Everything but their food is fine. I stop in regularly over lunch and get 2 hot dogs with ketchup. THEY ARE ALWAYS COLD!! Every time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I always have to wait till i get back to work and throw them in a microwave before I can eat them. I wish I had anywhere else I could go.

I come here in the day a lot because it’s really close to my job, and the dayshift is the nicest bunch of people for no reason, but the night shift? I ordered food after getting off work late on 3/27/22 at 2:00am, and the person in the kitchen started yelling “breakfast can wait” “Of course it’s fried food” and was very audibly upset over making the order. I understand it was late at night and all, but I was the only customer in the store and they did not appear to be busy as the place was clean and empty. I only ordered 3 tenders and a large fry. They handed me the food and left the kitchen after I had the bag in my hand, but my fries were in a hotdog container, with not even an attempt fill it. This isn’t even the size you get when you order small fries. Rest of the staff for a 24/7 place seemed very upset that they actually had to do what a 24/7 place does. I didn’t turn around and ask about why I barely had fries, because honestly, that probably would have made them even more mad at me.

This is my favorite gas station and truck stop. All the staff in the morning are great.They all know me because I’m a regular there to get my coffee and breakfast every morning. They’re all very helpful, the food is fresh, prices are decent. The only thing that I’d add to this place is E-85 fuel that way I don’t ever have to go anywhere else to get it. It’s so convenient for me. Cause it’s only a mile and a half from my house and it’s on the way to my job.Jan the manager there is the best. Thanks to the entire morning team for making my morning every day.I still don’t know everyone’s name but the sweet lady that makes the coffee in the am is amazing and the girls making my breakfast every morning.I appreciate you all even the the young guy that trips over his own feet sometimes. Lol

The food is awesome. I was able to customize a sub sandwich for dinner and had a custom burrito with bacon and philly steak for breakfast. I have a new go to when I deliver in the area.

From what I have seen, the people who work here are very nice people. However, the company who owns this establishment, I’m going to have to say something about them. You people spend all of this money on technology that does not work, I’m sorry, but I have to ask, why????????Why do you do this? I drive over the road, I had no choice but to stop at your store and park early this morning. I had no other choice, I was all out of hours for driving or else believe me I would’ve not stopped. When I woke up this morning, I really seriously had to use the bathroom. Obviously this is not the most comfortable topic for discussion but I am what we call a human being. Human beings have needs. I would’ve loved to spent some money in your store in exchange for the use of your bathroom and I was thankful to park in your parking lot. However, I had to use the bathroom quite badly. I go into your men’s room, you have two commodes, neither are flushed. I did not care, I thought I would simply press the little button to make it flush and I did so, however they would not flush. In addition to the basic annoyance of now having to sit here in my truck, and wait for the time that I can legally drive so that I can drive to someplace with a working commode, I have to say that it somewhat annoys me to see what is going on in this country with companies like this. You people hear about new technology, motion, activated toilets, motion activated sinks, motion activated paper towel dispensers, and it seems like you just cannot help yourselves, you just have to have this new technology. How could it possibly be that companies like this are run by people who are not smart enough to look before they leap? How could this be?It is not only this business, I have seen this in many businesses. Why do you people do this? How can you possibly just assume that new technology is good just because everybody else says it is? Now thanks to some nameless corporate authority figures I will have to sit here in this truck and suffer. Thank you very much for absolutely nothing.

I love coming to this store because it’s real close to where I live, am I’m always in an out. But I seem to always have an issue during the day time hours with the food. There either forgetting items or ingredients. This is the first time I’m saying but it’s been a few times. An it’s simple stuff too like last time I ordered tacos with cheese an bada-bing sauce(normally lettuce as well but I forgot this time) an instead of the cheese they gave me lettuce. This time they also forgot the cheese. I get it, it’s just cheese, but still it’s the thought that it’s becoming a habit.

The lady at the register was super nice and brought good, positive energy to my stop. The two men making the food were super kind and made my order very quickly even with the 3-4 orders before mine. I'm very appreciative of those workers that, in my own opinion, were very kind and hard workers.

I wish Rutter’s had more truck stops, though I don’t consider them a truck stop but a nice clean place that accommodates big trucks.Every one of their locations I have been to have been clean inside and out. Food select is top notch both prepared and made to order food.Parking is typically easy to maneuver and well lit. Food is delicious and they have a decent beer and wine selection as well. People have been nice and friendly, can’t get much better then this.Keep up the good work Rutter’s!

No reason two tornados and a waffle should take 10 minutes. I watched them put the meatballs in my friend’s sub using their hands, gloved but questionable nonetheless. The smoothies and milkshakes taste like cough medicine. I asked for a strawberry milkshake and instead I got charged 4 dollars for bubblegum pepto bismol.

