I visit Giant stores because of the Free Level 2 EV chargers. I take a senior there each week and fill up my small car, since I can't charge at home.Recently I took a trip to Illinois for a funeral. Visited the West Chester, Harrisburg and Martin's store in Dubois. Have also been to the S Philly, Springfield, and the Martin's in Rising Sun, MD.Can you get chargers for the Lansdowne and Brookhaven stores?I think that it's a good example of being a responsible company providing for the shoppers. I could visit a competitor, but they aren't so nice!

Variety of products is great. I do not like the automated check out line. It seems to constantly give me problems with not recognizing scans or saying I didn't put an item in the bag when clearly I did. Automation is not the way to go in a supermarket

I wish they would stop letting employees smoke cigarettes right at the ENTRANCE of the store. The smell is so gross and gets stuck in my hair. A customer shouldn’t be smelling like cigarettes by simply going grocery shopping. It’s nasty and unprofessional. Smoking employees need to go to the back of the building, not by the front doors where customers walk. This is the only giant that no matter time of day, an employee is standing right by the doors smoking.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Every time I go here I am treated with such disrespect by all the employees. I am 21 years old and they treat me like I am 13. My bags have been inspected randomly “to make sure I was not stealing” when I have never stolen from the store. I went in today at 9:40 when three close at 10 and an employee screamed at me from down an alley that they were closed and to get out. As a chain store it is truly disappointing. This location has lost my business because of the constant disrespect. Don’t waste your time or money at this store. Go to Trader Joe’s or Weis instead.

Not my usual store, had to stop to pick up a few items and it was stocked up. It is definitely larger & have a lot more than Brookhaven’s Giant. Overall Great grocery store.

Small parking area, carts in the cart corral are immediately taken back into the store so if you’re looking for assistance walking in aided by a cart you’re out of luck. Store aisles are always blocked by vendors restocking their products , extra point items always seem to be in limited quantities and pushed back on either the very top shelf or very bottom shelf. Produce goes bad quickly. The entire check out process halted when the computer systems crashed, but no instructions given to shoppers other than you can’t check out. Then my bonus card stopped working, I’ve lost hundreds of points because of not knowing this until I checked my latest receipt. My card was scanned by the cashier but no mention made of any issues but the prior week I had $2.50 in gas points and while pumping gas into my car’s empty tank , the pump cut off saying I had reached my limit, although I had only pumped 7 gallons into an empty 15 gallon tank. I had to end that sale then start a new sale ( without points) to get my tank filled. I’m guessing that this is the point in time that my bonus card stopped working. I will only go to the Dilworthtown Giant or Brookhavens now but for most things I have switched to the Acme. If Giant isn’t giving me gas reward points , it isn’t worth the hassle to go to this location.

Just stepped in to grab a couple of items after heading home from work. Nothing to major, but did have some good savings. If you're familiar with the establishment, then you'll know what to expect. But every store is different, especially the neighborhood its in!

nice store, super convenient as its along my commute to work. shelves were well stocked and staff was friendly and helpful when i couldn't find the bottled water in the store. spoiler alert, its in the produce section

I like Giant a lot. Always good customer service, mostly always stocked. However sometimes in frozen isle or dairy things are expired. And I absolutely hate that for some reason they got rid of shopping baskets

I should've taken a photo, but I went to buy tomatoes and the package I picked up had mold and breeding fruit flies. We were so grossed out we put our two items back and left to shop elsewhere, despite being exhausted. Always loved my local giant when I lived in Exton until recently moving, so this was extremely disappointing and gross.

Always stocked. Quality produce and meats. Prices reasonable. Seem to have the new items I can't find at other local markets. I know I'm in the minority, but I LIKE that they have so many self check out lanes (just wish other people had to pass an aptitude test to use them).My only complaint lately is that it seems that every time I go there there aren't any shopping carts. I end up having to go back out to the parking lot to retrieve one myself.

This isn’t my normal grocery store but I have shopped here a few times. I prefer the Brookhaven store, the employees are friendlier. However I can’t recall ever having a bad experience at this location. The shelves are always stocked full and usually they are organized. However the store is clean and well maintained.

I can not say enough good about the Aston store’s Bakery Department. They recently made a cake for my father-in-laws 85 birthday party. I described how I wanted the cake decorated. They made the cake more beautiful than I could have imagined. And it was delicious. They even called me before they began to decorate to assure it was how we wanted it. It was PERFECT!!!!! Thank you again to the Bakery Department!!!

Their registers stink. 2 days in a row first my debit card wouldn't work yesterday and today my otc. Would t work there but debit card did. Girl insist its my card but it works fine everywhere else. I left there and used it in another store with zero problems. I won't go back with all these issues.

The self checkouts are awful. As soon as you scan an item it's already locking down because you didn't immediately place it in the bagging area. You run out of space quickly on the scale but if you rearrange it even after the scan light turns off the system locks down.And if I have to go toe to toe with the useless robot that aimlessly roams the isles one more time I'm gonna lose it. Prices go up and convenience goes down.

The store is clean and has what you would normally expect from a major grocery outlet. There has been an extreme push to self checkout, which the owner has explained as an effort to prioritize speed. Hopefully self-checkout systems will improve to facilitate this effort. The deli is laboriously slow; if you are not choosing from the pre-cut selections, you will double your shopping time waiting for your order.

The health department should shut this place down. Looks like everything in the freezer isle was completely thawed and then refrozen. Shelves are always empty and nobody seems to know what they're doing.

Deli counter has a poster showing different cuts of lunch meat shaved, very thin, thin etc. I asked the counter person to cut the ham and turkey I was purchasing very thin. Well it wasn't. It cut thick. I hate thick cut lunch meat. I should have known she seemed to be bothered by doing her just job. Thank goodness DiScalia's has very good quality meats and cuts it as requested.
