Absolutely AMAZING staff and wonderful service. My pup came in for his first time (at this Dogtopia location, but we’ve been to others!) for a full groom/ haircut, and received the same top of the line care we expected. The staff is so wonderful and kind, and I didn’t even think twice about leaving my dog there (he can be kind of anxious at groomings, but with all considered he was very comfortable). His haircut is sooooo handsome - the groomer spot on replicated a reference photo I showed her of one of his past haircuts that I loved. 10/10 recommend!

Dogtopia is the best daycare. The staff have helped my dog come out of her shell. They care for her so well and she loves them. She gets excited to go and is so happy and smiling when I pick her up as if she had the best day ever.

Very friendly staff. Having access to the cameras is enjoyable and transparent on their part. My dog seems to love going there. They also go a good job of grooming at an affordable price.

Our dog Maisie has been going to Dogtopia since October for doggy day care and she has boarded there twice. We also use their spa services. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I feel like I’m dropping my dog off to their favorite persons house. She’s welcomed by name by staff that seem to genuinely love dogs. There’s no wait to check in or check out. My girl is EXHAUSTED when we get back home. We’ve gone to Dogtopia for over a year and it’s always a great experience.

The ladies are great! They love all the dogs and know them all by name. My dog is a rescue and I was worried he would be afraid and wouldn't want to stay. My dog never wants to leave, which is fine by me that just means that he loves them and is happy there. They talk to you before about your dog then introduce them to other dogs one by one instead of throwing them into a room full of dogs. You can watch them online, the place is clean and they do special things for them like pup cup Fridays, ugly sweater contests and more. I'm so glad we found this place for my boy! Hes got more friends than I do! Lol

There is no one else who will love your dog the way you do.. BUT Dogtopia of Easton is the exception! My husband and I got a puppy a week before he left for basic training for the Air Force. I tried to handle him on my own, but i felt so bad keeping him home while I worked all day. Thankfully, I found Dogtopia just a parking lot over!The first week I took my Hades here, he was a ball of nerves and I had to walk him to the room every morning. After week 2, he would run back there with the staff! I loved watching Hades on the webcam playing with the other puppies! But as I got busier with work, I watched him less because I knew he was in good hands! The unconditional love everyone has shown him is something I've never seen before! We moved away in October, and I don't know who is more sad: me, Hades, or the staff! I've grown so close with some of these employees that moving away was heartbreaking! The last day Hades was here, some of the staff even came in on their day off to say goodbye!I knew writing this was going to make me cry, so I put it off, but it doesn't matter how much time passes by, Hades and I miss everyone so much! Yall have become my second family that I look forward to seeing every night after work because I'd be going home to an empty house.I know I'm going to leave some people out because I didn't get to interact with everyone every day. But thank you Jordan, Joyele, Grace, Michael, Cheyenne, Sam, Shirlee, Jen, James, Dylan, Kayla, Cheyenne, Chelsea, LeAnn, Tiffany, Zoe, and Anthony for taking care of my baby! Hades misses yall very much! ❤️

My first evaluation was awsome there. The staff was amazing than the second time my dog was there just 4 hours and I picked her up with scratches all over her belly. . I know that dogs can play ruff sometimes however the third time just 4 hours I went and picked my dog up and was I informed that she had a puncture wound on her neck. I was furious. After speaking to the general manager the second time she was going to speak to staff. If you truely care about the welfare of your dog , do not bring them here. Molly also had a cut on her left hind leg which I notice when I went home. That very same day.

Scooter and Barkley LOVE Dogtopia. The staff treat them like their own which is such a great comfort. I love watching them play on the cameras. They come home tired and always excited to go back to see their furry best friends.

My dog has been bitten here 3 times in the last year. The first two times no one even noticed. I had to point it out to the staff. The first bite caused my dog trauma. She started throwing up and having diarrhea. The staff didn’t see anything and couldn’t find anything on camera. The second bite happen while she was being boarded. I noticed it when I picked her up. The manager told me it probably didn’t happen here because it was scanned over. She stayed it probably happened a week ago. I reminded her that she has been boarded for the last 9 days. went silent. Once again no care for the health and safety of my dog or finding out what actually happened. The third bite was the worst and final straw. I picked my dog up and was taken outside so the manager could tell me she was bitten on the back. I knew something was up when it took 15 minutes to get her and other dogs were being brought out to their owners who had arrived after me. She kept downplaying the incident. Stating it’s just a puppy nibble. Barely a bite. My dog had a large puncture wound that required 5 staples and was the size of a quarter. She kept saying it was just a puppy nibble and they would review the footage. They never saw it and didn’t realize she had a massive wound on her back until it was time to go.Edited: I am adding to this post because the owner reached out to me. He informed me of the processes and improvements to ensure that incidents are handled properly going forward. You could tell that he really does care and wants the best for the animals. My dog loved her daycare day and the staff that cared for her.

