Customers as well as workers are using the outside front corner of the store as a trash/ cigarettes dumping ground. The cashiers are busy most of the time, and the lines are long. The flat carts with items to restock are all over the store. I'm giving a 2 stars because the people working there are friendly. I'll be shopping there only if there's a great necessary.

It is a very convenient and close for quick shopping in Bendersville. The reason for the 4 stars is that today went in with it being I guess order delivery day. Made it hard having all those flat carts all over. Think you should think about late night or early morning stock only help.I must say that your store manager, who I believe it was took the time from stocking to help eliminate the line of people. That was refreshing since when I go in that store if 2 are on, one of them is doing shelves and the other one on the register. Don't if it is an issue closing out 2 registers at the end of the night or store policy.Won't stop shopping there, you just need to eliminate flat order carts to a couple areas not all over the store.

We go there quite often, we try to go when it's less busy because it is slow check out but mainly because someone called off or understaffed. We love Kim especially! Shes friendly funny and fast!!

This store is really convenient to me and I like the wide variety of options. High staff turnover but most are friendly. The building is only a few years old but seems to always have a leak which is an eyesore and the bathrooms rarely are in working order.

Update.. went there tonight. They had sign on the door saying temporary closed. Couldn't buy coffee creamer. Had to drive to Gettysburg.Always have cat treats for a crazy cat lady to buy for the kitty's lol...

Not a fan, there is only ever one cashier, whats the point of 2 registers? I feel like every time I go in there is at least 3 people waiting in line. They do run good deals.

Generally pretty cluttered. Some staff are nice, some are rude. They are feeling the effects of the worker shortage.

I went with my three siblings. When we walked in there were a bunch of carts that were everywhere and could barely get through the isles. When I went to ring my stuff up the cashier rang it up and didn’t try to bag it just looked at me to see if I had a problem . Then when my sister went up the cashier made us wait because she was texting . Then when my sister made a small remark on it the cashier started to get rude and ignorant with her. Where is the respect 😔

The store was in complete disarray when I entered. I mean half put away merchandise everywhere. I got what I came for and then stood in line while 2 maskless people had a conversation with the only clerk for 10min. She only had a face shield and scratched her nose twice.

Can't take credit cards. I understand credit card machines break. But you can call in manually. So I went without dinner because a major retailer can't figure out a credit card. Train your staff Dollar General.

Used to work here and only really go here when I need something quick. Recently has been going down hill.. Doesn't help that something is leaking in the store.

Once you have walked inside of one dollar general you have basically seen the inside of them all. I went there in need of parchment paper and unfortunately left with non-stick aluminum foil which worked for what I needed it for but I would have much rather had the parchment paper

Just like any other dollar general, nothing more or nothing less. Most of the employees seem a bit on the rude side and unwilling to help you find a product that you're looking for but cant find.
