If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is just ridiculous. People working at the pharmacy are very unprofessional. They wear whatever the hell they want from flip flops to joggers. There’s no patient privacy at all. They be yelling your business for everyone to hear. They tell you give them an hour and it takes them until the next day to have a simple antibiotic ready. The drive through issue is plain stupid and lazy. There’s a sign at the window per employee shortage but you go inside and they have 6 people “working” they play basketball with our meds. And don’t get me started on how screwed their system is.Currently looking to move all my prescriptions somewhere else.

Don't go through drive thru. It's"hit or miss" sat there pressing call button with no one even letting me know it's closed. Letting me sit there for 20 minutes. I go inside and not even an apology. I guess a curtain is supposed to be telling enough? Bull. Changing all our prescriptions elsewhere.

Very rude workers- I went to buy vitamins and unfortunately the only ones that were there expired at the end of March. I politely told the cashier that these were about to expire in 2 days like the sign in the aisle said too and they rudely said I still have 2 days to buy them. There is no way I can use 60 vitamins in 2 days.

I went to CVS to pick up a specific item.Of course it's in a locked cabinet, but I understand that.I went to the front and asked a very friendly cashier and told her I needed a case unlocked. She made a call over the intercom for the manager or assistant manager to help a customer in isle 4.There I stood for 20 minutes and no one came.I went back to the front where this poor cashier was trying to handle an upset customer.She could not resolve the issue because a manager had to come over.She made 3 more attempt feel like they should pay me for wasting my time. s at getting 1 of the 2 managers to the front. You know who came?? NO ONE!! No manager ever showed up. I wasted 45 minutes to leave with nothing.I will never EVER go back to this store AGAIN and I think they should pay me for wasting my time trying to do business with them.

My favorite cvs! Always have what I need before going I check the app and it’s always accurate. Employees are always nice… only thing I could genuinely say is maybe adding more self checkouts or registers at the pharmacy counter because that line can get real crazy but even after waiting in line forever the associate will still great me polite and just as kind as the last person.

Been going here for over 20 years and always loved the staff. Recent changes have made me switch pharmacies. My daughter was picking up her prescription and I watched Audrey try and take the pen out of my daughters hand and sign for her! Talk about RUDE and illegal! The drive through isn’t open at all anymore due to staffing shortages and they don’t answer the phone. Go anywhere else, literally anywhere, because this place has gone right down the tubes.

Similar experience to many others here. We've been coming here for years out of convenience, but I'm done with them. Slow to fill prescriptions, and 'some' of their people are rude, mainly that poorly dressed blonde that others have mentioned.But the front of the store cashiers aren't much better. Slow, there's never more than one person there even when the line is backed up.Besides that, every weirdo in Easton comes in here, I've seen fights and yelling and screaming matches.

Will be calling corporate on the pharmacy!! Waited for 35 mins at the drive thru nobody ever came . So I go inside wait another 35 mins for them to tell me , my prescription isn't even ready ! I told them how long I've waited and the blonde pharmacist was mumbling stuff under her breath and I asked her what she was saying and she said " we closed on Tuesday that's why everyone's orders are backed up " with an attitude. Also she was dressed very unprofessional for working in a pharmacy. She was even wearing flip flops . I was told to come back in 2-3 hours my prescription would be ready well....No surprise I went back 7 hours later and waited in line again.... STILL no prescription!!!!! At this point I was fed up switched to Weis pharmacy that night and they had it ready by the morning !! DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR HEALTH!!! Very dangerous .

The most horrible cvs ever. Takes days to get your Prescriptions filled. The staff in the pharmacy is so rude. I will not spend a penny of my money there anymore.. they don't even deserve the 1 star but cudnt leave a review without a star

The pharmacy goes on lunch at 1:30pm however, do not be fooled. They stop helping customers at 1:20pm and close the gate. Then they ignore you even if you are standing right in front of them and they can see you are waiting to get your meds. The workers here are more concerned with getting out to lunch exactly on time and not about the customers who are trying to get their medications. Very bad business model. Just use Walgreens or Walmart and don't bother with CVS. Bad business model.

Best advice for pharmacy is call ahead to make sure they’re open and have your item in stock. Best thing you can do is be patient. It’s not their fault that they are overwhelmed and under staffed. They are part of the healthcare chain. Give them a break.

If i could give a ZERO star rating i would. WORST cvs i had ever been too. I’ve been here 2x and the first time i tried calling before going to make sure my prescription was ready and they didn’t pick up i figured they were busy. I show up and the phones ringing and there just there with no care in the world. Then my second time visiting the store i walk up to pick up my prescription and before i step to the counter a woman rudely yells were closed come back at 2. Then i come back at 2 and they didn’t even have my prescription. I will never go there again. I don’t understand how CVS being such a big company even lets this place run like this. The employees and cbs should really be ashamed of themselves.

