Good ice cream, but the price?! A Kid's dirt sundae $5. A turtle sundae in a cup not much larger than the kid's sundae $8. I'm all for paying for quality, but as seen below -- it's not all that. (I left the price plus card for size reference) Disappointing. There's a homemade mom & pop ice cream place nearby. I'd give them my money before I go back here.

The ice cream here is very good, and the employees are very helpful. The store is also clean looking. But the manager creates a bad work environment. I have been a customer here a few times and when I see him he speaks in a very passive aggressive tone towards the employees, It’s not a good look for the store for me to witness the disrespect.

Update: Went back to try again and there is a significant difference. The ice cream was delicious!I’ve been an avid patron here for years and the last 4 times I’ve been there the ice cream is completely tasteless. It’s almost like they’re cutting costs. It’s always been excellent ice cream and now it seems consistently watered down.

Now this is a great hot fudge sundae complete with hot fudge, wet nuts(walnuts with syrup),whipped cream and a 🍒 on top. Great !great !great!!! Oh did I forget to mention GREAT SERVICE!!! How could enjoy this wonderful sundae prepared by a grouch of a server? Well my server was a 💎. Store clean, well lit, and a plethora of sweet delights. MMM MMM MMM!!! I was rewarding myself for having a hellish week of medical testing including (squishing) the girls if you know what I mean. This sundae was A+++.

Great icecream and icecream cakes. Toddlers get a free baby sized cone and dogs get free pup cones, which makes it a no brainier for family outings. They're open year round for birthday cakes.

Very good flavors. I had their apple dumpling with cinnamon ice cream. It was a real apple dumpling (and the ice cream was real too). Delicious.

Went to pick up a doordash order at the pick up window. Stood there for over 10 mins until I asked if I needed to get in line. One of the workers started laughing because all three of them saw me standing there and ignored me. The girl that helped me was very nice. Not expecting special treatment as a delivery but they could have at least acknowledged me. If I had not spoke up who knows how long I would have stood there. If the business can’t handle delivery orders then they shouldn’t take them. I have been to this location several times and this is the third time this has happened! So if your ordering for delivery expect your ice cream to be late!!!!

Have never gotten a bar frozen treat here. Their ice cream is very creamy and smooth. My go to is their black raspberry in either a waffle cone/cup. It always hits the spot.My dog loves coming along for the car ride. She is able to walk around in the grass as she waits for her puppy cup.

Best I've cream I ever tasted. Besides the usual flavors they feature seasonal flavors which are outstanding. Workers are so polite and always serve with a smile, I can't leave without leaving a $5 to$10 tip that's how nice the employee. Prices are a little high but worth every penny. Give it a try. Also oreo cookie sandwiches are freaking great

The ice cream is incredible but EXPENSIVE. A half gallon is $13! I went there 6 months ago and it was $9 and I remember thinking that was pricy. I will not go 0s0ga0in at these prices, $13 for a00 half gallon is to much no matter how good it is !

Bruster's has always been a go to ice cream place for us, and it NEVER disappoints. Recently I purchased an ice cream pie for my husband's birthday, the staff was super helpful, and the final product was delicious! I think I may have started a new family tradition, one that has me looking forward to the next birthday! My final piece on brusters is you HAVE to try the banana ice cream, it's to die for!

I am obsessed with Bruster's ice cream! The ice cream is made on site and the quality is outstanding, far above DQ. They include standard flavors, but also make unique flavors. My faves are the white chocolate oreo, white raspberry truffle, chocolate oreo & oreo.

Both times I have went the young ladys were very patient with me and let me try multiple samples to make sure i was completely set on the flavor combo. Based off of customer service alone id go back, ontop of the delicious ice cream flavors

Yummy ice cream served by local high schoolers. A great variety of flavors creates a sort of hot spot during the summer months. My personal reccomendation is a blast with M&M's or Graham Central Station on a waffle cone. They even have fair amount of outdoor seating available!

Love their icecream. Kids working here are always nice so be sure to add to the tip cups, lol.Bring your own banana for a discount on the banana split...not sure if that is an everyday deal or not. Also, download the app for discounts.

Love love love brusters ice cream but this time ... there was hair in my ice cream . I got a banana split, and all the ice cream was stacked together on one side of the dish with the 3 toppings globbed on the other side of the dish. With the banana and it was only cut in like 3 pieces. And to make things worse no cherry. Please try harder summer is coming

Can't believe how slow they are. I took seven kids there and waited half an hour after giving them my order. Four chocolate shakes, a waffle cone, two other drinks that I can't remember...over half an hour. Not sure what process could take that long.
