Good selection of products, visited specifically for Benjamin Moore paint samples. Paint desk staff was very helpful although the samples leaked. Benjamin Moore website was not working for 50% off color samples, paint desk said they'd honor it but the front desk assistant couldn't process it without a QR and certainly wasn't going out of her way to help locate it given 'they're already reduced' (not 50%). I love how content she was in her CUSTOMER SERVICE role. Will only go there again because they're the closest BM supplier.

This is a great find for anyone living in the area or for those who recently moved in from out of state. It is a mini Home Depot or Lowes hut with some unique tools and housewares cleaning products the big stores don't carry. What us exceptional about this place is everyone wants to help you find what you need. I'd come back here in a flash.

Like this place a lot. Employees are helpful, good selection of inventory, prices aren't cheap but they're not out of line either and it's close to home so it's worth it. Plus they send out coupons and help you save money. I've become a regular.

Prices are crazy high but it is close to my house. If I don't feel like driving all tge way to the big box store and I just need something small I will run there. It would be fine if it was better quality stuff then what can be bought at the bid box store but it's not. Often the quality is lower.

Slightly more expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot, but so much closer for us. If I just need one thing I just go here since it's so convenient. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the selection is pretty good for a small store, and the place is clean. They always give my dog a treat when I bring her!

Decent product line. Can definitely find things here you can't find anywhere else. That doesn't justify the outrageous prices. The prices certainly aren't benefiting the employees, they aren't paid enough. The employees are always friendly and exceptionally helpful. They deserve to be paid more.

Would not refill my propane tank. They were classic blue rhino ones I got in exchange at weiss(literally two weeks prior). Been getting refills here for years as I live very close(and generally want to support local business). Last time I go there for anything. Exchanging at any of the million places near me is the plan moving forward. You only have to tell me once you dont want my business. 19.99 right down the street as well and never turned away for such nonsense.

BEST STIHL MECHANIC AROUND is employed by ROCKY'S ACE HARDWARE in Easton PA. I drove an Hour and a half to deal specifically with Kyle Winter STIHL MASTER TECH. My STIHL MS 361 is 17 years old and in great shape but required some preventative maintenance. Kyle is a Stihl Trained Master Tech who has a vast Knowledge of the STIHL Line. He provided me with literature and guided me to a STIHL MS 261 to complement my MS361, my concern were 2 different chains and bars. Kyle had the knowledge and was able to regear the Saw for a 3/8" Chains. Now both saws have interchangeable Chains and Bars and I only need one set of files between my STIHL MS361 and MS261. He also went thru my MS361, changed the Spark Plug, Air Filter, regeared the Saw, Larger Oil Pump, Hoses, Gas and Oil filters, Small Modification on the Exhaust, new pull rope and added a set of larger dog spikes on both sides of the saws. I was not looking for Performance, but durability which Kyle Winter understood and STIHL always provided. I have processed over 100 cords of wood since owning my STIHL MS361 and the saw never had any real maintenance, I clean it, sharpen it etc. but never to this extent and it was time. The saw runs Great. The MS261 I purchased from Rocky's Ace Hardware was also advised by Kyle WInter after talking he knew what I was looking for in a Saw that had the same performance, durability and reliability as my STIHL MS361. Kyle knew the MS261 would be the perfect Saw that fit my needs.If this transaction wasn't enough I completed a Survey about my experience with the STIHL Dealer at Rocky's Ace Hardware so I filled it out. 8 Hours later the Owner of Rocky's calls me up to discuss further my experience with Kyle and Rocky's. Top Notch Family Establishment.Kyle Winter def gets my vote for Best Stihl Master Tech in the Northeast if not the Country and Rocky's Ace Hardware an Awesome Family Owned Business. We would like to support our local businesses in our area but the few times we have been to this Ace hardware we have found the staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We would rather shop at Lowe's because they are friendly and offer better customer service. If i could give zero stars I would.

False advertising. The item I wanted to purchase came up at the register with a different price than what was marked and also was supposed to have a 50% discount applied that wasn't applied. Cashier did correct to give the discount but refused to give me the marked price so the higher, hidden price was discounted. I left without purchasing. Cashier became disrespectful when I was arguing my point and couldn't get a manager because they were "on a conference call."

Awesome store! I came in with a list of items I needed for an upcoming project & the assistance I received was amazing. I believe the young lady who helped me was named Emily & she was the BEST! Very professional & helpful, especially when it came to out of stock items and finding a substitution. Will be returning because of her!

We went to purchase a lawn mower which cost in excess of $500.00. No one came to offer us assistance and the cashiers were very cold. We will not be doing business there Nymore a d Home Depot got our busi ess. If I owned this business, I would start paying attention. Sincerely, your lost costomer!

Family atmosphere. They are much closer and more convenient then going to the big stores, and while the selection is obviously not as expansive, they generally carry most items I need for small projects. Also enjoy the coupons they send out regularly.

ACE'S . Good place. Been coming for years. Its a place to find most things needed. My propane, always. Believe me, My opinion it's much better than Home Depot and Lowes. If I could leave 0 stars I would! I am saddened to be a member at this point. I ordered a patio set over a week ago. The girl told me it would be in no later than Friday and they would call with any updates or when its delivered. Its now Saturday.. no call, no email and not a care in the world. I called the store to find out whats going on and if it was in yet due to the fact i havent heard a thing from them. I dropped a decent chunk of change to just be forgotten about. I find out when I called that there was a NOTE left saying that the warehouse ran out of them when the girl told me there was 2 left and they would have no problem getting them. YOU SHOULD OF CALLED ! Iet your CUSTOMER know I for one get that things happen. But not when its taken this far!! Regardless NO CALL. NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD. They werent going to call either they swept me under the rug and decided 'hey we got the money WHO CARES' the manager Michelle has no idea when they will be back in stock. When i asked to have my money back she put me on hold and gave me back to a gentlemen on the phone who answered orginally (who was the ONLY one very nice from the very beginning of ordering the set) She didnt care either not a 'Im so sorry this happened.. let me get to the bottom of this. HOW CAN I MAKE THIS RIGHT?' NOTHING. I am now out of a patio set and im out of my money to get a new one for at least another week due to the GREAT SERVICE I received. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe you should train your employees better Michelle. And ACE maybe you should train your Mangers better. Because they all have no customer servuce skills whatsoever. I'll be happy to take my money elsewhere where I'm treated with respect!!!!

Feeling a little take advantage of. I have an ace card but frequently from my Ace Hardware in Pipersville as well as Rockys, today I went in to pick up my last gift a Carhart sweatshirt. Found the right size I went to the register they rang in a number that was totally different than the one on the tag and she said it's because of the color and the size. Makes no sense still scratching my head it was a medium and it was gray nothing fancy
