I stop in randomly if I don't feel like buying something on Amazon and waiting or heading to PetSmart. I would say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They carry most of the mainstream foods/toys and also some more high end things...like raw/freeze-dried foods. I only ding it for the prices. Expect to pay at least 10% more here. Also, there is a membership I think? You put in your number each time but I don't think it is for rewards, just looking up orders. That's also a bummer.

The woman at the register was extremely helpful and friendly. I googled the issue my kitten was having and went in intending to buy a particular item. After discussing it with her, she pointed me to a natural option, pumpkin! My kitten has had two feedings of pumpkin and is feeling much better!

Terrible customer service:At Chaar pet supply store, I had a disappointing customer service encounter with a staff member with short orange hair. She exhibited rudeness and a lack of effective communication skills.Don’t think I’ll be shopping there again.

The women running the register was very nice and very helpful! She greeted me as soon as I walked in, when she saw me kind of wondering around, she stopped what she was doing and asked if I needed help (very attentive)! She helped me pick out new food for my cats and was able to answer any questions that I had! I go their often and had never had a bad experience!!!

We have been bringing Audrey to Miranda since we adopted her for all grooming. Audrey loves Miranda so much she gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Miranda also loves our little Audrey and everyone there gets a kick out of seeing Audrey. Great place clean, friendly, great selection and affordable. Highly recommend

They don’t have any Hill’s Science Diet brand which is surprising since most pet stores do, and it’s also one of the biggest brands out there and recommended by veterinarians (I work in vet med). They don’t have any Purina Pro Plan specialty diets (sensitive skin and stomach etc), only just regular Pro Plan food. They seem to mostly only carry boutique brands which aren’t recommended. My boyfriend also got bearded dragon food from them last year only to get home and see it’s expired. Pretty unfortunate since this place is so convenient for me. However the store is clean and the employees seem nice.

VERY IMPORTANT - this is not a store for reptile or exotic pets, no supplies or live insects. If you have a dog or cat you will be very happy here, the store is very nicely organized and has alot of food choices. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing I didn't like was no music. It felt very odd. Maybe it wasn't working that day.

My husband and I came in on a Saturday morning because we needed to pick up a harness and a collar for a new fur baby we were adopting. We had no idea her real size and girth and stood staring at the wall of items trying to figure things out. A saleswoman came over to us and was incredibly helpful by showing us different harnesses and giving her opinion on which were better for the breed of dog that we were getting. When we went to check out a salesman was very nice to us and offered to put us in their system even though we were from out of town so that we could return anything that wasn't going to work for us. It was a very clean store with lots of unique items unlike in a giant Petco type of place. We will definitely come by again when we're in that neighborhood!

Everyone at Chaar in Forks Township is really nice. Kathie is a great at helping you find your way around the Store. She’s also very nice and pleasant to be around. Leah is best groomer I have found in years. She always keeps Bailey trimmed and groomed just perfectly each time I bring our little girl in for her Bath appt or here full on groom. Our dog looks forward to the time she’s going to see Leah to get her bath and then a haircut.

We moved into Forks 2 1/2 years ago and started going to Charr for all my supplies for our beloved Bella. I have never met or experienced a truer "family" type environment and people with so much heart and love and respect for our furry friends and people. Our beloved Bella just passed away but we do have a new puppy to love and will continue going to Charr for our Mia! Wonderful place-Wonderful people!Thank you Liz, Kathy, Morissey and Audrey for everything!

Absolutely terrible service.Had to wait 3 weeks to book a grooming appointment for 2 dogs, just received a phone call stating that our appointments tomorrow have to be canceled and rescheduled because a groomer will not be in.OK, no problem there. Rescheduling for a day or two?Nope. They tell us they cannot get us in until NOVEMBER 13TH and would absolutely NOT budge on any type of accommodation.3 weeks later for a rescheduling?Unbelievable and absolutely rude to say "Sorry thats all I got."You're in customer service, act it. Figure it out. Its two small dogs. You can't stay an hour later or be there an hour earlier? Instead you're absolutely rude and ridiculous for first, making a appointment 3 weeks prior then secondly, not accommodating for an appointment other than 3 weeks out?What a joke.

Miranda is my pets GroomerShe's AWSOME with my dogs n they love her. My pups are not scared when I taken to groom. She's a fantastic groomer. My dogs look amazing and they are happy when they are groomed. They also have dogs SUPPLIES n different dogs groom treatment. I highly recommend Mitanda n the Groomers place

A nice clean store in the Giant plaza. Lots of variety and fair prices. Had my dogs nails trimmed for about $15. It's a convenient location but very small grooming operation. Only one person working the weekend.

The dog wash isn't open during COVID, still? Restaurants are open, most schools are open. I guess I understand when the pandemic first hit, but Chaar must've seen more revenue from grooming. It doesn't make any sense from any guidelines to not have this open - only 1 person and a dog at a time. They say it is because you "have to walk through grooming" - wear masks! No revenue from me though, not shopping there anymore.

Had a very upsetting experience after going to the Allentown location for awhile, I came here to the new forks location because it’s closer to home. When I picked up my dog, the groomer (originally from Allentown) said my dog was aggressive and she had to charge 5 extra. I said he had never been aggressive before and she said the groomer that had him in Allentown was known to be aggressive with dogs, but she said don’t worry she’s no longer with us. I asked was she fired and she said no she left on her own. So either she lied to me to change extra fees or my dog was handled aggressively by the former groomer. Both scenarios I’m not ok with and the owner did not care.

Gaby has followed Leah where ever she goes..This family drives to PA to make sure Leah does her Spa treatment...Leah literally has become our family! Would not recommend at all, took a month to get me an appointment and because one groomer got sick. That appointment got delayed another 2 months and that’s all they could do. Save your money and go else where, trust me.

It was very clean and they had lots of choices. My favorite part and the main reason I visited this location was the puppy bath where you can give your dog a bath yourself for roughly $10
