We wanted to try something different from our go-to Ambler spots. When we arrived, we were sat near a large 20 person party that overtook the entire room. It was so loud we could not easily communicate at our own table. The server knew it and laughed it off saying it was the large party (duh!). The service was very slow, taking us nearly 45 minutes to receive our food. When we did, the food runner had my daughter move to the side and she ended up dropping her chicken tender in a panic. She saw it and never even offered to replace it. The veal parm was good, but the pasta lacked ANY sauce. I had to take it to-go and add my own sauce at home. The atmosphere was inviting, but I don’t see myself going back there anytime soon. Super disappointing experience.

Sat for 45min watching others get served who sat after us. When we asked our waitress, she was rude and said they were backed up. There were only 4 other tables with people when we got there. Finally the French onion soup came which was watered down too much and the cheese wasn't baked long enough-it was obviously rushed due to a mistake by the waitress. I would never go here again.

Server did a nice job with the four orders. The food was ok. As we were finishing up a bus boy began to clear and clean the table next to us. He shoved the food items and debris onto the floor. Then he began to sweep the floor banging on the chairs with his broom,making excessive noise and swept dust and debris on our friends coatWhen my wife asked if he would settle down, he responder by saying he didn't care what we thoughtMy wife asked him to stop sweeping and he looked at her saying again that he didn't care what she says.So we called our waiter over and the boy just smirked and repeated he doesn't care.The owner or main chef came put and said he would handle the boy.Never in all my life experienced such rudeness. We left with dust on our clothes and in the air. Never again!!

Mediocre food at top rate prices, don't eat in restaurant the service is laughably bad, this girl came to our table twice scowling both times; never asked for our choice of pasta and only came to check in on us after seeing her manager do so. I would eat here again if the other pizza place on the street is closed, but I wouldn't seek it out.

I have always enjoyed Giuseppe's, ever since they were a little pizza shop back in the 80s. We had a service dog with us on this visit, and the main dining room was fairly full, so we ended up in a dining room by ourselves. Very intimate setting. I had the Chicken Parmigiano and very much enjoyed it! The sauce was quite tasty, the chicken was crispy on the outside and still moist in the center. Very nicely prepared and presented. Complimented with a nice side salad. Always a treat!

We had linguine mussels, eggplant rollatini, and calamari. Calamari were kind of disappointing - too oily and greasy, and the portion was very small. Everything else was excellent though. Nice and friendly staff too.

Restaurant and bar space in Ambler that does an awesome job. Food includes pizza, cheesesteaks, pasta dishes, hoagies, and salads. Food is all great at a very fair price. Pizza is outstanding. They have a takeout side as well and it is easy pick up. Service is very friendly. Recently renovated the space and did a really good job. Informal but nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

We came in at a weird time (1pm on a Monday) and were greeted and sat quickly.Cindy was a lovely bartender/server. She came to our table in a timely manner and was friendly!The food was good. Garlic bread was tasty, a little burnt. My partner really enjoyed his chicken parm sandwich (loved the pickles). I got the pasta bolognese with linguine and a Caesar salad to start. It was okay! The pasta was cooked well. The sauce was not my cup of tea, but I still enjoyed it. If you’re looking to support a local business + good Italian spot with friendly staff, this is a good spot!

This place used to be great but over the past few years has gone downhill. Final straw was my pizza last night. I ordered half cheese, half pepperoni and sausage. The sausage was cut into huge pieces (barf) and there was a ton of pepperoni in some places, and none in others. There was also 2 slices of pizza that were cheese, not half the pizza like we asked. My wife always orders pasta and loves it. This time it was bland. With all the different pizza shops around Ambler, Giuseppe's has dropped way down our list. Oh and the guy who answered the phone and took our ordered sounded like we were bothering him.

This was a very tasty cheese steak. On the menu it is the Italian chicken cheesesteak. The bartender, without hesitation, said they would make it as a beef cheesesteak. The rest of my visit to Giuseppe's was so bad I will never go back. They were closing at 8 p.m. for a holiday party (I assume their holiday party) so I don't know if people were just excited for the party, didn't care or no managers were there but the service was horrible. Two of the bathrooms had out of order signs on them and the third was dirty had no toilet paper nor paper towels.

Staff was nice and friendly. Pretty busy for 3pm on a Saturday. My dad got the seafood special, meat was slightly dry. Appetizers were OK. I really liked the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce, it's kinda of a taste between brie and blue cheese, may not be for everybody.

Only gave it one star. Would prefer to give it 0 stars. My husband and I tried this place for the first time. It was a date night since he was going away for a few weeks on business. We placed our order for chicken parm with penne. It took close to an hour and a half for our food to arrive. We were told that it went to take out was that true or was our food order never put in? The food runners were way too busy socializing with each other and their family that were there instead of serving food. One server had bathed in some cheap cologne and it was overwhelming. I ordered the pasta fagioli. It was good. But nothing to write home about. The chicken and marinara was tasteless. It was on par with that of Olive Garden. We skipped dessert. We were told by our waitress that they do not make their own desserts. Such a disappointment. Other than the waitress and the bartender this dinner was a complete bust. We will not be back. Especially when we can get much better quality Italian food at Scoogis and Nonna Giovanna’s. I think that management should be present every night certainly to reign in the. High schooler food runners who are just there for the paycheck.

Can't complain about free bread when you sit down.Pizza is delicious which we've also enjoyed for takeout several times.I was a bit disappointed in the pizza steak at my most recent visit, which was a bit skimpy and also not toasted. If I didn't have pizza to steal from my daughter I would have left hungry.

Changed my pizza review, originally I gave an 8.1,pizza was crisp and well done, last pie bought on Halloween day was a 7.1. as of now a little inconsistent . The home made fettuccine is spectacular, they should offer more fresh pasta dishes, it's hard to find a restaurant that serves any actual fresh pasta dishes. The pizza has crisp crust with no flop and is cooked well done.This place is an overall 4.6 excellent!!!

Food was just okay. Their burgers are just heated, perfectly round, frozen beef patties. Skimped on the fries. Pizza was good but not worth the dine in experience. With so many other choices in the Ambler area probably won't be back.

I have been here many times. The Veal Parmesan, is amazing. As well as the ravioli. The staff are very friendly and answer any questions I may have. I am Italian and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend this place.

Wow wow wow!!!I hate to share this as it’s going to be my spot when I’m in the area on business. This place was so nice. I went to the grill across the street and it was packed at 430. Couldn’t get a seat at the bar. Left and look what I found across the street. The bar is awesome and the food amazing. If you like the bar drunks this is not the place for you. Got to the grill. Want to take a girl/guy on a date. Come here. Just a nice nice place.See you soon Giuseppe’s ❤️❤️❤️❤️
