Your selection is good and I love the new points app. Most of all it's the local store staff that impress me. Ethan was an excellent cashier and an asset to your store. When I have to work TODAY it is great to have local supplies TODAY. Staples is also clean, organized and well stocked for everything I need, and few things I didn't know I needed.

bought a hp9010 printer copier and it was to have a year of free ink. registered for ink at the store. had to set up printer at home on the internet and reregister, i couldn't complete the process, had smart senior grandson try to set up the free ink. he couldn't do it either. never got free ink. needed ink and hp to expensive to buy. bought another brand. printer won't work unless it has a hp cartridge in it. piece of junk . store should have done all the work to set up the free ink

I am an adult college student and my computer crashed and I brought it in where I was greeted in tech services by an individual named Sam. Sam was beyond courteous. He made sure he checked every box while trying to help me with my computer. He did not rush to conclusions rather he took his time until we were able to come up with a solution. I have had many bad experiences with individuals in the tech field. This was not one of them. Sam deserves a raise, hands down the best customer service I have had in ages.

I went to this location to use the self service copier machine, which I've done many times before. I had a gift card with a balance of $22.20, and I had the receipt to prove it. After making a few copies, the machine jammed, and I couldn't get anyone to help me. So, I switched to another copier, but it wouldn't let me use my gift card. I used a credit card just to finish my copying. Finally, I was then able to get someone to look at the first copier, because I wanted a receipt with my gift card balance. The manager at the store couldn't do that - even though it was an in-store transaction! And the gift card was showing a balance of zero, even though I had made only a few copies. Instead, the store gave me an 800 number to call. The first time I called, I got disconnected. When I called back, the customer service rep tried to refer me back to the store - even though the store referred me to this number! Finally, the rep called the store - confirming everything that I already explained to her - and yet she was unable to refund my gift card. She tried to give me a coupon instead. No thanks. So, I got screwed out of my remaining gift card balance (about $21) because the store couldn't give me a receipt, after I made a purchase in the store, on a copier that jammed (not my fault). And I got the run around after calling an 800 number, which I never would have had to do if the store had handled this the right way. Ridiculous!

I made a purchase at Staples earlier this week and received a coupon for $20.00 off a purchase of $50.00 only good for today, June 24. It had no exclusions written on it. I made a special trip to the store to purchase ink for my printer. My purchase was $57.00. I was told the coupon did not cover ink. Nice telling me after I made the trip there. So don’t believe everything you read from Staples!! I’ll look to get my purchases elsewhere in the future.

I went in inquiring about printing thank you cards for a baby shower. I had previous printed the invitations at a Staples in the Pittsburgh area and had a wonderful experience. I assumed I would have the same experience here.... The "supervisor" as his name tag stated, was rude and did not offer any guidance to what I was looking for. I have never ordered these before so I did not know anything about it and was asking for help. He was rude and made me feel incompetent as I was trying to explain what I was looking for. He told me that he would have to change all of the settings to be able to print them and he would have to change all of the settings in order to cut them and sighed as he said it... I thought that was your job? I asked if he could have them done in the same day because it was an hour drive for me and he stated that there wasn't (which was fine) and that it would be done by Monday at the earliest. Half way home, I receive a call stating that they were finished.... completely unsatisfied with my experience in the printing department.

The customer service gentleman helped me and didn't refer me to a machine that could have taken me 2030 minutes to figure out and try and print my pages he was able to do it within a matter of minutes didn't question was I blind or anything he was an absolute gem and I appreciate everything he did by helping me rather than referring you to a machit was refreshing

Excellent staff that are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have most items including computers and laptops always in stock so you can look at in person and have staff assist with any questions in person. Frequent sales too on office supplies. Clean and organized store. Would highly recommend. Located in Logan Town Centre near other shopping with plenty of parking.

The employees are terrible. I assumed this is the manager that checked me out.After I stood in a line of four people for some time. When I got to the cashier, she said she needed to wait on the people behind me. I guess that I needed to get out of the way. Then this guy, I think he was supposed to be a manager, comes to another cash register and I have to be move over there. I told them that I was not going to move and they insisted that I move to another line. Then this dude asks me if I was assisted in finding my items, after I was standing looking for ink cartridges and he came by and walked right on front of me, while no one was around and acted like I was in his way and kept right on going. These are the most arrogant people running this store that I have ever seen in my life.I have been in a lot of Staples stores, but none come close to how bad these people are. I shop in the Altoona area a lot, but no other stores come close to being as bad as this store is. If it was my store there would be all new employees working there very shortly. Very sad display of customer application. I feel bad that these people are so ignorant.

They've done a great job with our print jobs and Christmas cards. The only bummer is the distance from the print area to the exit.. make the entrance and exit too!

Very disappointed. Went in to get Dell laptop, an employee stopped and said I'd be right back, I stood at laptop I wanted for 20 minutes. Two others employees walked by also didn't even acknowledge I was there or needed help.They we not busy, neither was other clerk....I walked out...I called that same afternoon about what happened...and also to see if actually had in store. Said had one left, Sale was over on Saturday.I ask to hold for Saturday, I again would make a special trip (45 minutes one way) to get it. I called tonight to tell them can't make it up before work on Saturday ...I really wanted that laptop...but sale ends Saturday and have to pay full price when I come for it on Tuesday!! So they lost a $449.00 sale... because of staff when I wanted to purchase it Thursday ..on my day off.

Absolutely AWFUL. I WILL NEVER GO TO STAPLES TO GET PRINTS OR CUTS EVER AGAIN.I took my wedding programs, printed elsewhere on thick paper because staples didnt have that paper. I then took them to staples and had them cut. I was VERY specific on how I wanted them cut. Apparently, the staff didnt write any of my request and some lady cut them WRONGLY. Completely RUINING MY PROGRAMS. Awful awful awful. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

My experience in Altoona Staples, It is always nice to be recognized by my name. I have shopped there for many years over 20. Staples had the right concept at one time to focus on the customer and the staffing. Now it shows they are followers in the retail rat race. They have stretched their managers too thin ( they are always running when I'm there ) and cut back on staffing to the point there in never a person to help. the shelves are empty because everyone is ringing at the register and they all look tired and beat. the people change over too much over the past 10years too.I am from an older generation but I feel maybe someone will see this.

Went there to scan something, my husband had just called them and told them what we needed. Person was very nice on the phone but when I arrived there must have been another man in the copy center. He very curt and rude...too busy to help me...staples..you lost a longtime customer...it would have literally taken 2 minutes to help me...hope it was worth losing a customer!!! Rude rude staff member!!!

I needed copies and the clerk said it would be 30-45 minutes to turnaround the small job - 10 copies of a 14-page document. He got it finished in less than 15 minutes.
