Excessively congested.Time to open 24/7. Cutting store hours back to "clean" and "stock" is the exact reasons given during COVID. Reason no long valid. Open back up!Your carts, pallets, and staff stocking is congesting the isles. Stocking is to be done during nights, remember? It doesn't help that Donald and Sally want to have a family reunion in every other isle either.Look further down in the reviews. Numerous people are complaing about this and the lack of cleanliness.

Very seldom do I have a hard time finding what I'm looking for here. Sometimes, you find extremely great deals when you look for them. Love the delivery service its convenient easy, and when they substitute, they make great choices. And if something isn't in stock, you can have it shipped to your house.

Super friendly! I purchased a scooter that said it was in stock. The manager searched the store for nearly a half hour to track down the item I was in search of!

Im going to keep my name hidden to prevent retaliation. As a minor associate I have worked here for a while the first month or 2 at the job was really good because of the management of our team after our coach left we got another one there cool but my availability has been violated multiple times and I have witnessed multiple favortism as teamleads would have there friends stay in the backroom for majority of the day when I needed to be back there to prevent stress levels from being on the floor. While working there I have also seen somone get a fever and they forced him to stay which was messed up. Overall the job is easy and the only reason I have been getting stressed out is due to management majority of teamleads are good but when you get to a coach that seems to be an issue. Also after making an ethics complaint I got a warning for sceduleing and one of my family members got coached for poor job performance when they have been doing more than the other teamleads he has set up cardboard signs to make the backrooms neater and actually listens to what his people have to say. The only reason for poor management is because upper management dont know how to treat there associates and that causes them to be like the upper management if that makes sense. Also you have to deal with overnight constantly plugging(stocking things side ways and shoving things in the wrong spot and being unorganized) you can go to pets and look at some of the shelves you see or better yet go to cereal and youll see boxes laying flat which means you cant see the image of the cereal so you can pick what you want right away. The place was good to work at but the longer you stay I promise you, you will be unmotivated as time goes on and you witness things like i discussed. Please do not work at this store this is coming from an associate(employee)Management 5/10 - teamleads are good not upper-managementOrganized shelves(stocked properly(6/10) - constantly having to fix overnights mistakesThanks to everyone who reads this if anyone from upper management reads this please fix whats going on and i'll consider writing something better. Im sorry if I offended any coaches all of you were pretty good whenever you first started but the position probably corrupted you im not sure or if it's not that its just poor leadership

It’s ridiculous that the return policy is 90 days. I tried to return something with the receipt that was not even open and they told me it’s past 90 days nothing they can do. I wasn’t even asking for my money back could have just gave me a gift card

I was at Walmart sitting at the alcohol table eating chicken and got thrown out they told us we weren't allowed to sit there when there's clearly no sign the employee was kind of rude about it

If the employees that work here and especially the managers want to leave there job that bad they shouldn't work there, granted it was five after 11 and I had been looking for medicine for my baby since 10:45 and all employees were just trying to scoot me out wouldn't help so I did as they ask waiting ten mins in line to pay for a drink since I did marathons around store looking, so I in Parking lot watching now the 20th customer leaving loaded with groceries I only wanted meds for my baby 😥😢🤮 it was a Friday are they all drunks or what lost my families business, big business 👎👎👎 kiss your healthy kids when u get home Merry Christmas 🎄 Shawn T

I needed a gift card and greeting card. The greeting card section is in desperate need of help. The gift card.. I had to go retrieve 4 more cards and watch the cashier throw many of them away for "being a bad batch".. just not an awesome place you'd want to spend time or money at... go to duncansville

Website says open till 11pm but they wouldn't let me in at 10:50pm, told them I only had 1 thing to get that was near cash registers & wouldn't even take 5 minutes, they said sorry but no. So I drove 10 miles for nothing even though website says open till 11pm. Not a good way to treat your patrons.

Everyone hates Walmart, but it's more so the parking lot. A lot of impatient drivers, or someone stupid people walking down the middle of the parking lot. But, when in doubt, go to Walmart. More often than not, they always have what I'm looking for.

completely different from the Walmart in ebensburg, they have a lot more stuff it seems n their prices are actually better too..it clean, the aisles are nice and wide where your not all cramped trying to walk down them..

The aisles are very difficult to get through due to all the Walmart workers with their huge carts. Why can't those workers be limited to doing their jobs very early in the morning? There was a time when Walmart had workers doing their jobs overnight. Why was it stopped?

Love Love Love this WALMART!!! First time EVER visiting this location in Altoona Pa. Customer Service was EXCELLENT. Brought some clothes as well, and Mannn the Quality and Variety to choose from is Awesome. Won't be dissapointed.

I would like to know why you don't offer later layaway for Christmas? Your to be a family low cost store. Hard in this world these days. Parents struggling to provide their kids a nice Christmas. Some families god forbid with more than 1 kid. 1 kid alone hard to have toys under the tree.

Generally good deal, its a walmart that is always a little busy because it generally has everything that you are going to need. I am not a fan of thier produce department, they could have a little better variety. Otherwise thier gardening center is pretty nice in season, and sometimes you han find some unusual odds and ends.

Purchased an air mattress a couple weeks ago and had to exchange it because it would not stay inflated, the employee working the customer service desk had a major attitude..I couldn't find the air mattress I purchased so had to get one that cost a little more, I just paid the difference, I asked the lady if I could have a copy of the receipt and she told me no because I didn't have a receipt when I exchanged the air mattress I had..The lady even ripped open the box of the air mattress I got in exchange and when i asked her why she was opening it she got a major attitude and said she was opening it so i didn't try to return it.. We were so excited to see checkout the clearance flowers… especially for being out of town. Unfortunately, the lady working the garden center shut down early and would not allow us to take a look …. Even though the garden center was not closing for another 30 minutes according to their signage. Will not be coming back.

My daughter needed a new phone. We use Straight Talk and she wanted a Moto G Stylus. They have them here as our WalMart didn't have any in stock. We were over here and decided to stop in. There were two guys standing right in front of the phones. One was the associate Matthew Singer. The other identified himself later as the manager of that department. They both went on to ask entirely too many personal questions and kept on about we shouldn't do the Straight Talk and to switch to AT&T. We didn't want AT&T. Dude just stood in front of the phone case and looked at us refusing to open the case pressuring us to switch. They then continued on saying we can't just switch the SIM card. Well no $hit! Not like we've never switched phones before! I wanted to get her a new memory card and they wouldn't even tell us where they were saying just use the old one.. UGH! We finally started checking out and dude just kept going on and on about how much cheaper it would be to switch. I finally told him I didn't appreciate the pressuring! So he started mouthing off and I went right back with him! The "manager" came over and snidely starting mouthing off too. Got done and wanted to look at memory cards and was told had to pay for it there as well. Said never mind we'll just go to our WalMart. He said where is that and I told him. He said oh really.. well I'll make sure to see you there. So he continued getting loud as I walked away and I did too. Ridiculous. I know nothing will be done as I used to work for WalMart and they always side with their associates. Don't care. No call for that. There was a customer there with a child and she just backed up and walked away. Damn shame! First time I was in this WalMart in years. Even told my daughter people here are whacked before we went in.. and she said yep.. I was right!
