Don't go through drive thru. It's"hit or miss" sat there pressing call button with no one even letting me know it's closed. Letting me sit there for 20 minutes. I go inside and not even an apology. I guess a curtain is supposed to be telling enough? Bull. Changing all our prescriptions elsewhere.

Denise in the pharmacy department of the CVS store located at 1520 Northampton St is an AWESOME employee and person!! I've dealt with her several times and she always goes the extra mile to help in any way she can. She always offers a warm greeting and makes customers feel as comfortable and welcome as possible.