We took our dog for a Meet & Greet today and he ended up staying the day. What a wonderful place! The staff were so wonderful, the facility is clean, and we were able to see our boy through their webcams. We will definitely be going back!

Our puppy Hannah has been going here for about 3 weeks now and absolutely loves it. She does daycare and we’ve utilized weekend boarding already and we can’t be any more happy with the service and just knowing our Hannah is well loved and in great hands!! She always comes home super sleepy and relaxed after a fun day at dogtopia! Lol

We love Dogtopia of Easton!! Our dog always has so much fun and comes home completely wiped out. He gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot and never wants to leave. The staff is so kind and they really care about the dogs. I LOVE their live webcams and being able to check in on my dog. Such an amazing place to trust our pup with!

My experience has on all fronts was excellent! My dog used the day care and boarding services and got his nails cut. He was happy, healthy and in very good shape when I picked him up. I will use them often and recommend them to everyone who I know with a dog.

Wow is first thing I will say about this new business in area. I have taken my dog to other facilities but Dogtopia is more personalized, professional, and a purpose built location.Multiple play rooms, Day care staff is very active with all dogs and works them to all play and socialize well.

I had my puppy's "Meet and Greet" at Dogtopia, and could not wait to leave a 5 star review. I am so thankful to have Dogtopia and their staff, as my puppy's " home away from home". 10 OUT OF 10!!! They took care of my 4 month old German Shepherd pup for 10 days and did a great job. Shadow started out very shy and reserved, I was able to watch her interact with the other dogs thru the webcam. Each day I saw her come out of her shell and interact with the coaches and other dogs. I couldn't be happier. She was well cared for and loved during her stay. It made my vacation less stressful and more enjoyable knowing she was taken care of. We can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia in Easton. When our dog’s previous daycare/boarding place suddenly closed their doors, Dogtopia was so accommodating and able to get us in quickly for a tour and a daycare trial so that we wouldn’t have to cancel our trip. Ever since then, they have been absolutely amazing. The facility is so clean and well run and the staff is the best. They are always so friendly and helpful and show so much love to our little guy, Lincoln. We also love that they have cameras to watch them play! The best part is that Lincoln has so much fun there and is always so excited to run in and play when we drop him off. We would recommend Dogtopia to anyone in the area as they are truly the best!

My pup, Fred, loves Dogtopia. Shirley and Jenn are such assets to the company. They went above and beyond to help me during my dog's week of boarding while I had a baby. I was so glad to know how well cared for our dog was while she was away from us. We use 'daycare' about once a week and it's wonderful socialization. The staff know our girl by name and we are so glad to have such a fun place near home! Thank you for all you do!

Very impressed with the tour. Very clean and smelled great when you walk in. The tour given was awesome. Everything was explained with room for questions. The Webcam was the best. We got to see our pup on video have a good time and socializing with her own kind. All the dogs were so well behaved and friendly towards our pup. They have a person there watching to make sure all is well. They also offer other goodies like Spa, Salon, Day care and Boarding. I highly recommend Dogtopia. Thanks for the tour and complimentary day care. Jane(my pup) had a good time.

My beagle Kaylee absolutely loves spending time at Dogtopia of Easton! The staff is friendly and kind. They know Kaylee well and take excellent care of her, always letting me know how she did and what dog friends she played with. They have great activities to keep the pups engaged all day - like pools when its hot, and dog-safe bubbles for them to chase. They do cool things for the pet parents too, like holiday photos. I have peace of mind knowing my dog is happy and well cared for while I'm working. I confidently recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for daycare or boarding.

All of the canine coaches are great, and the front desk staff is so friendly and accommodating. They also call promptly if they think a dog isn’t feeling well or acting out of the ordinary. Great place for your dog to socialize with other dogs. They have a camera so that you can check in on your doggy. I’ve seen my shy puppy turn into a social butterfly. Staff knows every dog by name and even each dog personality. I’m very happy I found this place for my puppy. Great place for boarding your dog while on vacation. This place is very trustworthy of keeping your dog safe as well as keeping them entertained with fun things to do. I recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for care for their dog while at work, making runs or even while you’re on a vacation. Dogtopia also has a spa and grooming services which to me has been the best grooming service my dog has received. Check this place out you won’t be disappointed.