Had to call corporate since they don’t answer their phone and I have a prescription I need that keeps my health correct so I don’t die and to them it’s a game. They don’t answer the phone at all! I waited for an hour just for them to tell me a prescription was out of stock. The associates are very rude and incompetent! Mind you they can’t answer the phone but I was there and they just let it ring and the associates just stand around talking and eating. How do these people have jobs?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been going to this location for about a year now since moving to Easton, and the pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. They can never "find" my prescriptions after I confirm more than once with my Dr's that the scripts were actually sent over. Everytime I go into pick anything up after the time frame the pharmaist gives, they are never ready and I ALWAYS have to either wait or come back the next day to pick them up. It's out ragous how simple this process is and yet it is never done properly.

They deserve a -3,000!!!! A pharmacist by the name of Raffilios (not sure on spelling) refused to help me and rushed me off the phone. My insurance just lapsed because they haven’t received my renewal in the mail yet. I asked this pharmacist for some kind of help pointing me in the direction of anything to file to help reduce costs he told me don’t pick my medication up then if I can’t afford the $465 it costs. My medication has physical withdrawal symptoms when I told him that he said idk what to tell you then have a good day!!! Unbelievable way to violate that hippocratic oath!!! Shame on you C.V.S.

My experience is that this pharmacy does not answer the phone. I dread every time my doctor since the prescription here by mistake because I have to drive here in order to cancel it because they do not answer the phone. I do not have the same experience with all CVSs just this one. I know they're busy but it is unacceptable. Also, I found that my regular CVS will have explanations on the app as to why a prescription is not ready yet, but this one will just say on hold; and once again they don't answer the phone. So you can't get any answers unless you go there in person.

Poor customer service at this CVS, I went in to see if they had play station plus cards I didn’t see any so I went to ask a cashier if they had them and was told in the most nastiest way from this cashier (no and i’m not going to check in the back either) I didn’t even ask for the cashier to check anyway.. If you don’t like your job go find a new one… Will never go into this store again just either lazy workers and the pharmacist don’t wanna do their jobs either

Still lacking enough staff to manage large setting, but staff on checkouts were very helpful and kind. Stocking clerks seemed overwhelmed with the amount of items to place .... maybe space deliveries so that staff can reach goal of display

Person who answered the phone for the pharmacy- this one's for you. First she answered the phone "yeah?" . When asked about vaccine ages/policy gave incorrect information. Completely unprofessional tone. When asked when the vaccine may be in stock the answer was "I don't know, it was ordered, things take a while ya know". Fantastic job. Call on 2/1 1145 am.

If I could put 0 I would. I Was shorted medication by 1/3 of the amount. When I asked the staff to count their stock, the numbers were off. I am still waiting for them to rectify the situation. This is completely unacceptable.

I went in just before closing and a thought to be snow storm to ensure my child had his medication. They claimed the script was not sent. This morning my husband called the dr office and was told time and date sent and that the pharmacy confirmed receiving it. We call the pharmacy back and they say we’ll it must be a glitch, we merge the drs office in and the cvs representative also believed to be the pharmacist abruptly says to the drs office and I quote ‘you are making this way too difficult just send a new script’. The drs office appalled says Excuse me, the representative says yeah it’s a glitch send a new one. The representative then goes on to tell my pediatricians office that the child I was with had an alarming black eye and she didn’t know who to contact. I go to the cvs with my child to pick up the script and tell the store manager of the horrendous experience with this delusional employee and to have the manager of the pharmacy call me, he has yet to return my call. My family and I have gone to this pharmacy for almost a decade, we are long term customers. I get up to counter 4 hours after the script is resent and I still have to wait for it. She also asked for my ID and took it to the back with no justification. I pick up this prescription every month and never have I given my ID. My child paraded in front of the entire staff with normal eyes including the manager. Apparently she is unaware of how serious false allegations and defamation of character as a representative of a major pharmacy. I made a complaint to the corporate office and will no longer go here.

Everything is excellent, the help and kindness, there are only two ladies who work there, and they never say hello and if we ask something they get upset and can never help anything, the other employees are excellent, it's just those two very rude women 😞😞😞😞

These people have a policy of not answering the phone. Called the pharmacy 2 times and was put on hold for ever, until I lost patience and hung up. Also, when I was there earlier, I heard their phone operating machine declaring 3 people waiting on queue, with zero f’s given by employees :)

CVS on Northampton st. In Easton sucks! The employees at the pharmacy are very rude and seem to spend more time amusing each other than helping sick people! My review is based on multiple visits and every visit was despicable. Probably better to do business elsewhere since they don't seem to care. Explains their massive store closures!🤔