I really want to like this place as I live close by and often am working too late to go anywhere else to eat, but the kitchen/food aspect of this store is poorly managed and slow. Tonight I had been working late and hadn't had time to grocery shop, so I stopped in just to get a grilled turkey sandwich. I was waiting over 15 minutes before a cook yelled that they were out of the type of bread I had requested. They hadn't even started it. I got a refund and left, and I rarely ask for a refund anywhere. Breakfast isn't great there either as they can't seem to figure out that nobody wants the croissant egg sandwiches they put out and allow to get cold. The biscuit sandwiches are good, but they're never in stock and be prepared to wait 15 minutes if you order one. Obviously a busy kitchen will take longer, but many mornings the cooks will be making pre-made subs for lunch at 7am while customers stand waiting for breakfast. I only gave the second star because the staff at the registers is extremely friendly.

Store is usually clean, and the bathrooms are too. I love that they always have a good selection of the F'real milkshakes!! Because they sell alcohol there's always alot of people in the store. The few times I've ordered the made to order food here it was always very wrong. Like they didn't even read the order and just threw random stuff in the bag. And then last time when I told the person working that it was messed up they got very rude. They were obviously mad that I said something about my order not being right and practically threw the new food over the counter at me. I was just like wow nice. So now I just go elsewhere.

I'm a truck driver that found this place by happenstance. Could not be happier. This place is the antithesis of northeastern truck stops. Parking was available, prices were cheaper, and the food was excellent.I especially liked the touchscreens for ordering food. I ordered dinner and breakfast from them and my orders came out exactly as I placed them. Picky eaters like myself rejoice!I don't do a lot of reviews, but this place was so exceptionally good that it was warranted.

Ordered pork belly dinner and what i got looked more like 4 small pieces of bacon (maybe enough to equal a full normal slice of bacon and very thin) and some mashed potatoes for $9 and they forgot my gravy i paid extra for. I used to love getting food here when the right people are there. I should have known to walk away when i heard the one cook brag to another that he was boss today (seemed to me like he was trying to impress the female trainee that was helping them). The only reason they got 3 stars from me is because of 3 or 4 stellar employees that have been there from the start. I seriously doubt i will eat here again as this isnt the first time i felt taken once i seen my food.

Been there multiple times. Kinda disappointing. The food is good but service is really slow. I routinely wait 15-25 minutes for food. The touch screens for ordering are gross/smudged, and the food prep area is always messy. The food is always sitting out. There are soooooo many flies inside, it's unbelievable. It's very unsanitary since they leave the food out in the open for so long. $20 worth of fly strips would fix that problem. Not a bad place but needs better upkeep considering how dirty it is (and it just opened).

Nice selection of food, drinks, snacks, etc. Love their menu of items to custom order. They also sell adult slushies and have a nice little selection. Pretty nice pit stop on a long trip or just passing through town.

I know they have only been open a few days, but the service wasn't very good. We stopped there after seeing a movie at flagship, got there about 12:10 my daughter ordered food and I ordered a milkshake on separate orders. My slip said 12:11a.m. we didn't leave that place till 12:35. I feel bad for the employees, there was only 4 people working, no management and it's new to the area so of course people are going to stop there. They were very busy, I got my milkshake and it was absolutely horrible, I never had a milkshake that wasn't made with ice cream, it was milk the whipped topping wouldn't even stay on the top. It went in the trash right outside the door, was a waste of almost $5. Hopefully as time goes on they get more help and better service. Till then if we're up that way, we will be stopping at sheetz.

Huge food menu. I only tried an iced latte today. The only downfall was the employee making the drink was too busy talking about non work related things instead of concentrating on the orders. It was over ten minutes for the one drink ahead of mine an my two lattes. Other than that, friendly service, nice store layout and great selection.

If all truck stops were like this we truckers would be a lot happier. The choices for food are insane. They even have cod and crab cakes. Place your customized order on the touch screen, keep shopping, pay at the register and pick up your food. TA, Pilot and Love’s could learn a lot from Rutter’s.

Ordered a burger they were standing around doing nothing I was the only order and at 17.50 an hour you would think you could get a hot meal but no from the refrigerator to the bun burger was cold as the weather this place needs to rethink who works there I wonder what the health department would think about this

Restaurant is clean, selection is good, and staff are friendly.However, I placed an order when I was one of two customers in the place, had to wait half an hour for two burgers and some hash browns, and the food came cold, and I never got the hash browns. I recommend going for the package stuff, and not bothering with the MTO.

Very open and welcoming layout. Lots of kiosks to order MTO items. The wait for the food was surprisingly long (10-15 min). There's a large variety on the MTO menu and throughout the store. What I was most impressed with was the cleanliness. It was clean looking when I walked in, but I also watched one of the cashiers clean the register counter, then walk around and clean every cooler handle and the other counters around the store. I was very impressed and appreciative of that and it is one of the main reasons I'll go out of my way to visit this store.

Don't bother ordering food here. I've stopped here a couple of times and they have yet to get my order right. If they are out of something, such as English muffins or eggs, they will substitute the ingredients without telling the customer. Completely disappointing.

I stopped in with my wife yesterday and ordered a turkey n swiss on k.bun! To my surprise there was ONE slice of Turkey meat! For a total of $4.00 n some change! I thought the sandwich could have had a lest 2 slices of meat on it??Please tell what u all think?

Out of 4 members of our family that ordered breakfast this morning 0 of our orders were correct. For example, my nephew ordered a kids meal with just sausage and they gave him one with just egg.
