Just rotten to the core , liars and very poor intent of heart. How they go home and live with themselves they must be unaware of decent behavior or find joy in being nasty. I’ll never ever purchase another item from any Walgreens and will be informing corporate on on lack of decency and diligence Will make sure I reference friends and neighbors of more compassionate business to spend money at. I’ve had several bad experiences there but this is final straw. They have their side of story I have mine. Some employees are just rude and indecent. The more pleasant you are the more they feed on you.

Unwilling to help with flu shot for walk in even though that would take 15-20 min? People that had the appointments didnt even show up. Worst pharmacy ever, isnt this against their code of ethics?

I went in to buy my wife a COVID test. About to pay 50 bucks for two of them and the manager stopped by and recommended I use my insurance. Turns out I got 4 of them free. Guy saved me 50 bucks. Then the two women who helped were VERY nice and were very helpful. A great experience and my new go-to for my prescriptions.

Always a terrific experience and they really care about the community. I've been a customer for years and had the pleasure of spending the weekend next to the Walgreens tent at Forks Community Days. Jayden, Mike, and the entire team treated every visitor as family. So impressed!

A family member of mine has breast cancer - her prescription is always sent to forks vs William penn - which is not her fault. We called while racing from William penn to forks location - I understand rules and times but when someone is in pain from cancer I think we should be nicer ! Bottom line i made it with two minutes to spare ! When I got there the blonde woman that answered the phone telling me I am sorry your prescription is here but to bad if your not here by 8 - wouldn't even look at me ! Own who you are ! Just remember pain is pain cancer pain is just inconceivable!

Was there today to pick up photos I ordered online, a man walked by me and snapped at me saying they weren't ready yet, but my ap said they were. It turns out it was the manager. The women behind the counter was very nice and helpful and printed my photos right away. The manager needs a personality check.

Luci is the best worker that walgreen has. She was so sweet very helpful and found what we were looking for and went above and beyond. Luci deserves a raise for what she does!

Best walgreens I've been to! I think his name is Jaedyn he is the best with squishmallow stock and knowledge. All the employees seem to actually want to be there too, Mike is extremely helpful too. Highly recommend for squishmallow hunters

Unsafe and uninterested in following COVID safeguards. Cashier would not wear mask properly and customers were not required to wear masks. Manager chose to be useless. I didn't feel safe and will never go back.

Complete zeroes across the board! Horrible service , could not care less about customers. All they want to do is stock the shelves and ignore paying customers. I’m fine with CVS! They are friendly and want to take my money

Wow never have I ever been made felt like a criminal and unwanted. As I walk in the store, a lil spanish lady with a cap and coupons lol I have the store managers stare at me and follow me around like I'm a criminal. There was this Cashier named Meghan who was amazing friendly clearly did her job very well but then I see this panic look in her eyes & clearly she was scared of the Supervisor. So here I purposely walk around the store. & once again I'm being followed like I'm a criminal. At this point I was so pissed off I couldn't focus on any deals or my coupons so Meghan says to me I'll check you out when ready. I told her yea I want you to check me out and especially with the looks I'm getting from this man & woman. So here the manager who I now know her name "Sue" comes to hover over Meghan. Then comes the Supervisor "Dan" to ask Meghan whats the hold up ? Mind you there is only 2 customers in the whole store myself & another & there not even next to me or behind me. He see's I have my coupons & Sue says I got it it's ok he decideds to stand over her as if she was going to do a mistake & he then states this is why I dont allow for you people to coupon here. I don't allow it. I said doesn't the Manufacturers pay you ? He ignored me & Sue says yes as long as we do it right. I was trying to use 4 coupons but didnt realize it said I could only use 2 per transaction "MIND YOU NOT PER HOUSEHOLD" which by the way means I could separate my transactions but they refused to let me do that. I kindly said its ok I now don't want all these products but just a few. He grabs the stuff I don't want & says take the stuff before giving her any bags & puts my bags on the other side. I was like really ? Needless to say it was clear his employess were afraid to talk or be bold due to his bullying. He was rude a racist & a horrible person to put fear in his employess hearts. If you dont like your job THEN LEAVE NO1 IS FORCING YOU TO STAY IDIOT.

If you want to use manufacturer coupons don't even waste your time goint to this store. Staff seems friendly UNTIL you pull your coupons out...then everythings changed...they made me feel as i am doing something illegal and that wasn't the first time. AND IT ALL COMES FROM THE MANAGER!! Extremely unfriendly and rude person.little lady with a big ego. I saw other people saying the same thing. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. Lost a household as customers + telling all my friends not to go there.DO SOMETHING @WALGREENS if you want happy and loyal customers you have to honor the deals you advertise and not treat people who need coupons to afford household goods like they are trying to steal..

Completely agreed with Yvonne Citron and this store is completely NOT RECOMMENDED including employees named SUE.These people tryanna be like in their way even with the manufacturers coupon. Manufacturers says 4 coupon, and these people allows only 2!!?? What the bullshit is that!! Crapp

Worst pharmacy hands down!! Went to get a prescription filled they said they wouldn’t do it when I have always went to the pharmacy before. Elizabeth was not helpful at all. Won’t be going back again
