This is a family business, that makes you and your furry🐾family part of theirs! My father trusted ONLY them with his "Grace". He recently passed away, and when we called to cancel her upcoming appointment, they were truly upset, even crying at the loss of my dad... These ladies care sooo much for their work! I finally got to take Grace..my newly inherited sister, to get her SPA DAY, it's no wonder dad loved them! Just look how gorgeous Grace looks..but better yet, after so much loss for this poor pup- she felt right at home with this AmAzInG family!!! If you are looking for the COMPLETE PACKAGE..you need to take your furry🐾family member to Groomingdales!!!

I went to Groomingdales quite a few times before stopping. The ladies are very friendly, but the last time I got my dog groomed, I was told that she did not like the hairdryer, so they did not bathe her. I was also told, "Maybe you can give her a bath before coming next time ". Since then I found a new groomer who had no issues with my dog. Would not recommend this place for dogs with anxiety. It is a tiny place as well.

I left a great review once before but I just had to leave another great one. A few months ago I brought my dogs who were matted and overdue for a cut. They were so understanding and non judgemental - fixed them up so well and were the first groomers in years to tell me exactly what I need to keep up with their thick curly fur. Thank you so much for caring for my pets and taking the time to teach me. Not only did it help teach me but now my dogs are brushed, fluffy and happy as can be.

As a new pet Mom I tried to read some reviews before picking a groomer. I have a breed that will require frequent grooming and wanted to get him comfortable with the process early. When I got to the shop I realized I didn’t pick the best time as they were very busy for the holidays.. but with that being said they still did a GREAT job with my young puppy. I can’t imagine the patience it takes to work with a puppy as just brushing him daily isn’t any easy task. He looked adorable and smelled great. Affordable pricing and great service!

Chelsea is really great with my dog and her prices are fair, but it's evident she's a part time business owner. And that's okay it just makes it evident that her customers are expendable to her. I've constantly had scheduling issues with the hours she holds unless I take off of work or cease my plans. Her form of communication is all over the place. I would love to come back if she could properly accommodate all of her clients and communicate consistently. At least have a clerical assistant or something.

I absolutely LOVED it there! Very homey environment and they were so patient and understanding with my dog with anxiety. Very thorough and caring. Loved the staff. My dog looks amazing and is very happy! I’d recommend them in a heart beat!

Michael and Chelsea were both great! They called me back, 5 minutes after leaving a message, and was able to put me in the schedule the same day. They both took care of my one year old Pitbull who was a little scared, but they both definitely made him feel comfortable. Definitely will be back again!

Prices are a bit higher than I think they should be, but the service is definitely really good. Chelsea took great care of my 2 huskies. They came home looking great and smelling even better!

I've only been here a few times but each time, the groomers, specifically Chelsea (one of the genuinely nicest human beings I've ever met) goes above and beyond to care for my dog. I also like the fact that the dogs are not caged while waiting but have the opportunity to roam around. And the prices cannot be matched! It's a bit of a hike for me, but well worth it! I won't take my dog anywhere else from now on.

I take my dog lola here and love the way she looks Everytime. My parents even fell in love with the way my dog looks that they decided it was time they start taking their dogs here. The place is great, the groomers are very professional . Highly recommend to anyone who needs a groomer .

Took my cockapoo here for the first time and they did a beautiful job! She looks like a floofy, chic princess. 😍🤩 I've taken her to Petco and paid $80 (ridiculous, because she's only 17lbs) for grooming that was just ok and took double the time. I'll definitely come here again and recommend to all my doggie parents! Thank you.

They are truly amazing! Your puppy is not just a number to them. They take the time to talk to you, get to know your puppy, get to know you, and make sure you are happy with the grooming results. The Staff will give you suggestions and are always more then helpful with any answering any questions and concerns. One of my favorites also is that your puppy some be locked in a crate all day until it's their turn. The owner has the dogs free and able to have their little play dates! Of course there are some crates for those that need it and obviously if small dogs need to be separated from the bigger dogs, etc.... Just overall I was beyond impressed the two times I've taken Macchiato. I will never take my Macchiato anywhere else.

We’ve been looking for a groomer in our new hometown of Easton - and no one takes Saturday appointments. I finally found one and booked appointments for my golden doodle and toy poodle. I am so pleased with their cuts. They are beautiful and smell great. The staff is very friendly and the prices are fair. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Groomingdales!!

Love Groomingdale's! The service is great and the groomer (Chelsea) is great with my Boston Terrier. The prices are reasonable and worth it because my dog always comes out amazing. It's a great local pet grooming shop and I've tried a few in the Lehigh Valley but this is one of my favorites. I'd recommend this place to anyone that's looking to get their dog groomed.

OMG..love this place too bring both my dogs to get a grooming. Private owned business that cares about your pup as much as you do. Pricing is affordable with quality. Been going here for 4 years now:)
