I had taken my mower in September 2022 based on a friend's recommendation. They said they would try and fix it. They said if the repair cost would be high they would call me or call me if they couldn't fix my issue. 5 days later they called and it was fixed. They didn't overcharge me either. I used it once before all of the cool weather hit last Fall and it ran beautifully. I used it this week to mow my lawn the first time this year. It was running rough, like it was a carb issue, but I was able to finish mowing. I took it back in today to have them check it out. I was waited on by an older lady and I asked her if they would take a look at it. She asked if I had brought it with me and I said yes. She said, "Sure!". Then she asked me what brand it was. I told her Poulan. She flipped a switch and rudely said "No!". I told her that they had looked at it last September and fixed my issue and she interrupted me and again rudely said , "No!" " We are behind in our repairs." Then she just walked away from me. I guess Ragan doesn't value the business of an existing customer. If they couldn't fix it this time, I was even willing to consider purchasing a new mower from them based on my previous experience last September. Based on how rudely I was treated by this lady, they lost my business now and in the future! I will be sure to tell my friend who recommended them about my bad experience. I will also be sure to tell all of my friends and acquaintances of my bad experience today and recommend not to go to Ragan!

Mike and Marty are very helpful. They carry the Toro brand which is a well known quality line. The Myride Toro is so comfortable and they do a wonderful job servicing all my Toro equipment.

I would highly recommend. I bought a made in the USA mower from them a couple years ago. When it needed serviced they were fast, very reasonable, and very nice. I will always go back. Great place!

A great selection of just about anything you could or would need this close to home. You can expect to pay a premium for the convenience of distance though. Knowledgeable staff and helpful, I rarely leave Marty's without the object I went in to get.

Sold me an item claiming it was special order and new. Turns out was broken and a “display” so he said from another store. No original paperwork, manual. Threatened not to accept it back, till I told him I would go home and do a charge back on my credit card. I suggest recording any transactions with this company, use Amex they protect their customers best, or better yet buy from a large company where they are not so vulnerable to small cash fluctuations from returns they don’t try every trick in the book to “stick” you for a dime. A small mom n pops store takes it personal when trying to return a defective product. A big store you are dealing with an employee who is less biased, and a return is not coming out of his pocket. The one ugly old man is not very sociable, nor knowledgeable. I was told by stihl they reimburse the dealers for returns if not satisfied. This was a broke switch n bait item, and he still tried to yell, scream and cry about me wanting to return the falsely represented defective item. Finally fearing the charge back fee, he accepted it back. Not out of good will, but greed. Now I understand why he had it cheaper than others, it was not new, or seconds.

The folks here were very helpful while choosing a new lawn mower. They even let me take it for a test drive in the parking lot. Prices were significantly cheaper than other lawn equipment stores.Their front counter needs to be addressed. The "Obama hate" and "anti Muslim joke" display are tacky at best. It really shows how narrow minded the owners can be. I came to your establishment for your expertise on lawn equipment not your politics. Now, I know it's your store and you can do what you want, but seriously, have some class and stick to business. Who knows how many people saw this and you lost business because of it... just my two cents.

They sell and repair nearly everything and they will advise you truthfully and honestly, and they are very fair on their prices. when you know exactly what you need its pretty easy to get it here. when you need help they all are glued to the computers. there are two young guys who are very helpful but they're not always there.
