LOVED them. Extremely friendly and what I loved most that too many businesses still don’t possess these days is the personal aspect. Getting in touch and talking was literally as easy as texting. And the cleaning crew/owner was the one answering. Just like talking to a friend! The cleaning on my couch was AMAZING and they even sprayed the couch after with enzymatic solution to ensure no cat accidents would happen on the furniture! They were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Looking to bring that back in soon for more services!Service: Upholstery cleaning

LOVE them!!!!! I originally went with Stanley Steamer and they said they COULDN'T clean my carpet bc it was too dirty. Glad they couldnt because I would have never found this company. From the start of the phone call the gentleman was very polite and assured me he could help and would at my home SAME DAY!!!! He came with his Fiance and they did WONDERFUL work!!! my carpet had horrible stains that definitely take some elbow grease to get up and they did it! We did not expect perfection so while my carpet still appears to have a few of the stains from before, it is 100% better and we are very thankful!!! Highly recommend

We hired Ron to clean the majority of our carpets as well as refinish a small space that contained our hardwood floors. We were pleased with the outcome of our carpets (minus the few marks on our walls that were just repainted a week prior). The hardwood floors are a whole different story. First we were told that the entire job would be 2 days. The job turned out to be 4 days. Not a big deal. However, the quality was lacking. My wife visibly saw him pour polyurethane from standing height. Again, not a big deal until he splashed all over the same walls and baseboards that were just repainted. While he offered to come “fix” these issues, I don’t know what he would have done as he is not a painter. Needless to say, my wife had the pleasure of repainting our walls that we paid an actual professional to perform. Additionally, we were told we could walk on the hardwood after 24 hours. However, the hardwood is not dry after almost 48 hours and stain is coming up. We are fearful we will have to hire someone else to redo this job. It is hard to put into words how disappointed we are with the job.

This carpet cleaning service has a great big machine they use and gets tuff stains off like gum!
