We love to shop local. This location in Aston is very knowledgeable. We come here weekly for toys. My friend visited from Montana and had his Anatolian/Pyranise mix plagued with tapeworm while they were staying with us. They had a 5-day remedy that cleared him up.We have a 4 y/o Yorkshire Terrier that loves the toys from here. We live close enough to walk. They allow pets in the store (as long as they are behaved).Shop local!

Great price, friendly and helpful staff. Variety of selections. They also offered saving tips. If you order dog food from them every 12 bags, the 13th one is free!

Friendly staff. Large selection. Always has whatever I'm looking for and more. Good place to browse toys as well as a very diverse selection of treats. This store is my go to and should be yours. Haven't found a pet store that compared.

It's a pretty big store with all kinds of pet products, although it seems sometimes the cat department is lacking. I'd say prices are on the moderate to high side but it's close, convenient and clean.

I was in the concord pet store Sunday 4/23/23 at 2:30 pm was there to purchase some pet food walking around the aisles there’s no tags on shelves after a few minutes I walked up to the counter and both girls were on their cell phones I believe there names were Ash and Angelea I asked them about the prices they said they’re tag machine wasn’t working that I would have to bring anything I want up for a price check not offering to come from behind the counter to help and at no time did they put their phone down this is poor customer service with this kind of service I will not recommend this store to anyone and I will be posting this around the area I don’t want to even give it a star but have to to post it

I only have shopped here for a dog, so I can only speak for a dog owner. The store seems very nicely organized. It was easy to come in and find the ball, chew toy, and food I was looking for.The employees also seemed very nice. While I was in there once, one employee was talking to a guy about his dog and a litter the dog recently had. It seemed like she knew him from a previous time he had visited.It's also got a pretty good location in a shopping center in Aston. There's plenty of other stuff around so you don't have to just make a trip to the pet store.

Lazy Sales Staff; Unresponsive Management.My dogs’ food is normally in stock at Concord Pet of Aston, but on this occasion they were out. No big deal. I asked when it would be in stock again and was told by the end of the week. Great, I’ll be back. At the end of the week, I made the trip back to the store but the food had not been restocked. I was promised it would be in by early the following week. I went to the store again the following week only to discover the food still had not been restocked. When I asked to speak to a manager, the sales associate sort of shrugged and said he would pass my message along, but no one ever reached out.I appreciate that stuff happens from time to time, especially now given supply chain issues as a result of the pandemic, so a few months later, when I was running low on dog food again, I thought I’d give Concord Pet of Aston the benefit of the doubt and try again. I went to the store and spoke directly with the same sales associate from before and physically provided my contact information, in hopes of getting ahold of someone in management. I was trying to find out whether this brand of food would be restocked, or if, for some reason, the store had decided not to carry it anymore. Once again, zero response from anyone at Concord Pet of Aston.I even went so far as to call the manufacturer who assured me Concord Pet of Aston still receives a large quantity of this brand of food. So, what’s the problem?Like I said, I get that things happen, but this is too consistent of an issue to simply be a mistake. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of service and support from Concord Pet of Aston and will no longer be buying pet supplies here.

I am usually able to find what I need here, however sales staff doesn’t seem very knowledgeable or customer oriented. I asked a simple question, what is the age for your advertised senior discount? None of the employees knew. Nor did they offer to find out.

We had the best experience at Concord Pet Foods & Supplies! We showed up with our new puppy and the friendly and knowledgeable employees took it from there! Nick spent a lot of time walking us through the store, going over all of our options for the basic supplies we would need, while also giving us his recommendations. We loved the selection of natural food and treats, and left feeling confident that we were prepared to care for our new fur baby. We will definitely be heading back for all of our future pet supply needs!

Just wanted to take a second to make sure Phil gets the recognition he deserves! I was just in the store which I frequent monthly and it looked amazing, very organized even though it was the end of the night. He was incredibly helpful and friendly and showed amazing customer service which is hard to come by these days! To my surprise he said it was only his SECOND day training to be manager!

They have everything I need without having to be a giant superstore and have very good hours, local and great parking. All you need for a pet food and supply store. I just got a free $50 bag of dog food for their frequent buyers program of buy 10 get 1 free, so that was awesome.

Not many places have the equipment I need for raising healthy wyverns.And Concord Pet doesn't, either, sadly. Cats? Certainly! Everything I could possibly want to buy, had I owned one of those deadly little sociopaths. A variety of cat litter, all kinds of food and treats. Toys? All over the place.Nothing for the concerned wyvern owner, sadly. No freezedried horse, not oxen gobbets. No tackle, hackmores, nor harnesses. Scale cream, for those dry, lethargic, wintery months? Nope.But they have hairball goo... for when your precious little fleebag licks too much of its own fur off... whatever.
