Likely saved one of my cats: I can only imagine how difficult vet med is since cats cant give a history to provide diagnostic clues to assist with appropriate diagnosis and management (almost certainly more difficult than human medicine). But Dr Dana did ultimately diagnose my cat with a provisional dx of IBD vs food allergy. After a basic lab panel and X-rays + Some glucocorticoids + dietary modification seemed to have allowed my cat to go from not eating, drinking, or moving to acting normal again. I am appreciative of the vet for being able to, with limited information since cats cannot talk or really give much pertinent information, take my (one of three) from pretty ill to acting normal (cats seem great at acting well until they are potentially on death's door) Arrow is doing well now and I'll gladly continue to trust my care with this vet practice. Thanks so much, well worth the time and price of diagnostics to keep my youngest of three cats in good health and a chance at continuing to be a hyper and playful (though often menacing as cats often are) companion. thanks for the help :)

We had to put our baby girl Jada to rest and they were so helpful in the process of that. They explained everything to my partner and I and gave us all the time we needed with her, before and after. They gave us little memoirs of her feet and nose prints was a special touching thing they didn’t need to do. I really appreciated them.

I brought my 2 kittens in to be established with a vet and to get checked up, etc. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional - not to mention, they missed out on an important diagnosis on one of the kittens and also said the one was much younger than she actually is. We went to a different vet clinic who said it was obvious our kitten had a life-threatening disease needing treatment ASAP and was 6 months old instead of 3 months. Endless Mountains also cost us $400+ for incorrect and measly care for our kittens (when the new vet cost half as much and did way more!). I don’t recommend!

Changing my review to 3 stars because apparently since I live in PA I am stuck within some sort of law confide on prescription food outside of the clinics control. Usually have a good experience here. Multiple vets. Current vet is very informative.

Went there because my dog was drinking alot,peeing alot ,400 dollars later they couldnt tell me why,done a blood test "to check for lyme disease " came back positive, because she had it before,just so you people know once a dog has lyme disease which my dog did ,they always test positive,just after your money.

Wonderful vet, very polite staff. They took great care of my ball python. She required several rounds of injectable antibiotics, which they showed me how to administer so I would not have to make the 1 hour trip every 5 days for her dose. Very convenient and my snake is doing great now. I’ve visited several different veterinarians for exotics care and Endless Mountains has been the best experience of all of them.

Tests all came back negative and we were in a waiting period to see if things would improve. Rocky "dog" was lethargic among a few other things. Within the 24 hours the vet who spoke to my sister said her dog should be rehomed and spoke about putting Rocky down for no apparent reasons communicated, proceeded to ask about muzzling the dog when he was simply nervous and there was no interaction between Rocky and the vet.They even went on to recommend buying medicine to soften his stool when he has diarrhea?Overall a bad experience and they didn't seem sensitive to the situation or even like animals.

Up until a year ago my dog was a patient here. Recently moved out of the area. Home for a summer visit and inquired if I could get a script for Bravecto for flea and tick medicine. My dog has an appointment in July for his annual when I return home. He is currently up to date on shots til the end of June. They refused to fill a simple flea and tick prescription claiming they need to see my dog. What a money racket!! Soo disappointing at their poor judgement to make some money on a wellness visit my dog is not due for yet. Will never go here again.

Good staff, unaware doctorWe took our dog in to get her ears checked because of a severe infection she had from the shelter we got her from. She has extreme anxiety around people and will run in fear, and this was disclosed before and during the visit to all of the staff. The receptionist was careful to not approach her too quickly and worked with us to get all the information needed, The intake nurse(?) did an amazing job. She took samples and was very gentle and was easily able to calm our dog and able to pet her within just a minute of meeting her(which has never been done by a stranger before, including us). Everything was going exceedingly well, far better than we expected going into a new situation with our fearful dog, and then the doctor entered the room.He immediately swooped in without warning and startled her, and had a bad habit of talking with his hands (and waving his hands around inches from her head). He then required she be muzzled because he was worried about her “behavior” (despite the nurse sticking q-tips I to her ears and petting her without issue). At that point he felt the need to ask probing questions about how the infection had gotten so bad (she had the infection at the shelter when we adopted her, but she was so scared of people it took us 4 months to even get to the point that we could take her somewhere to get checked out. 4 grueling months of intense 1 on 1 training and conditioning because of her fear of people because of being born in a puppy mill and mistreated her entire life before her adoption). Nobody else in the building had any issues with her “behavior”, but this doctor lacked self awareness to the point that it almost seemed like he was purposefully trying to upset her.I’d recommend this place overall because of the majority of the staff, but if you have any animals that require anything more delicate than unrestrained manhandling, try to get someone besides Dr. Lagao to help you.

