours) for a prescription that was called in DAYS AGO. I called to check on it beforehand, and they left the phone line OPEN on the counter for 35 minutes while they took care of other customers. I don't know who manages this store but this is the THIRD time this has happened. I'm so worked up I will be calling the CVS customer service and logging a formal complaint. This isn't a food truck guys, it's your live saving medication.

Went to the drive thru pharmacyfor my scheduled appointment, waited 10-15 minutes for help, was given my covid test bag after another 10 minutes, and the employee closed and locked the screen behind the window. He put a closed sign up too. I ended up dropping the cap for the test tube somewhere and couldn't find it, and then had no help in that situation. Couldn't go into the store, I'm being tested for covid. Now I have to get another test done tomorrow at a different CVS. Really couldn't even wait until I was finished? It wasn't their lunch hour either.

As I type this, I am currently on hold trying to speak with the pharmacy. It has been 30 minutes. Yesterday when I tried calling the pharmacy, it was 20+ minutes with no answer until I decided to hang up.I keep getting automated texts regarding my prescriptions that need attention with the direction to respond "Help" for help. A response comes back from that text to dial the store number to speak with the pharmacy, so you see the bind I am in.This pharmacy is the worst. Every time I call, I am put on an interminably long hold with usually no answer. I can't remember the last time they picked up a phone call in the pharmacy now that I think of it. The facebook community page is constantly bashing this location and now I see exactly why.BTW, 10 minutes to type this up and I am still on hold. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I have called this CVS pharmacy a dozen times, waited on the phone for 1 hour each time and no one ever answers the phone......EVER! Called on different days, different hours of the day and still no one answers the phone. It is impossible that they are that busy not to answer the phone. What if someone cannot drive to the pharmacy just to ask a question? Whomever is running this pharmacy should be fired and fired immediately.....this is not acceptable for health care service in 2022.

Worst experiences at their drive thru pharmacy EVERY SINGLE TIME. Long wait times, always claim the prescription is not ready and ask you to wait 15+ mins after already sitting in line for longer than that. Pharmacy “manager” ADRIAN is very rude and inconsiderate. DO NOT recommend and switching pharmacies ASAP. Don’t waste your time.

This cvs is less than 5 min from my home and I have transferred my Rx’s to KOP because this location is so incredibly bad. So unacceptable for a business that keeps people alive. Pay your workers more money so you are not so short staffed!!!!! They never have anything in stock and do not answer phones ever or let you know. Stand in line literally for 30+ minutes. Fill Rx’s incorrectly and do not care. Drive thru is closed half the time.

I called and was on the phone for too long and still call didn't go through. Went to pickup my medicine in evening and they said they still have to get it ready and asked me to wait, I am waiting from last 45 minutes still it's not ready. Even another customer in front of me waited for 25 minutes before they said medicine is out of the stock. Next time I will go to another pharmacy instead of coming here.

I'm convinced the pharmacy phones just don't ring. I don't know if I could stand to listen to the phone ring for 45 minutes let alone wait on hold that long. How does the pharmacy just not answer the phone? Not even to acknowledge your call. My heart goes out to the families who need urgent medications.

Absolutely the worst CVS pharmacy i’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service primarily. The wait times are ridiculously long and for no apparently good reason. And the staff falls somewhere between unfriendly and rude.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.I pre scheduled an appt for 2 vaccines 24 hours in advance for 4:15 the following day. I arrived on time, and followed the instructions to check in at the pharmacy drop off window. There were about 6 people working in the pharmacy yet it took a good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I then was asked why I was there, explained my appt, and was told to step over to the consultation window. I waited another 5 minutes before a different employee asked what I needed. I told her I was told to wait at the window for the 2 vaccine shots I needed. The woman seemed annoyed I was there. After another 5 minutes of waiting, watching her run around looking for something, she returned to tell me that they didn’t have the vaccines I needed. I left work early and went out of my way for the appointment, so I asked why they would allow me to sign up for something they didn’t even have. She barely apologized and dismissed me as if I was an inconvenience to her. She was rude and no one else seemed bothered by the inconvenience on my part. I will never go back to this location again.I am considering not using CVS again since this seems to be a reoccurring theme at almost every location near me. The employees couldn’t care less and completely wasted my time and energy. Horrible experience.

I headed to the drive through with my infant after having to take her to urgent care and made it there 2 minutes prior to closing. They couldn’t find my Rx at first but stayed open to find it and fill it which made a huge difference that night for my baby. They could have easily said sorry, it’s closing time and we can’t find your Rx come back tomorrow. Instead, they stayed open and made sure I left with the medicine. This was truly compassionate service.

This place is a disaster. I had a Covid test appointment today at 12:15. The young girl at the window not only had no idea what she was doing but was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. After waiting for 20 minutes at the window she told me that something’s wrong with the computer and to come back later. What? I said what time later…5 minutes….an hour….3 hours as I already waited 20 minutes at the drive through window. She said “I don’t really care” and walked away from the window. Never use this store!!

Have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for over 10 years. Recently it has really gone downhill. My Dr called in some blood pressure meds and it took 2 days for them to be filled. This is simply unacceptable for much needed medications.
