We have taken our dog there for over 5 years. The vets have provided great care and advice, they are very kind to our dog; also, everyone who works there is courteous to us. Really the only drawback to the place is the parking lot, but it’s more than worth dealing with that minor annoyance.

The Doctor was patient, and gentile with my girl who was nervous, never rushing and talking in such a soothing voice the entire visit. I took both girls at the same time and the one was allowed to wonder around the exam room while the other was being seen. {both were in for well checks} The Doctor answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like I was being a bother.I absolutely love this place even if I do have to travel a little further SO worth it!!!

Just as I would seek the best for my family I want the best care for my dog. She is my favorite child. I had switched to Iven's Brownstein's after I realized that my past office was missing things important to my boxers care. I want smart experienced doctors and that is what I have now. Marley recently had eye surgery and Dr. Israeil and Dr. Connolly were amazing. Dr. Israeli always takes the time to throughly examine my dog and discuss how she's doing (she has arthritis) and worked with me on putting her on a diet. Dr. Connolly personally phoned me after Marley's surgery to give me an update and the office checked on her the next day and asked if I had any questions for the doctors.

I paid $650 (it was $700 until I asked about package pricing I saw on a poster) for two healthy 8yo cats who each received a combined rabies and distemper vaccine. No meds, no treatment, just exam and vaccine. Good care. Prohibitive cost. I so wish I had asked the cost in advance. I will need to find a different vet.

I'm not one to write reviews much, but after years of great service from this vet, we've moved, the cats don't like the longer drive and we have to reluctantly say goodbye.We've had three rescue cats treated by Ivens, seeing several different doctors and techs, and always had good experiences. This has been with our healthy cat and two that had serious issues, from the good times all the way to the end.Everyone at Ivens is compassionate and caring, attentive, organized and they've done a great job in these times of COVID. Prices are reasonable too.You can't ask for much more than that. We only hope our next vet measures up.

This is not the same place it was. The heart has gone out of it. Dr. Bronstein was wonderful. When Dr young came in , he was wonderful too. When he left , it changed. I saw dr Israeli on two different occasions. She can be rude and unkind .( to say the least ) . I stayed away after that. It’s a very small space. It isn’t updated . Parking is so difficult, and it’s worse now because everyone has a SUV. I went last year for my girls shot and meds and they send me a reminder email every other day. The dr I saw was fine. Pet care is important to us. It’s also expensive. , I realized this year, I just didn’t want to go back there for numerous reasons.

These wonderful people helped us out on a Saturday as they were getting ready to close. We had a very sick husky and she passed away suddenly. We are grateful for the time and care and compassion they gave to my family. I can't say enough. They deserve more than 5 stars. I can't thank you all enough. Dr. Israeli is a nightmare! On two separate visits she was extremely rude to my wife and I. If you enjoy being talked down to this is the place for you. Not only was she rude to us she talked down to her staff as well. We were quoted $40 for a test on the phone and at checkout was told our bill was $197 and gave us attitude when we questioned it. Extremely unprofessional, will not be returning. In addition, the parking situation is terrible and the office is old, dirty, and smells. Most of the equipment in the exam room looks old and rusty.

DO NOT USE THIS VET. I had used them for 20 plus years, but then the original Dr/owner died and since then there has been a revolving door of staff and Dr’s. This past weekend my dog got sick and I called up Monday morning for an appointment and they told me they couldn’t see her til Thursday. They told me that if she needed to be seen before then to take her to the ER. When I said she really needed to be seen sooner they said “ What do you want us to do, all our appointments are full”. They accept us as a client and see us for the expensive well visits and vaccinations, but aren’t available to treat my dog when she’s sick???Needless to say I switched vets and they were happy to fit her in the same day for a sick visit.

I have been coming here with my own pets since 1982, and my parents came to Dr. Bronstein with our pets when I was a kid. After Dr. Bronstein passed, we saw Dr. Young who was always excellent, and now we see Dr. Fran Wilson, who we are thrilled with. Over the years, I have also had occasion to see Dr. Israeli, Dr. Aronson, and Dr. Connelly. After having cats and dogs all my life, I have been through multiple health issues and situations over the years, and always received great care at Ivens, and was referred to appropriate specialty clinics when needed. Yes, as someone else mentioned, the office is older and the parking is often challenging, but the care my pets receive here is unmatched. Dr. Wilson is an especially wonderful vet who is extremely attentive, empathetic, and gets to know each patient well very quickly. I would never consider going anywhere else.

A few years ago I moved to an apartment in radnor and had no idea what vet to visit, a neighbor suggested this vet and we have loved them since. The parking lot kinda stinks but the staff is great. We recently came here to get some tests done when one of our dogs wasn’t doing well and the staff made sure to explain everything they wanted to do, what tests to run, how much they would cost and what the results meant. I really appreciate the staff and all their help, they are truly amazing!

We have been going to Iven's-Bronstein's vet Hospital for over 45 years. The quality of vets are wonderful. We started going when Dr. Ivens owned the facility. When he passed Dr. Bronstein purchased the facility. Dr. Bronstein was a very caring vet. He has also left this world much to soon. His wife runs the hospital and everyone she hires is top notch. Dr. Wilson is the one we use most often and she is the most caring person. All of her patients are treated with compassion and she is amazing with the humans who bring their pets to her. If I could I would rate this place a 10.

We have been taking our pets here since 2000. In total they have cared for 2 dogs and 3 cats of ours. They have been competent and caring even during the most difficult phases of our pet's lives. They also board/kennel animals. I reccomend them enthusiastically and without hesitation

I have found them to be the most thorough, caring and professional veterinarian office I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with over the years. If you want caring and knowledgeable care for your pet you’ve found the right place. Also they are reasonably priced, not like others that charge exorbitant fees and only treat you as a business. I am a first time puppy owner and when it came to her first vet visit I was put at ease with their knowledgeable staff. They humored all of my questions and provided helpful advice on a range of puppy issues from food to flea/tick treatment. My pup Indiana was incredibly excited for her visit and to calm her down they were prepared with a spoonful of peanut butter. The visit concluded with not only the medication needed, but also helpful pamphlets on basic puppy care. I wholeheartedly recommend Ivens-Bronstein! Thanks for taking care of me as much as my pup!

Our experience at Ivens-Bronstein was not at all positive. They had lost our appointment in our system, but were able to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday, which was very much appreciated. However, during the appointment Dr. Israeli was extremely rough with our elderly dog, and quite brusque with us as well. It felt as though we were an inconvenience, and were treated as such. We never received a phone call with the results of our dog's bloodwork, and instead we had to call the office to find out. Needless to say, we had our records transferred to Radnor Vet Hospital, where we are *much* happier.
