Not the biggest hardware store but they always seem to have what I am looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff, I prefer this kind of store to the bigger ones because of the staff.

We bought a Weber grill 3 years ago from Ace in Annville. We've loved it and used it often. The burners weren't lighting correctly so we called the store to see if they could recommend someone to repair it. The store manager, Sherri Parson, came out to take a look at it. She then told us that the part we needed was under warranty (I wouldn't have guessed that after 3 years) and provided us all the necessary info to contact Weber to get a replacement part. Then she came and installed the part once we got it it--and provided some great tips on caring for the grill. Sherri cares about customer satisfaction, she is skilled and great at her job, and was very personable when showing up to our house. Highly recommend this Ace Hardware for their service.

I enjoy going here because it’s super close to my house and I could walk there if I need too. It’s always good to have a place close by when you need it and the staff is always willing to help you out. That part I love. Cause I don’t want to spend too much time in places. I like to get in and get out quick and they help me do that!

I walked in looking for Black Rifle Coffee and ended up browsing the store as well. The store is very clean, well stocked, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! I looked lost and was asked if I need help a few times. Would absolutely come back here for any tool needs.

Terrible customer service, nobody willing to help. We were trying to get a key cut, the guy that finally came was rude and miserable. He said we don't program keys on Saturday's because it takes time. There were no other customers in that store, I would recommend traveling a few miles north and go to the Jono Ace Hardware.

The store is good to visit, think of it like a smaller version of home depot or lowes. Sometimes the staff can be an in your face experience, when I would prefer to be left alone while looking around and not being asked every 3 minutes if I need help finding something.

I love Bomberger’s Ace Hardware. They are a well-stocked local hardware store with friendly, knowledgeable employees who go out of their way to help meet my hardware needs. They carry quality products like Yeti, Benjamin Moore Paints, and Bona cleaning products. They are also one of the only local places where I can find the right sized filter for my HVAC system. Ace rewards add to the experience with coupons and reward discounts. I can also order from Ace.com for in-store or curbside pickup or even local delivery. Bomberger’s in Annville has become my go-to hardware destination.

I like the store because it's close. Lowe's is about 3 miles away where I get a 10% discount because of the Military. Most of your coupons can not be used unless it's 35 dollars or more and nothing on sale. Saturday when i called the woman was very rude.

Price are high on everything. And they dont like when you try returning something, they say its not on the receipt or i didnt get it their , or if u use a coupon and try returning something u cant even get a equal trade value. I will never shop there again
