We go for the self-service pet baths. We have one big dog (80+ lbs) and one small (15 lbs). After a muddy trip to the dog park, or just when they need a routine bath, we pop into Pet Valu, scrub em down, and we're out within 20 minutes. No clean up, no mess. So convenient, so easy, relatively cheap ($10, with a free bath after a certain number). They provide the shampoo, towels and dryers. They also have spray deodorizer to use on the dogs' coats afterwards (and treats)... all costs included in the $10 flat fee. The dogs always look, feel and smell far cleaner - and for far longer - than when we do at-home baths (which we never do anymore... because why would we?). Highly recommend.Four stars only because the merchandise selection is somewhat limited (and the prices aren't great, but are probably on par with other chains in the industry). Five+ stars for the baths.

Very helpful staff member, They were very nice to us. The staff even remember us from our previous visit and asked us for the specific dog food that we were looking for. They picked it and put it on the counter while we were looking for other stuff to buy from the store. they offer carrying it to the car but we didn`t accept extra work for them.There are enough parking spots just in front of the entrance door. I recommend this place.

My first visit after adopting a large dog. Bath stations are fantastic, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Always surprised how much I can spend for a couple of dog toys and treats, but it seems to come with the territory.

Great dog wash but this is really only a store for dogs and cats. No poor fish can live in a tiny bowl since that's really all they sell for Aquatics. And nothing really there for reptiles. I would only go there for their dog wash which is great.

We just adopted a puppy - my first time not adopting an older dog. Rory was a huge help collecting supplies and reminding me that puppies are a whole new world. So happy with every experience at this store

Love that they help find forever homes for cats! Also love self serve pet baths! Friendly, helpful staff. Just wish pet food was more competitive, and cheaper. But otherwise definitely the best place around!!

This is my favorite pet food store in the area. I love the friendly staff! I'm always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help finding anything. I really like the store layout and displays at this particular PetValu as well. They have a great selection of catfood. They carry my two favorite grain free catfood bands, B.F.F. and the Performatrin Ultra, which can sometimes be hard to find at different pet food stores. Love the point system too- always nice to accumulate points and get $10 off once in a while!

They have a dog wash for $10, which is so worth clogging someone else's tub! And the associated are always really sweet to our goofy dog, even though he's huge and knocks stuff over.

Small town store in Ardmore-- fantastic assortment of pet treats and foods. Dogs and cats toys and catnip, dog foods and leashes, a nice feature is a bathing station-- bathing your dog is self serve and is very affordable!

Very convenient, u can also take ur dogs there if they nees a bath and bathe them urself. They have complementary shampoo and dog perfume for u to use. Thers also a blow drying station ao ur fur babies don't have to leave wet. Towels and a cape to keep urself dry as well is also provided.

Good store, but it is not very clear when buying a betta fish that the moss ball is the same price as the fish...