Had an emergency with my puppy, she caught her eye on the pointy end of the table. Athens animal hospital said they had no way to see her until two days later and referred us to endless mountains. The staff was so friendly and we got in a room right on time. I love how the staff actually likes animals and even though they're busy, like all vets, and took us at such a short notice they were all really awesome!! Highly recommend going here.

Very happy with this office. Dr Steven is wonderful with my dog. He is so good with her and one of the only vets I know that sits down on the floor with them and gives them love.The office staff is very nice and caring.

With my first visit here with one of my cats, they were very nice. Of course I took them super duper mellow Cat Alice. Alice takes to everybody. They haven't gotten mine oldest cat who well is an old grump. They were very nice today.

This dog had dental surgery 3 weeks ago. The dog now has severe infection on his hind haunch. The raised fur is now all dead skin that will fall off. Eventually he will have to have skin grafts after the infection heals. Today the infected areas are 10 x worse than these pics show. The raised lump has now broke open and some of the skin has come off. All most likely caused by dirty equipment. $1,200 + later plus the expense of having to take him to another vet to get treatment. Follow up visit was another fee and only to be told it may be an allergic reaction. I think it may be time to lawyer up and get our money reimbursed. In the morning when his dressings get changed I will be adding more pictures.

My dad brought his dog here for an ear infection because the groomer recommended it. They see the pet without the owner in the room. The vet never asked my dad for rabies shot verification, she just gave the dog another rabies shot. If she had asked, my dad could have easily produced the certificate, but she never asked. Now the dog has a double dose of rabies vaccine. We’ll never go back.

Had to have my 11 year old pit euthanized. They were spectacular, came out to the car and everything. Extremely caring and careful, professional and sympathetic. They were willing to let me take my time and to move at my pace. They will forever be our vet.

I've been to Rome and Athens for routine work and emergency work and surgery, for check-ups and groomings, both dogs and cats and have been pleased with all visits. All the vets and staff are courteous and knowledgeable and excellent educators. The facilities are clean and attractive. A special thanks to Dr. Lagoa for his diagnostic skills and kindness.

I called and left a message Monday evening when they were closed to see in the morning if I could get an appointment for an ill pet. Never heard back. When I called when they were open I was IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON. The phone rang, it was taken off the hook and hung up without any word from another person. This is very upsetting as my first experience with them was great. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Go to the Athens Animal Hospital instead.

I used the Sayre office 5 times with my new puppy. The doctor were acted like he didn’t like dogs kept pushing my puppy away. They prescribed meds twice and both times the dosage was different. I kept getting one thing from one person then something else from another, then didn’t know what he was there for when I took him in for shots. To top off their service they were rude to my new vet when they called

I took my dog in for dental work he had a few teeth pulled blood test and rabies booster total $1100 a couple days later he broke out with a huge abcesess on his stomach and hip took him back they shaved the one abcess and cleaned it up and gave him a cone that cost another $100 . Well 3 days later and the abcess is getting far worse he's in so much pain he can barely move . He was In Good health before taking him in for dental work now I'm hoping he will pull through .so if you would like to pay alot of money to put your loved pet in alot of pain and make him or her very sick endless mountain vet is the place to go.

My parents took their dog there, they probably won't be back. The receptionist didn't let her know that they had moved when the appointment was made so they were late for their appointment after finding the new building. Then having to wait for their bill while the receptionist was talking on the phone and being treated like they were an inconvenience to her. There are other vets in the area Broadway Animal Hospital southport is a good choice,
