Very informative and helpful with our two kittens. I didn’t anticipate leaving with a care package in a bag. But some extra samples and reading materials for the fuzzy boy’s future. I gave them a call to schedule an exam and also tell them about a small rash that I wasn’t too concerned about. The lady on the phone was very condescending and tried to hustle me by saying that they had an appointment available today but that they wouldn’t tell me until after the appointment if I was going to pay for the same day sickness up charge. I told her nothing wasn’t an emergency And she said that’s just how they do things. She was very aggressive on the phone and quickly said here speak to my manager. I speak to the manager and they blame me on getting confused when she clearly was trying to hustle me. Why would I give my business to people that treat me like that? I’ll take my vet care elsewhere. I’m not tied to you. And this was not the first time they were aggressive on the phone. If you’re gonna charge for the same-day appointment, tell people that upfront. Don’t tell me I have to wait until after the appointment to find out. Very low grade way of treating clients.

I recently moved to Lebanon and researched many veterinary offices before choosing ACVA, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to come here! My 70lb Black Lab/Pit mix hates the vet, and from the second we walked in the door he was treated with such kindness and compassion. He was whimpering in the waiting area so receptionists gave him treats and attention. The veterinary assistant Rachel and Dr. Alex were so patient and gentle with him. I couldn't be more thankful for how wonderful they treated my dog and how my experience was.

I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this clinic and when I called this morning to have a feline aural hematoma drained, the receptionist told me that my cat could not be seen because this particular cat was a new patient and had never been seen at the practice before. Because this is the clinic where my have taken my animals no other clinic in the area would see him. Horrible treatment of a client! I will be looking for a new clinic. I do not recommend this clinic.

Everything as always is so smooth, simple and easy from check-in to going directly to a room which is great and reduces stress and anxiety of the pet and the owner!! The vet techs are always great! The Doctor does an excellent job and explains everything throughly

Everyone was really nice and they took their time to explain everything to me. Even the ladies at the front desk. Everyone really took their time to ensure the best possible care for my kitten which I really appreciated. The only thing I didn’t understand is when I got the bill I paid $68 for the office visit, however when I made the appointment I had paid $99 which I was told was for the office visit. So when I schedule my next appt for my other kitten I will be sure to at least find out, and because the office staff was so kind and thorough, this made paying the fairly high bill easier to swallow. On the other hand it also causes me to hesitate on when I should take my other kitten in since I’m sure it will be a similarly high bill. Overall though because of the service they provided I still give 5 stars and would recommend them to others.

This was our first experience with Annville-Cleona Vet Associates, and we found everyone there to be very friendly and caring. They took great care of our Chihuahua when she needed surgery, spent time explaining her after-care, and re-assured us that they would be there for us if we had future concerns. My dog almost went septic because they refused to do the emergency surgery he needed WHILE HE WAS IN THEIR CARE after his neuter. Thankfully, I went and got him and took him to another vet who acted quickly to save his life.

As a client of ACVA years ago and since recently returning, the Doctors and staff have always been exceptional! Among knowledgeable, experienced and well priced for services - the Doctors and staff also offer compassion, understanding and kindness towards the animals and clients that they serve. I’ve always seen Dr. Emily and today, had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alex! Familiar faces Lindsey, Jenny and Diane have been so welcoming and remember my pets from years ago. Returning to ACVA has been a blessing and guaranteed, I know my pets are getting the best care that Lebanon County has to offer.

All the doctors and staff are great. They care about all my pets. The only bad thing is that my cat has to be sedated every time she visits the vet. We drop her off early and are told her appointment will be at 9:00. However they still did not take care of her until after 1:00. My cat was sitting in her crate for over 6 hours. My cat has severe anxiety so making her wait so long makes it harder for everyone. Then they wonder why she is so hard to handle. If they would have done her in the morning she would’ve been much easier to handle. I know they are busy, but I feel that they just push her aside while they take care of other patients. When all it takes is 10 or 15 minutes to do what she is there for. Don’t get me wrong I am very appreciative of them taking care of her. I just get angry when they make her wait so long. If she would have been a normal patient she would have been taken care of on time. Thank you to all the doctors and staff.

We cannot think of anything that would have made the experienced any better than it was. Dr. Alex Pinamonti and Hailey ( Vet Assistant ) were both wonderful. Both had a great repore with our Beagle "Callie". They both were very thorough, professional and personable. They each made certain we understood all that they were doing; and, they went to great lengths to explain all options available, along with their opinions on what actions should be taken regarding surgery. I've always enjoyed the service at this veterinary clinic.However, sometimes I feel like various tests are done just for the sake of doing them and it can be hard on the wallet. However, the staff is always kind and courteous and I wouldn't trust another location for surgical procedures as much as I i trust this one.

Sara was easy to chat with and a wealth of information and went out of her way to fill my pup with treats for a memorable positive experience. She made my first visit one I look forward to coming back. Veterinarian was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly as well. Front desk staff was friendly during a very busy day. Cleanliness is important and found the clinic unscented compared to other vets offices I’ve visited. I noticed the waiting room was made of pet friendly surfaces, multiple leash points, and the floors reduced pets ability to pull on the leash as other dogs came in to greet mine. I arrived early and was seen in a timely manor even before my appointment was scheduled. Thank you!

There is no way that you could have made my recent experiences there even better. Dr. Keck and Dr. Bardsley were great- explaining everything and asking if I had any questions. The front desk staff were great as well. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and had a caring attitude showing that they liked what they do. Highly recommend Annville-Cleona Vet. The vets and the staff genuinely care about the animals they see, they are always friendly, and I believe are reasonably priced. And they put up with my "spicy" cat" without complaining.

They really care. All explanations were clear and concise. They had a plan.So far, everything Dr. Keck said would happen did. Gave us a possible future for our Westie. It has been a couple of days and we see a vast improvement. We are aware it is not a cure.However she looks back to normal. Let's see what the future brings. Honesty. It's a wonderful thing.AND they are only a phone call away.and return calls quickly.
