Their rewards system needs improvement- you have to ask them to apply your rewards at checkout, because they don't ask. And they expire quickly (which isn't stated anywhere), so you can't necessarily use them next time.

My wife was charged full price for 2 prescriptions. Later I discoverd Amerihealth, my insurance company, had already paid for the 2 prescriptions and my out of pocket should have been $6.83. Walgreens charged my wife $37.08 when she picked them up. Wife went to talk to pharmacy manager Marquisha. Maequisha was very combative and refused to help. My insurance company then called Marquisha to explain and again she was combative and refused to help. Filed a complaint with Walgreens headquarters, no response. Imagine if Walgreens did this to their thousands of customers! Check your charges with your insurance company. Its called "double dipping"!

OMG, I thought I was the only person who had a problem with that older blonde cashier who works during the day! I thought it was racial also but I see she's nasty to everyone! I avoid going in during the day also bc she's so rude! The young guy who works in the evening is so very nice though! He makes shopping there worthwhile!

The shift lead Senae deserves a raise. She is patient, warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The store is short staffed and Sanae has been working not stop. Walgreens you need to give her a raise for working in these conditions!!! Thank you Sanae for helping me today, I really appreciate you

Well apparently I'm not the only one who has been rudely treated by the older short blonde haired cashier that works every morning. The last straw was when I walked away and heard her talking about me to assistant manager,because I asked her a? Well I voiced my opinion that I've been a customer since they opened and have never had any employee be so obnoxiously rude and this seems to be other peoples views. What is so hard about being nice to every customer, Hi,have a nice day,bye,and its not a race issue because im white . And seems to me she is in dire need of clustered service. Im honestly thinking about moving my prescriptions to another store like CVS and not spending any more $ at walgreens in aston. Didnt know she worked Sunday mornings but she was there this morning, didn't say one word to me at all. She should be fired because she's ruining your business and were all local loyal customers. The young black man who is always so nice and helpful was there too. Plus I've seen her several times talking to herself so maybe she has mental issues but its so wrong that she chooses who she's wants to be nice to and who she doesn't. Her job is to treat all customers the same. I still said to her this morning " Have a nice day" and no response but I didn't expect one from her but not going to change for her. So if I have to shop at another store so bit.soAnd I will let corporate know. Have a nice day!

This store never has anything you need in stock. The stuff you don't feel like going to a super market for, just a quick run in and out to Walgreens like they advertise, yet shelves are always empty. I'm done trying and hoping everytime I come here that maybe they will have it.. Well that's my last time trying.

The older female cashier with shoulder length blonde/white hair is so rude. She has scoffed at me, does not smile, is snippy, and always seems to have a bad attitude. For some reason every time I go to the store, she happens to be working...I now try to go in the evenings to avoid her but whenever I walk in and see she is there, I immediately want to leave. She is clearly always miserable and makes me so uncomfortable!!

Literally the rudest customer service ever in my life. Waiting at the photo counter for at least 10 minutes until the lady with grey hair decided she’s finished talking, while looking right at me for the entire 10 minutes. The cashier up front was a sweetheart and Kyle; who printed my photo book did great & was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone when I called. You've got to retrain the lady that ignored me; totally unacceptable customer service.

I was probably the 6th person in line and was helping the baby in front of me because she kept dropping her candies out of the cart. I’ve watched the cashier be very pleasant with everyone else in line but once I walk up I say good morning…no response. I ask if she can price check my items before I buy. No response. She price checks one and I say okay I’ll take that one. Give her another item to price check and she’s like this too? With an attitude. I say yes. She checks it and the price was higher than I expected so I say I’ll leave that but I’ll put it back no problem. She just puts it behind the counter im like okay then…Forget the price check because clearly im annoying her by just being there. So she rings up the rest and I wait for her to tell me the total…she doesn’t. I look at the screen and see it so I give her my money. She takes it and just gives me a receipt. Im like ok thank u! Have a nice day. Then she starts taking the lady after me and I heard her give her a very pleasant good morning. Should I mention that I clearly looked different than the rest of the people that was ahead of me in line? (Different race) If I can give 0 stars I would

Went there for my COVID test 30 minutes in advance of my appointment, but forgot to carry my license which they said was required. Rushed back home and back with the license in the drive through line 12 minutes past my appointment. But because of the drive through line I was 25 minutes late to get the test. It was the same lady who knew I was there well ahead of the time and rushed back to go get the license. She not only denied the test but was extremely rude. Never going back to Walgreens ever again. There is something called EQ that Walgreens must train their employees on. Work is not just clock your hours and read the rule book. I had an emergency travel situation and I did everything that I possibly could to get the test. CVS would never do this! Love you CVS!!!

Rude pharmacy customer service. I called several times to ask for the pharmacist and a particular pharmacy personnel who was taking my calls yelled at me over the phone that i am calling and repeating myself with the same question about a prescription. How rude! This Person needs training in anger managemnent and customer service.

Don't try to use more than 1 form of payment here or you will be told they can't do it.Today, 4/27/19First of all, I shop here all the time with no troubles. However today was different .I tried to use 2 credit cards to split my bill. The female cashier had no idea how to do it.Thank goodness I caught that she was going to charge the first card for the full amount. Which would have overdrawn my account.I pointed the mistake out to her and she said she doesn't know how do it. She called her manager Ryan with no response. Meantime there is a huge line building behind me.She had to page him about 10 times. 12-15 mins later he shows up. Yells across the floor to the cashier "What's Up."She explains the situation and he tries to split the bill and can not figure it out either!His excuse was he is new and doesn't know how to do that.He was very annoyed and disputed with me that Walgreens doesn't let you pay your bill with more than 1 form of payment.Walgreens TRAIN your Employees better.I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I would give zero stars if I could!!! how do i schedule an appointment online for my husband's booster shot ..then he shows up at the time and date . only to be told he could not receive the booster today , it hasn't been 6 months.. I could not have scheduled the appointment if it wasn't the appropriate amount of time for one and 2nd 5 days ago th cdc changed the rules and you can get the booster at 5months.. this is one reason i stopped using this pharmacy years ago for my prescriptions..they think and feel as if they can do whatever they want! so now not only did my husband not receive his booster i have completely lost the last bit of confidence in this pharmacy and there staff and will schedule him somewhere else.

Walgreens is a mainstay. This place is always busy. I mean stupid busy. I know they got most of the overflow from Boothwyn Walgreens shutting down. The pharmacy is better than Boothwyns by a long shot. You must warn people though that your doing Covid tests via the drive thru. They got it backed up because one idiot can't catch his kid in the car. Go inside for that. The drive thru is for swiftness expeditiousness not romper room for hyper active kid. Walgreens is awesome.

While the store is neat and clean with well staffed store preventing long wait lines, their pharmacy professionalism and care leaves something to be desired. I have been prescribed a very strong and necessary prescription which they repeatedly fail to fill and fail to notify me in a timely manner.
