I've been there multiple times u have yet to have any complaints. They always have what I need in stock and the workers are usually busy since it seems they are a little understaffed, so I don't mind not being greeted at the door, it's not that important to me.

Staff is freaking rude, they need to train their staff on their customer service skills. I won’t ever go there again or allow my mom and daughter to buy from this store ever again and the only reason is because I’m too grown to catch a case for slapping some sense into one of these females. Ratchet/ghetto people work there.

I had a pleasant experience here and recently forgot a bag of items that I had just purchased here. The staff of Shanika and David noticed the bag and placed it in a secure place because there was items of note and didn't want to just hand over my bag to just anyone. I would like to thank them again as they will see more of me and my family's patronage to such a fine establishment. Keep up the good honest work 👍

The prices are great. It's just that every time I go to this location it seems to be such negative energy coming from the employees. Today I walked into the store and the employee was having an extremely negative conversation with someone. Not even working but in the way with bad energy. I figured f@!# it and left. I don't plan on coming back. Family dollar from now on.

Normally this place is decent but as I was checking out today, I overheard a girl tell her co worker "just because you're pregnant doesn't mean I won't hit you". That toxic behavior shouldn't be tolerated in any environment and should not be the attitude somebody has for simply being asked to help a co worker to do a return on an item.

The employee's at this store are the most curious ,helpful and friendlious that I have ever had . The 2 young men are absolutely an asset to that's DG on Butler St in Easton PA.as well as the ladies. Great team work amongst the entire crew!

Staff is nothing but rude and have negative energy toward them. No one is at the register when you need them. The manager said it's because they're doing stuff and I should have said no excuse. Hire extra people. Dollar tree at least has people at their register. It'd only 2 ladies running the 25th street one in Wilson Borough. I always felt negative vibes from those two. Also a form of dictatorship seems to be in order. Even if you're vaccinated you still have to wear a mask. You don't see people in dollar tree complaining about it.

Friendly, helpful employees. The assistant manager (as of July 2020) is very nice and professional and Emily (I believe that's her name) helped me find something I've been waiting for a few weeks for.

The type of dollar store where you can get anything. Parking is the worst, but most don't know, there is a parking lot behind the building. You can avoid having to back out onto the always busy Butler St. Cleaning supplies, candy, food and household stuff is all available in one spot. Most of the time it's busy and they only have one register open. I waited 5 minutes for 1 thing, while the guy at the end of the line got to cut ahead even after coming in after people in line. Service is kind of crappy like they don't care about their job, but it's convenient and that's why people come back.

They have nice fall stuff but be careful when you go to grab anything in the back isles of the store. I found a decent sized spider one an item in the front of it's row of things back there.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I love their home section. You can find a lot of cute little cheap items that dont look cheap at all.

Went in around 8pm to pick up a couple things for the fourth of July and expected them to be open until 9 or 10, however when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said they would be closing at 8:30. There was stuff blocking aisles all over the store and a ton of people and little kids running around. I've gone here before and had a good experience I don't know what changed

Parking is terrible and you potentially could get into an accident .Employees were able to guide me in the right direction for things needed. When walking in you aren't greeted. Floors are not clean.

I'm a Dollar General fan. Always spend more than I plan getting items at great savings or items you can't find anywhere else. Examples: greeting cards, wrapping paper, bows, and gift bags are super cheap. Oil of Olay products are a great savings compared to anywhere else..

Dollar general has been a life saver during this Covid-19 crisis! They have stayed well stocked with everything and they are making sure everyone is wearing a mask and making people stand further away from each other and there is only a certain amount of people allowed in the store at once

Small store tons of reasonably priced stuff from toys to food! They are doing their best to keep the store clean and everyone is taking social distancing serious and making everyone wear a mask

Some prices are super dope . for over the last couple of years i do some shopping there for baby items household products & Hygiene products . greats prices compared to cvs or any other stores that want 8 dollars for bodywash here you can get about 3 for 8 dollars ....

They are my GO-TO place for Red Bull. Thank you Dollar General for the BEST price out of any other store. I drink at least 1 Red Bull every day I work.
