What a great place to shop!! Came here 4.23.24 for some shampoo. I couldn’t find it at first but mike helped me and was very helpful. I also found a conditioner I was looking for too. I had a great experience and I look forward to come again!

The old woman that looks like a witch working at the pharmacy desk needs to be forced into retirement! She is hard of hearing and made a simple pickup difficult. All she had to do was type in my name but she went to speak with the pharmacy technicians several times. I only came here because it was right next to the urgent care.

I can’t believe how much this pharmacy has gone down hill. My question is what is going on? What kind of incompetent staff are they hiring? My whole family has been using this CVS for years and now I’m starting to come to the conclusion that it’s time to switch pharmacies. There are some decent CVS pharmacies but unfortunately the Aston one isn’t. It’s a shame because I remember having a wonderful relationship with the previous staff but I think they’re all gone. Now it’s like going to a fast food restaurant, with a bunch of irresponsible kids who don’t care if they screw up your order. They even look and behave like a bunch of teenagers even to the point of not taking responsibility for their actions.They get defensive if questioned about any mishaps or shift blame on others even other CVS pharmacies. This unprofessional and immature behavior in pharmacy staff is unacceptable and I don’t feel safe having them handle my family and I’s medications.

Horrible service at the pharmacy! Doctor sent over prescription, pharmacy kept saying they didn’t receive, phone tag between the doctor to confirm CVS had verified prescription hours before! Finally give me the new medication for my 5 week old with absolutely no drug information, my receipt was longer than the instructions! I called to speak with the pharmacist and expressed my concern that drug information was not provided for a 5 week old!! He responded, that’s all your doctor wrote. Excuse me?! You are the dispensing pharmacist and have an obligation to ensure patient understands drug. They are way too absent minded at this location, I will not be returning.

Just over at the CVS I was using a line for regular check out. I was asked me to use a self check out I said I’m trying to save peoples jobs by using a regular check out. She said I’m making l more difficult for not using a regular cashier instead of a self check out.What is this world coming to people in the CVS arguing with you I’m trying to help them out and they seem to be argumentative. Well I will not be back to the CVS ever again.

The pharmacy is useless. It’s so bad. This place used to be the best, but they hire the absolute worst people they can find. Being short staffed isn’t their issue it’s the terrible, rude, lazy, inefficient people they hire. Don’t go here. Transfer your prescriptions anywhere else. The store is fine it’s just the pharmacy that should be totally overhauled. Fire them all and just start over.

This has to be the worst pharmacy that I have ever witnessed. Long wait just to pick up. Automatic refill never works. They actually filled an expired prescription and never alerted anyone. I only use this pharmacy because of my mothers insurance. Hopefully when she renews her medical she can get away from this crazy unprofessional place. I use Walgreens myself and at least they are organized and have amazing customer service. Warning to anyone this place is toxic switch pharmacies if you can

The smell of mold and mildew is so strong that it even comes through the drive through window. No one ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. I've had prescriptions canceled with no explanation, and there have been times where I've paid online through the app for prescriptions and when I get there to pick them up I'm told they don't have the script. Expired scripts have been fillled even when they have been told numerous times we dont use it anymore. Very poor service.

I enjoy shopping at this CVS but I have to say the pharmacy is not my favorite. Every 3 months I have to pickup a re-fill for my prescription. Every time I go they are always so disorganized and take forever to find my medication. Today, they couldn’t even find it and had to make it on the spot, even after I got a confirmation text that it was ready. I was waiting forever while the person working register looked for it, and didn’t even get an apology for how long it took. I will be switching pharmacy’s. I am very unhappy.

The tech kept saying they didn't have my prescription script even though my doctor's office said they sent them. Finally, my doctor called them since they weren't going to be helpful. First the pharmacist said they didn't get it, then they said they got it and they didn't have it. When my prescriber asked if they would let me know, they said I already left. I was standing there the whole time. I also got to see a few upset customers walk away for unknown reasons, and I certainly saw the technicians making a joke out of it. I guess they really didn't see me. Moving my business to pharmacy that is actually helpful.

I was there yesterday but didn't realize that they gave me a prescription that I'm severely allergic to. When I told the short older lady with long black hair wearing glasses that they gave me a prescription that I'm allergic to she caught an attitude! That allergy has been in my medical records for years! Her attitude was so horrible that I'm switching phamacies.

