I took my dog Lola here for positive training with Samantha. I can’t put in words how pleased I am with her training. Samantha is wonderful!! She is amazing with dogs!!! I once had Lola for basic training at another place and my dog absolutely gained nothing there. With Samantha she no longer jumps or lunges at people or other dogs. She obeys commands and is affectionate to the staff. I can’t thank Samantha enough for what she did for Lola. I highly recommend Samantha as a trainer for your dog.

They always have what I need for my fur babies and always so helpful. I had questions about grooming for my dog and the ladies in there were great and answered all of my questions. The one girl I believe she was the salon leader happily showed me products and educated me on what was best for my dogs hair. 10/10 would recommend you can tell they all really care about your animals!

We have shopped this particular store on and off for many years; however, I have seen many improvements the last few times we were there. For example the aquarium area is absolutely beautiful. All of the tanks are immaculate. The young man that works there is doing a fantastic job, plus he is very friendly & knowledgeable.

I wanted to buy a specific pet. I called in advance because it was a long distance to drive. And the team never that answered the phone was able to help me right away and was knowledgeable of the pet, breed, and price.I went in. Few hours later and team member Ethan from the fish section was extremely helpful and pleasant. He got us the pet. Got the food and explained what it needed and why. The whole experience was very nice. I admitted to needing some guidance as far the equipment and it was very nice to be met with a kind and helpful person.Then at check out the cashier was also very friendly. The team at this store is truly magnificent.

I’m always hesitant to ask for help in stores because I hate adding to the already busy employees. After asking another employee who said they couldn’t help me find an item I went up to the register and Bluu (got your name off my receipt) was happy to help me find my item and was back up at the register in no time to help other customers. Thank you so much

I always bring my dog here for her shots and then had her groomed always have what I want. The staff are very helpful, very polite never have an issue!

I love shopping at Petco just looking around and my dog Zoe looks forward to going with me. I tell her let’s go shopping and she knows where we’re going. Loves to smell all the isles check out who’s been there. We visit often.

Went to dog groomer for an appt. They said they didn't have my puppy rabbies info.I said yes you do . I came in & showed them to the lady on this specific day here. The manager for the grooming Said we doesn't have info ,i need to give those before we can see him. I stated I did the day,whom I gave it too ,the manager was telling me they don't have it she won't take him cause she's not loosing her job. I said I understand that yous need this info,but you have it. Look up the phone number. When she did her job she said you have 3 account with us. I said k. Well look for my dog & you will see that yous have the info. The manager found my pet's info. The manager then saud it was cause I made appt online, it makes anther account. Isaid but it's still under the same number. The manager then said to me that she is a person that I can not not speak to her that the tone I had. I said sorry for the tone,but I'm a customer & I was right. You didn't do your job. She said I'm banned . I reported her to district & Laura manager. Of petco. This woman manager at grooming is rude & incompetent for her job. I will never go there again. She spent more time telling me what I didn't have, but did, then doing her job.

Great pet supply store. They have pet grooming and they also have dog training. I have never had a bad experience with a staff member anytime I've been here. With the way the world is right now, just give them a call to make sure they have certain pet foods before you show up, even though they are very well stocked with most pet foods.

A bit pricey, not much of a selection of fish or any other small critters. Mostly a food store and supplies. Lots of different brands to choose from. Crickets available for reptiles. They have mice and rats but not meant for feeders they are meant for pets so prices are expensive. If you need something quick you can get in and out.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Easton Petco for stepping up their FISH DEPARTMENT! First hand I have seen the transformation of the department being upgraded, welcoming, and overall the greatest it's been in years! Lena Farnon has completely changed the atmosphere of that department! Her hard work has not gone unnoticed by others either! She is very knowledgeable about the care of aquarium life, upkeep, and overall fantastic customer service! Her hard work has also been show cased in the lovely Phillipsburg Petco as well! Shout out to the rest of the employees in the Fish Department at Easton Pecto!Lena Farnon I hope you get the recognition you deserve! You made the Fish Area so Welcoming! I usually don’t put much faith in chain grooming salons but I was pleasantly surprised at Petco. Wish I’d found them sooner. Friendly staff, well laid out facilities, easy booking and most importantly, my dog looked amazing afterward. Book here with confidence.

This store in general is good, but when it comes to fish someone needs to tell Nate he is annoying. I can tell you Nate’s whole story about how he didn’t get to finish school because his dad got sick and he had to quit school to take care of his dad. Boo hooo that is your father I’m sure he sacrificed plenty for you. But anyway Nate cost the store 2 stars. Sad story!!!!

Took my dog to get groom there twice. First time they did a wonderful job. This last time they shave her fluffy tail off when we asked to make it even. They also never expressed her glands like they were supposed to. We had to take her to the vet not even a week later because they were full

The staff gets a 5 star cause a few are actually attentive but the cleanliness was a 1. Same puddle of pee sat on floor the whole time I was there and I saw employees actually step over it.I gave it a two because when I left home I had 8 fish who had lived and even had an adorable baby fish live! I picked up a snail and two compatible fish and the next day I was down to 5 alive. 8 + 2 shouldn’t equal 5.All the stories and warnings from my girlfriend were right. They clearly don’t handle and maintain proper water balance. Lesson learned. I’ll take the longer drive next time to support local business. Our future is local.

The products are first class... the problem nowhere near enough staff or the professionalism to help customers. We want to spend our dollars! A simple can I help you, and give our products in all we are trying to get!!!!!!! When went to the petco up the streetHopefully someone from corporate sees this because we love this loc!
