I'm going out of the country so I called to get my prescription refilled, let them know where I was going, and they refused to fill it for me early 🤣 What a joke. It was the pharmacist who was working Feb. 2 around noon, she could have filled it but she decided she would only fill it two days in advance, even if I have my doctor call. That's wild. So I'll be going on my trip unmedicated. I strongly recommend AGAINST using this establishment.

I have repeatedly documented the uncleanliness of the Rite Aid in the Apollo (PA) Plaza. Sit at the pharmacy waiting area and look at the floor under the endcaps. Filthy! Looks like the crud needs scraped up with a putty knife. The price on the shelf often comes up higher on the computer at checkout. The staff have repeated problems entering coupons on their system; sometimes have to void the entire purchase and start over. Too bad this drugstore is the only game in town.

Got a COVID shot here on 5-7-2021. They were organized and very Professional. The entire store was clean and employees were friendly and helpful. The pharmacists were great. I highly recommend this Rite Aid Store.

Mostly always a good trip to pick up my meds. Depending on who is working in the pharmacy usually no issues.The store is clean, cashier in front is always pleasant.You can pick up Amazon packages here if needed.

Store is nice enough, just your basic rite aid. The pharmacy has never really given me any trouble in person till I had to call them, i have never had someone be so hostile and rude unprovoked.

Can we just talk about how rude the pharmacist techs were? One of them got terribly nasty with my girlfriend for showing up in 30 minutes when she was told an hour. We were in literally no rush, just in the area already. We checked in on the order respectfully, and as we walked away to walk around the store, the tech said "Well I told you an hour, so that's why you're waiting." -- Really? Alright, so let's talk about how you have to pay for parking here assuming that the 4 free spots are taken up, as they usually are. Have fun with that $35 ticket.

Glad I don’t live in that area anymore. On hold forever if they do answer the phone. Scripts were sent there by mistake. So much hassle to transfer and that wasn’t necessary.

Prescriptions are never filled within time frame. Waited over 6 hours for a script to be filled on a Sunday. Pharmacy staff is very rude.

Would not tell you to go anywhere in the Apollo plaza because you’re going to get a parking ticket are you kidding me on a Saturday why would I even come to Apollo Plaza.
