Trader Joe has the best clam chowder soup. So when ever I can I purchase 2 containers. Well I open one and I was informed there was a piece of plastic in it. Well I check the container and it came off the container. Prior to that I contacted TJ. Before I could close out I received an email. They will investigate and get back ASAP. While they were investigating I to and noticed the container. I immediately contacted TJ and everything was resolve. They were extremely understanding. They will do the same for you if you have a problem. This was my second time and I must say TJ is awesome. Great prices and great food. I will go and get more clam chowder soup.Thank you Trader Joe

Cashiers used to be very friendly but are now rude and passive aggressive more often than not. Leaves a sour taste for what would otherwise be an enjoyable experience. Very nice orchids and plants.

It is a great place to shop and the selections are good. The staff there are fantastic and I commend them for their professionalism. I was at their store in highschool and the experience is remarkable. It gets a 9.5/10. There's always room for improvement. All in all, I felt the did a fantastic job.

1. Horrible parking! They're FULLY aware that people WHO DON'T SHOP THERE leave their cars there FOR HOURS but refuse to address the issue. Trader Joe's, in other states, won't allow that to happen.2. Trader Joe's, in PA, has gone ROGUE on SEVERAL polices. I've courteously but firmly discussed this with management and they DEFENDED going rogue!3. For example: if you don't like a TJ's item - OR IT'S GONE BAD BEFORE EXPIRATION - you get to REPLACE IT...OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK...but this store has fought me in the past! Since I KNEW the policy, I had to mention that I'd write CORPORATE!...then they relented. But I shouldn't have to do that. It's a franchise. They should be following corporate's policies.4. Begs the question: are there any OTHER POLICIES they aren't following?5. Is the Regional Manager not addressing the Store's needs? The Employees' needs? The Customers' needs?6. It's not STOCKED correctly either. Items are not constantly out of stock in other states.7. This store has been MIS-MANAGED for the last 8 years or so. I went to TJ's in other states for almost 20 years! I find this store PAINFUL to go to, in comparison. It is SUBSTANDARD for a Trader Joe's

This was only our second time at this store. I loved that they had alot of sales associates available to assist you with finding things. The cashier was very friendly as well. The lines almost made me leave but o was pleased that they were all down by the time I got to the register. We went on a Saturday. The cashier said never come Sunday because it is bananas with the lines.I observed an associate picking out the bruised and spoiled fruits - I love to see that.I took off a star because the prices were more expensive than our Giant and Aldi (both of which has great stuff). We only went to Trader Joe's because we were shopping close-by.I would shop here again.

Love Trader Joe's, no complaints.Personally, I love going here for seasonal products. There are always lots of quality choices at reasonable prices.As is the Trader Joe's M.O., everyone there is always very friendly and helpful. I've never been to a Trader Joe's that has anything less than the best customer service.

Update. Went 3 days in a row to get 2 packages of Israeli Feta for a recipe. I was told they only get one case (12 units) a day and sell out early. They were out by noon today. No holds if you call. Getting frustrated. Is it's that popular, why not order 2 cases?______I like Trader joe's, but it's really hit or miss whether they have things in stock. Today 6 of the items I wanted were not in stock because "the truck didn't come". I've heard that before. It's hard when you count on it for vegan items and they are out of so many.They do have good stuff, some things aren't competitively priced, so beware. Some people think they have the best prices and they do on some things.

Love fresh flowers here. Very reasonable and healthy. If you want to buy fresh cut flowers, this is the place.

This is one of my favorita traders Joe. It's always well stocked. Employees are super friendly. Lines are always low. Idles are always never to crowded in the morning. But it's busy over the weekends. I would say like any other supermarket. The organization of the store is good. There are only 6 idles, so you can go through them and then stop at the register at the end.

Trader Joe’s is friendly place to shop. Alternative to the big box stores. Excellent selection of natural, organic and Joe’s brand item. Staff are user friendly as well.

Unsure if the blame lies with our country’s continued supply chain issues, is this just a weekly thing for this local Trader Joe’s. The contents of at least 60% of the shelves: produce, meat, and dairy sections are wiped clean of everything.

Love the products here. It's hard to specify because everything I have ever purchased from produce to deli to everthing in the isles are all great! I always find what I need, want and don't need but get it anyway. The products are great, the staff is great and always ready to help. Returning on the weekend!!

Trader Joe's used to be the happiest place on earth - at least on the west coast. This location is far from that. I've been here a handful of times. And while it hasn't gotten progressively worse or anything, it's managed to leave me with the same feeling - find another place to shop. The staff are as miserable as the clientele are rude. Though all that said, as overrun as this location typically is, they manage to keep the shelves stocked. Queue vicious cycle.

Parking is ALWAYS PACKED even on a Monday. I use to be a fan of TJoe's. However my neighbors and roommates have been noticing that some food is not up to par since pre -pandemic. Also note-you need to bring back the SMOKED GHOST CHILIES SPICE-Always low in inventory here and at the other ones nearby. I Love that stuff :)

So happy to have a Trader Joe’s shop nearby. Great products, private labels with a sense of Good For You foods, some clean labels (or in this direction). Affordable prices, flowers in good price all week around. Service always adequate. Very fond.

This was my first time at this location. It was great overall. There were plenty of goods in stock. The employees were friendly and helpful. I like the precautions that Trader Joe's is taking. However, I was not offered hand sanitizer.😏 And the cashier placed my receipt on the counter...that's a pet peeve. Hand me the receipt please. And offer me some hand sanitizer dang nabbit. The signs around the building was pretty awesome. Nice touch.

Trader Joe's is great! A good variety, interesting selection for fantastic prices.This location is always packed and the parking lot is a nightmare getting in and out of. You will be happier if you accept that from the start. Be patient and watch yourself walking.
