I took my older dog for a Grooming Spa Day, and they were very kind to all her needs and treated her like a little Queen, she come out all pretty and wasn't shaking like she normally would have been so I know she enjoyed it! Very friendly staff and nice facility. And then I went over to the store side and was looking for a new grain-free dog food for older breeds and one of the employees came and helped me find the perfect match for her and I was very thankful 4 the way they assist you throughout the store. So now I can go there for all my pets needs!

Great selection of pet supplies. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The groomer treated my dog like a prince even though we were only getting a simple nail clipping. The negative is that they don't list the same prices in store as online for certain items which means that I have to have them price match them. Thankfully, this isn't a big issue.

This store is very clean, has a great selection of products (I mostly shop there for my cat), and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Someone usually greets me at the door, and when I check out, whoever is on register is always nice. I like the layout of the store and it looks like the people who work there actually care about presentation, which I think is important. Keep up the good work!

I took my 2 dogs for rabies shots... the price was good compared to going to a vet office. The wait was fairly long but the staff was great. The vet and lab tech were very good and checked records and checked dogs over before giving shots. They were kind and courteous

I just wanted to say this location has the best reptile, invertebrate, and amphibian care I’ve seen yet! Enclosures are spotless and the humidity is well maintained. I’ve seen too many pet stores where the ball pythons (especially) are covered in shed, dehydrated and piled in one tank, but this place has them all in their own cozy cribs and their scales are clean and iridescent! Love this place!

Aquarium section is amazing! 2 Great knowledgeable employees, Nate and Kim, in that department were very helpful. Wide selection of fish and plants! Clean tanks, and the fish look wonderful! I can't say enough good things about those two and the whole aquatics department.

I was in search of Mystic's kitty litter. It's been hard to find. When I called I spoke with Sierra at the Easton Pa location. She was was able to put aside a few she had. She was very helpful on the phone and at the store. Now that's customer service. Thank you Sierra.

I have been coming here for quite a while for pet grooming. I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the animals they service. My pets always look and smell great after each appointment.

I only say is OK simply because of the wait for a cashier. I get that sometimes it happens and there may not be with employees that day. But it's happened more than a few times. There are enough registers but not enough staff I guess. That staff that is there is usually knowledgeable aboutthe section they with in, and are friendly. So if you don't mind a little wait then come here. The prices are pretty good too.

Only half my order was available. The clerk did not tell me this before processing my order. In the first place, an assistant had to place my order online and placed it to the wrong store. She never verified the exact location. I was denied pickup at my usual store and had to drive 3 miles further to this store. Since I hadn't had good luck, I realized I should check my bag before leaving and there was no flea collar in the bag. If she had told me this, I could have had the order transferred or cancelled at this wrong store and picked it up at my usual store. So, I had to drive 3 miles back to my store and through much grief, I had to purchase one there. I was so mad by the time I left and had had an unnecessary 45 minutes wasted in my day.

I love this store. I went in for the first time last week to find a new food for my dogs. The woman I spoke to actually knew the products they carried and was able to help me find a food that would work well for a high energy Catahoula Leppard Dog and a higher energy Miniture Fox Terrier. I was surprised by the selection of both food and accessories for my babies.

I love my local Petco! The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable! I specifically would like to give kudos to Vega, she is a great help whenever I have questions regarding my kitty/furbaby!

New management is awful and very rude to customers. I have been goin go here for years but I have since stopped. Most employees are friendly but management itself tend to be stuck up. Most people working here also don’t look like they know what they’re doing and because of it the animals (reptiles in particular) look awful. A manager there has also followed me, eyed me up, and given me a rough time for what I can only assume is because I am black.

One of the nicest Petcos I've been too. Everything is well stocked, maintained and presented. Workers are very courteous and friendly, always willing to help. The treat bar is so meticulous and for that I really appreciate this place.Most Petcos I've been to, the treat bar is so lack luster (disgusting even), but this place, everything was fresh, display of treats were clean, organized with proper signage and bagging materials well stocked. I love it!Thank you to everyone who works here for making my visit extremely pleasurable for me and for my dog!

I wanted more and bigger feeder fish but all they had in stock were the small ones that arent going to last as long but i also understand that its tough for things to stay in stock like they normally are. Also I normally shop at the store in philpsburg but they currently dont have any fish so I have to drive an hour either to easton or flemmington. Again I understand the reasons behind it all just a little frustrated.

Took my cat here for shots, there was no wait time. Super friendly and helpful staff .. told me what he needed and didn't need quite yet so I wasn't spending unnecessary$$ . Also asked many questions about my kitty and helped me clean his carrier in which he peed in because he was nervous. I will always bring my little guy here !

Showed up for a grooming appt and was told my dog would not be seen because I had given him a calming chew (which they sell in the store). Ridiculous. Their explanation made no sense. I want my dog to be comfortable while being groomed. I'll take my business elsewhere.

If I could tip here, i would have! I have been going to petsmart/petco for years. First time i came to this one, and I wish staff like Vega worked where i live! I absolutely loved her help and attention. She really took the time to help me and seemed sp genuine😘 truly as star !

Rude manager. Made an online purchase and came to return it. They call the manager to authorize the return and the first thing she does is scream in my dad's face that they won't give him a cash refund for an online purchase. He never asked for a cash refund. Very rude manager and not helpful.

I didn’t get the name of the person that helped me.. she has short grey and brown hair and glasses... she was sooo helpful. i came in a few days before the 25th for some information about mice because i wanted to have one as a pet. i ended up getting 2!! she gave me great advice and helped me pick out good supplies for them. i came back in to get a hammock for them to climb on

I had been taking my dog to Petco for years, and now I have a very small dog that is very delicate and they could not cut her nails using her harness. I was no excited to hear that. So now I will be taking all my dogs somewhere else to have nail trimmings.
