If you buy straight talk any plan be careful when they scan activate or non activate.. Because I did buy and I did scratch but doesn’t work. I did call straight talk customer service doesn’t help.. I did call walmart customer service doesn’t help.. I did stop buy store after purchase couple hour they say non refundable… and my $49.88 gone.. Bad service here. .

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Walmart. Some stock boy stopped a cashier in Lawn & Garden from helping me when there was no line and made me go wait in a line inside the store to buy the mulch which is sold in Lawn & Garden. This guy looked like he should be out with the customers, dirty, not shaven. Really sad that Walmart has had to stoop so low to hire stock boy who are manager wannabes.

I only go to Walmart if I absolutely need to. Never any cashier's and customer service closed at 8. I bought this big mirror two weeks ago, spent almost $600 shopping. The mirror was marked for $62. When I looked at my receipt at home I was charged _$97 for it. I went back with my receipt and was told I had to bring the mirror back for them to reimburse me the difference. Mirror is heavy and about 6 feet tall. I can't even carry it by myself. Ridiculous. Even with my receipt that they can scan.

Horrible customer service at customer service desk! I tried to explain that the idea was not ringing up as the price marked on the shelf and the women insisted that it was an online price. She never offered to send someone to check the price. I had to then order online and do a pickup order to get the proper in store/online price. Nuts!

Of the Super Walmarts in the Lehigh Valley, this store is (by far) the worst. It is in a low-class shopping mall that receives the bare minimum of maintenance and is poorly lit (ladies, be careful at night). It doesn't matter how many times they clean this store, it's always filthy. The parking lot is always overloaded with litter or shopping carts (usually both) and also seems to be among the last stores to be restocked and there are still items that aren't back in stock that should be. If my item is not food-related, I prefer to shop at the tiny under-stocked Bethlehem store because at least I can get in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Lastly, although they operate some registers, most check out is self check out no matter how many items that amateur checking him or herself is. So, you could have one item and wait 30 minutes to get out of the store. Self check-out should be limited to a specific # of items or less so that if you are just picking up one item you can get in/out fast.

This Walmart is huge, clean and has large selection of everything. I saw reviews that people have problems to find Walmart staff. We found a helper right away. Check out process (through a cashier) was fast, no big lines. In fact whenever we come, we check out fast and haven't had any problems at this location.Vegetable were fresh.The store wasn't very messy.Good Walmart. I like it

If i could give it zero stars i would This is the worst place to call and try to talk to someone nobody ever wants to answer the phone at customer service I let the phone ring for 4 minutes and nobody ever picked up.. They need someone that will work and answer the phone... This place is a joke...

Would give zero stars if I could. Drove out to make a return as we were in the area anyhow. Customer service closed @ 8pm even though online says returning items goes til 10pm. If customers service closes @ 8pm they should close the gate there as well! We wanted to make a simple 20 second return @ 8:05pm. Martha the older lady @ the check out said “ If I lose my job for checking you out past 8 I will be coming for you if I knew where you lived.” You should lose your job for saying something that could be taken as a threat….. I should add she wasn’t friendly or had any joking behavior at all. Rude an didn’t want to help us, as she had said

UPDATE: Still a big thumbs up. For this latest visit the staff was so very helpful as I have a severe rib injury and needed to replenish some things. I'll have to say this is my favorite Wal-Mart. For a Wal-Mart, I'll have to give this one a big thumbs up. How neat and clean it is. The store is larger than most I live near. Only drawback for me was they didn't have what I went in for.

Some good prices on produce and groceries. Not always stocked very well. Not enough associate's to help in most departments. Bakery almost comparable to Giant. Small clothing section hard to negotiate. Nice garden section. Clean bathrooms most of the time. Mostly I go for a few of the deals.If my review was helpful please hit like.

I applied for an overnight stock clerk position in 2020 was denied the position because I had a court case pending was told after I took care of the court case that they would hire me that was in 2020 now in 2024 applied also for overnight position now I'm being told that I had three tardies if there was the retarded they must have been from years ago. ! I thought they were supposed to come off every 6 months !!!! Nothing but the runaround !

The past few times I've been there, I made decently pricey items. I knew what I wanted, but help is impossible to get in a timely fashion in this place. A five minute purchase is impossible in this place. Plenty of workers playing in the back rooms. No help.Save yourself time....for a Wal-Mart, this place is not good.East Stroudsburg super center is SO much better.

Do pickup every weekend and its a great experience thanks to one of the associates who is always the person on shift. Tony is a cool guy! Pickup order is always ready on time as well.

Showed up at 10:40 and was told at both doors that they were closed even though it was 20 minutes prior to their closing time of 11pm (advertised on their doors and online).This is incredibly frustrating when you show up for one specific item in an emergency and they won't let you in the store even though they're supposed to be open!

This walmart ,needs to do better restocking there supplies,like reach dental floss,body fortress whey chocolate flavor protein shake,for some reason always carry vanilla, and strawberry, but never chocolate, most of the time I have to go to willow Grove location which is 10miles from where I live!!!!!!!!!!

They open at 6am- go then if you can't stand the chaos of crowds. They now offer sensory hours as well. The parking lot is always a circus despite time of day.

I debated posting this review because I'm sure it won't make a difference & nothing will be done. But I was shopping here on monday between 11am-1pm with my daughter for Valentine's Day candy etc, while down the isle a female Walmart employee that was shopping for the online orders kept saying excuse me multiple times in which I moved as far as I could & apologized, I moved towards the end of the isle and my 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER was picking out a valentines for her brother when she comes over says EXCUSE ME LOUDLY and pushes my cart while my daughter is directly in front of it grabbing the valentines for her brother and almost hits her in the side of the head! The only thing that stopped it was me putting my hand on the cart while I loudly replied you almost hit my daughter! She didn't even apologize! She was tall with blonde curled hair (long) and didn't have a name tag that I could see. I'm more angry at the fact she seen her there and did it anyway! I couldn't move any further as the isle was packed and again WE WERE GRABBING ITEMS RIGHT THERE. And I had already moved out of her way TWICE. She has zero patience & I wasn't the only person she did this to! Please train your employees or hire decent ones. Ill stick to pburg Walmart where I don't have do deal with such ignorant employees!

Came here to return a couple things as well as buy a couple things. Had no problem returning my items, but finding what I needed was pretty difficult. This Walmart is huge and it felt like I was in a labyrinth.

I was racially profiled bye the older woman that was working Check out yesterday afternoon around 3pm me and some other Man I'm 9 months pregnant getting last things for the baby and I had the receipt in my hand and she's watching my cart no one else and she comes up to me and says u going to pay for that giving me and dirty look I showed her and said yea I paid for it and she told and other man of my color to not Check out and do to a line she didn't trust him .... now this is my first time coming there and I will never again ...... in my 26 years of life I didnt have that done to me and she wasn't doing it to the other people which was white nor she didn't do it with my husband she did it with me and one other ..... they need to get there staff in check or there gonna lose customer like me forget that place I'll never be going back

The reason I’m giving 5 stars is mostly because they actually have a nursing room and a family restroom! I’m able to bring my 8 month old son with me and it’s super convenient to get him changed and then head to the nursing room if I need to feed him. I always make this Walmart my middle stop for that reason whenever I’m running errands! Also the store for the most part is one of the cleanest Walmarts I’ve seen!

What can I say about Walmart really not much to say especially when you have to use your own working skills to check yourself out at self-checkout! I refuse to use self-checkout. I will stand in line and be waiting, which I do believe workers take their time so you can go to self checkout so they don't have to do more work!