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies. I wait over a hour for my daughter’s prescription. Only to drive home and realize they didn’t even give me her inhaler after I asked if everything was there. I go back to the store and speak with the pharmacy technician her name was Hevan. She is completely clueless has no idea what she is doing. I told her the inhaler was never given to me. She tells me it was never sent over by my daughters doctor. Showed her the print out of the prescriptions. Still clueless and not understanding. Then she talks to the pharmacist because she has absolutely no clue what she is doing. They overlooked it and forgot to get it ready. I’m scared for people coming here to get their medication their negligence can cause serious harm or kill somebody.

I have called 5 times over the past week to ask a question for the pharmacy. Every time it's at least 20+ minutes of waiting on the phone only to be hung up on. I am actually on hold now it's been 25 minutes now. Wish me luck!

Went to pick up my wife's and my scripts at the drive thru ,the female working the window was unprofessional, she needs some people skills.I told her I was picking up for my wife and myself gave her our names. Then with a attitude she tells me one name at a time. If you can't be a people person then find another line of work. Never had any other issues with CVS I would suggest some training dealing with the public. Now let's see if someone does something about it.

I ordered photo prints and received an email stating they were ready for pickup, so I drove there only for the manager to tell me they weren't actually ready. A few days later I received a call/voicemail message stating the photos were ready again for pickup. I took time out of my day to drive there and get the photos, only for the manager to give me attitude and say "I told you to wait for a call, they aren't ready". Terrible service.

They are scammers. They run your insurance and charge it then tell you they never got the prescription from your doctor. They are stealing funds from your insurance and processing fake claims

Probably the most poor run CVS I have ever experienced. The pharmacy does not explain things well enough that I had to call my original CVS in Folsom, PA to understand why my script couldn’t be filled. I suggest using the Rite Aid right down the street.

Worst Pharmacy ever. Never easy getting any prescriptions filled or request refills. Getting anyone on the phone is impossible. The last straw was a rude staff member in the pharmacy. Done.

Dropped off my prescription in store, I was told it would be a short wait. After awhile I left and figured I would pick up the next day.I went back to pick up they said they had nothing for me. They eventually found my prescription and said because it wasn't a hand signature they couldn't fill my thyroid prescription.They should have called me or my doctor to get what they needed not wasted my time again a second time!!

Tried to call in a script from a doctor's office for a patient. Was told that the pharmacist could not talk to me because she was busy for the next 20 minutes???!!!! Asked if I could call back after 20 mins and talk directly to the pharmacist and was told that I "maybe" able to do so, but not guaranteed. Tech said that I could leave a message.

I went to my dr office. He said i had upper respiratory infection and tested me for covid19. He prescribed me an inhaler. . i dropped off the script. I went pick it up later. I was told they needed my insurance information. My doctor had that on paperwork. I had to go inside stoor since no one would come to the window and explian the problem. No one called me to tell me their was a problem. Its friday. I cant get inhaler now till tuesday. Thanks cvs. Great job. So unprofessional

Unfortunately the pharmacist does not speak or under stand English fluently and this makes it extremely difficult to communicate with her. Also she has a poor attitude with helping customers/patience some more training is needed.

I gave a star because the pharmacy crew is WONDERFUL but the front end of the store is PATHETIC. The manager is HORRIBLE she came on board a few years ago and that is when it went to the toilet. It's filthy, never stocked and now after TWO HOURS of walking around waiting to get up the make up isle that she and TWO other employees had blocked for "stocking" (forget the fact that STILL after TWO HOURS was out of stock on the items I needed I decided to checkout. My bill was 95 dollars then reduced to 40 dollars because of coupons on my card the filthy register froze up and I was told I would have to move to another register but the coupons were gone. I said I'm not paying for that without the coupons. Well sorry coupons are gone. PATHETIC when the hell is CVS going to get rid of that sorry excuse for a manager

Beware don't go there.They have lousy ratings and do nothing about it.The pharmacist is rude and gave me a prescription I did not request and was charged 400.00 and when I told them I did not need the prescription nor did I request it.She refused to take it back.She hung up on my insurance company and would not answer their calls.Very professional.WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.
