Nice small store with friendly staff. The groomers did wonderful with my 6 year old's first grooming session. They spent a full 2 hours on him and did so well. he really loved it and was such a good boy for them.

Took my dog in for a appointment last week and left a review because nothing was done I purchased the bath and brush I received a call after the review to bring my dog back and I agreed and nothing was done once again the girl in there was extremely rude why ask to bring my dog back and then complain and do nothing to fix the situation what a waste of my time paws were not sanitize as it states in the bath and brush and nails were not cut she complain about the dog not being clean if u had did the job the first time this would have not happen i take my pet to other PetSmart in Whitehall and never had this issue always happy with service but Nazareth location every time I bring my dog there something is wrong with the service provided I will not recommend or will be attending this location ever again

Stop selling birds and reptiles. If you’re going to do it, at least be humane and give them a good life while they wait in the equivalent of a jail cell. Parrots ESPECIALLY shouldn’t be pets. You can see them plucking their feathers out from the anxiety and stress. They’re highly intelligent social creatures who don’t deserve captivity.

PetSmart is a dog store where you purchase things for dogs they have everything some of the prices are very reasonable and their dog food they have most everything for dogs they even have where you can bring your dog in for nail cutting and all of that and much more thanks for asking

Anna is such an amazing groomer. She leaves my pup charlie looking amazing every single time. She takes her time with him and keeps him as fluffy as possible. Will always recommend her to everybody

Worst place to shop. They have things signed as being g on sale, then when you get rung up you get charged full price and they won't correct. Say you looked at the wrong thing. Terrible customer service

The ladies helped me tremendously while I was shopping for my new stray kitty. Lovely atmosphere with lots of help I believe Dominique was the one that helped me at the register pardon if it's not the right name it's been a week or so but it was pleasant to go there and happy for my new kitty boy

We had some hiccups in getting my dog groomed. The first time he fell and needed to go to the vet and the second time we were not satisfied with his bath. Both times they went above and beyond to take care of my dog. You can trust them with your pets and to do what is right. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We took our dog for a bath and haircut; 5 hours later she ended up at animal hospital and now on antibiotics and pain meds. Pic below.Apparently they put her in a crate because she had “too much energy” and she ended up with a torn paw pad and raw nose. She was trying to get out of the crate!! This is NOT her first time being groomed or even at this location. She is also used to bring crated as she does this for her sleep without any issues.After picking her up from the vet and coming home we couldn’t believe no one had called to see how she is or say sorry about the injury. I called the store and the manager of store wasn’t in. Assistant general manager (Vanessa) said paw injury is no big deal especially during the winter months and didn’t seem bothered by what had happened or that it wasn’t strange that our dog was there for so many hours. She did mention that she takes her dog to a groomer in forks township and the dog is there from 8am-4pm 😳Interesting that she doesn’t even take her own dog to the store where she is the assistant general manager of!!!Needless to say our poor fur baby will have few days of discomfort. Hoping her meds keep her comfortable. Beware!

We had a great experience at PetSmart. We took our puppy in for her first grooming, and it went very well. They greeted us and were very professional from the beginning. About 2 hours later, and our puppy looked great! She looks a little upset in this photo, but she loved it.

Bought a snake from them and it came with mites! I’m sure the higher ups don’t care about the quality of the animals they sell. Unfortunately we love the snake and care for him, so we don’t want to return him we rather care and treat this unfortunate inconvenience. Poor fellow. But yea I’m pretty much done with purchasing animals from these big chain stores. What goes on behind the scenes is most likely horrific.

Matthew (Piper's groomer) was friendly, knowledgeable, and really treated my pup with love and care. It didn't take as long as expected and he called me with our agreed upon time within 30 minutes of being done. When I came back to pick her up, I was so happy to see how good Piper looked (and smelled since she had subtle odor from being sprayed by a skunk a little over a week ago). Excellent customer service overall, and I am looking forward to working with him again for Piper's grooming needs!

Took my kitten Meeko to get his nails clipped and ears cleaned. The groomers handled him like the pros they are even when he got slippery and wanted to escape!I’ll definitely be back in the future for more Meeko upkeep!

Horrible experience! Called the morning of my appt to verify the time was told it was at 4:30. Arrived for my appointment they told me then it was at 4:00 and they weee closing. Shop. Wouldn’t groom my dog. Young kids who don’t have good customer service working

I’ve been taking my best companion Ruby to this grooming staff and have never been disappointed. They are wonderful In customer service and do a great job at grooming Ruby!!! I feel my companion is well cared for and will continue to have them groom her for a long time.
