My Rite Aid on Merchant Street Ambridge is the best Rite Aid I've ever dealt with! The pharmacists are all very kind and helpful even on very busy days they're all so cool and don't complain with attitudes like all the other Rite Aids I've had to use....I travel over an hour just to go to the Ambridge Rite Aid and I hope I never have to use another Pharmacy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💊 🛒😍❤

The people in the pharmacy are the best!!!!! Always get great deals .They keep switching employees every week. It's a different manager. The lady they have now is nice. Gentlemen before was very aggressive. Didn't like to go in there when he was there

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews here. The store is clean and the staff is consistently friendly. Everyone in the pharmacy has been wonderful every time I’ve stopped in! They’re very knowledgeable and frequently go above and beyond to help work out doctor’s office/insurance issues. They even remember my name and have my meds ready by the time I reach the pharmacy counter. Everyone in the pharmacy deserves a raise.

I'm tired of this place never ordering my medicine before it's time for me to get a refill. I can't go a week without my antipsychotics but they don't really care. They also refuse to listen the 3 times I've told them not to release my certain meds to anyone but myself. Just because someone's related to me and knows my birthday doesn't mean they should have immediate access to my meds. I'm probably gonna switch to somewhere else that's actually responsible with medicine.

The worst shorted me 30 pills nothing he can do he says insurance taking them to court if Joe's not there to do business you are beat he checked inventory in 30 seconds said count was perfect how do you check inventory in 30 seconds??????? The worst CVS is on top of things they do proper business night and day

The pharmacists' are the best. They are kind, patient, and do a damn good job. They don't discriminate (like most pharmacies) and they remember your name, or face. If you are having trouble with a Dr. Or a pre authorization, they actually take action and do whatever they can to get you your meds. If I could I'd give them 6 stars instead of 5. Only for the pharmacy though. When it comes to the rest of the store they got work to do. They always follow certain types of people and it's rude. If you're going to follow people, follow EVERYONE not just certain types of people. And y'all have time to do that but can't be at the register, LOL. Y'all need to be grateful for the pharmacists' otherwise you'd have no business whatsoever

Dude at front register is the most unfriendly and rude man I have ever met, I literally go out of my way to Walgreens now. He is so nasty I cannot stomach going into the store. He must be a very sad little man to verbally assault customers all day. Do yourself a favor and drive past this sub par store.

I've used the pharmacy and the shop here! The pharmacy is fast, knows your name and face and the wait isn't very long!For the regular store, they always have awesome deals on make up! I actually just come here every payday to see what I can stock up on.Employees are great too!

One time there was no one behind the register and as I was talking to another customer, he suddenly snuck up behind me like a creepy stalker and asked me what I want. Really? I want to check out stupid, what else?Another time the cashier was literally ducking behind the counter as though he was shelving something, never acknowlegded me or even looked back to the counter. I said 'Scuse Me' and he just said 'Wait a minute'.
