Jackie is an amazing groomer. She loves what she does and it shows. She creates an atmosphere that creates the least amount of stress for my maltipoo. Prior to meeting Jackie, I had tried many different groomers and he would always be depressed after being groomed. This has not happened since Jackie has been grooming him. She asks questions and listens. Jackie deserves a raise!!! She's a valuable employee!!!

Very unprofessional and there is no customer service. There is no hello when you walk through the door, or smiles. Stated I booked my appointment incorrectly for my pet based on their size and age. Which is incorrect, I booked it correctly as I doubled checked before booking the appointment, I think I would know my own puppy's age and weight... Did not even offer any services to us as an option instead of a full grooming, and said "the price you booked for will be significantly increased if that's what you want". What else was she getting at besides me walking out without any services done to my dog?! I stated that we will not be accepting the appointment, they can cancel it, and left. The best part, she wasn't even busy, as not other pets were there. My puppy loves people, but not these groomers. We will not be coming back. Do not book with Jacqueline V. 0/10 recommend, she will not be touching my adorable puppy, and you shouldn't let her touch yours either. Who soiled in your cheerios, ma'am?! If you don't like dogs, you shouldn't be a groomer.

Heather R. is simply awesome. She is so patient and so good with my boy. He's always happy to see her and happy when he leaves. Definitely does a great job, nails are. perfect and no dog smells for weeks!

I love shopping at Petco. Everyone is so helpful and if I have a question they are always there to help me. I also like the way the store is set up. So clean and bright and well organized. Great selection. Friendly staff. Half the store is dog items. They have live fish in stock. The tanks are all well maintained. Always a few beautiful single birds and a pandemonium of parakeets.Even a few sweet ferrets <3 But no cats or dogs in stock.

I called ahead to see if I could get assistance bringing out an online order I placed. I was heading home from a medical procedure I just had and would be unable to get out of the car. The gentleman I spoke to said no problem. When I arrived, I parked at the curb and called. Within minutes he was outside with the 4 aquariums I had purchased. He politely asked where I would like them and he loaded them in. He was so pleasant and helpful. I wish all associates were so kind in retail.

We bring our dog to Petco for her nail trim routinely. Heather is professional, caring, and kind. Our dog is very nervous when she goes out, but as soon as she sees Heather she calms down making her nail trim a pleasant experience. We appreciate Heather’s kindness.

Really great selection of pet supplies. My girlfriend and I got our first betta fish here and he seems very happy. The animals seem like they're treated better here than at other big name pet stores, and the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Really a great place to stock up on pet supplies.

Great customer service, the dog trainer Karli is amazing as well. The new employee the young man I ran into today I believe his name was Mike was so cheerful and happy to answer all my questions I had. Also was more than willing to get someone who was more knowledgeable about things he didn’t know rather than tell me things he didn’t know. Even more so when I had trouble with my coupons and was more than willing to help me price check my items to help me get a deal. Love this store have been a loyal customer for years and plan to stay that way. Recommend this Petco over any other store hands down.

I have been here in the past and staff is helpful. Today I went in and was looking at the lizards there were way to many bearded dragon in one tank they were laying on each other and the tank was so dirty you could tell they were in there for awhile.I just called the store to let them know how that's been bothering me, she was nice but said that when they got a shipment in someone probably put to many in one tank and she would talk to her manager to see what they can do to correct it.I feel like someone there should have seen it and it should have been corrected without me having to bring it to their attention hours later.Guess I wont be getting my lizards from here, if that's how they are treated.

Jackie was excellent. She communicated well (which has been a problem for us at other Petco locations) and did a wonderful job with our pup's haircut and grooming. He came home looking like a million bucks. The text messaging option and online booking was seamless.

No one on the floor to ask questions. I have a new puppy and needed help with a harness had to figure it out myself so it took twice as long in the store. I also needed what I call bitter apple and it took about 5 minutes just to find the isle it was in. However the women at the register was so nice.

She’s helping us pass our canine good citizen test! I also really enjoy the time Cat takes to spend with us to make sure our guinea pigs are happy!

I bought a harness for our new adopted chihuahua during Christmas along with an XS coat and within a 2 weeks he gained wait and neither fit him anymore. I lost the receipt, but thankfully I used my Petco card at the time I purchased it and they were able to find the transaction and refunded me for both. I was so happy not to have waited wasted $32 if they wouldn't take them back. Thank you Petco for your friendly and helpful assistance.

Kelly is my dogs groomer and she's excellent. My dog has really dry and flaky skin so she always makes sure she is using the right products for him. His skin not only looks great after but it feels great. To top it off he always gets a new bandana after each service. Love the service they provide here.

I usually go to Pet Smart, however I didn’t like the way my husky smelled afterwards.I decided to try Petco1st Time grooming experience here today at Petco and I am Very impressed with this store. The store team is friendly and knowledgeable. The groomer Alex is awesome! My dog looks amazing and she smells good too and it only took 2 hours.Thank you Petco! I will be back again!

I usually find what I need by my self but if I do need help the staff is always available. I miss visiting with the cats and kittens right now and wish I could take some of the home with me. They all need forever homes but I already have 2, one of which was adopted from the E. Stroudsburg store. I have now adopted a bearded dragon and have found all the help i need for it.
