DONT USE THE ATM. IT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! YOU WONT GET IT BACK!!! Terrible Experiance. Poorly Managed. Stealing from Customers is not a good way to Run a Business. Foul Owner. They Stole from me, a regular customer. Lost $200 In the Atm, Worker saw this happen. Owner wouldnt make this right. Very bad Customer Experience, Situation was poorly Managed, 10 Days Later and I still havent gotten my money bsck.

All our disposables have a charging option port and a port I do not like the fact that you have to be very careful what you buy because when it doesn't work out of the box you're pretty much done....

I'm 60.. I have played numbers at this store for 40 years never had any problems with anybody. I stopped in one day and a young girl I gave my piece of paper to play numbers for me kept messing up the numbers. First she blamed the lottery machine and then she blamed me, well she apparently told The owner that I was picking and choosing numbers that I wanted to play and that's not a true story I haven't been in there for several months I stopped in to get something and they refused to serve me and said the owner never wants me in the store again somewhere I have to have some rights because this little girl lied on me and supposedly the owner looked at the tapes and I've done this multiple times none of which is true..they're defaming my character and I am going to follow up with the owner but they refuse to give me his name I'll never shop there again there's too many nice places to go where people treat you good and appreciate your business and I've been around a long time I can talk to lots of people about not going into that store.

Love this store! The staff are always friendly and eager to help with anything I need. Its very close to my apartment so that makes it convenient. I always walk my dog with me when I have to go to the store. So I get some exersize and my dog as well while we go. I highly recommend this store to anyone who hasn't been there before and needs a nice place to go buy there tobacco products scented candles Zippos etc, good prices friendly staff!!! A++++

I like going on walks around Altoona PA and I usually will do some sort of shopping when I do. I don't always walk with someone, I actually am by myself for most of them. Cigarettes are something that I try to get daily. It's nice to go for a walk to get my smokes! I apologise for not saying one thing about your store itself, but Hello Altoona PA!

I've never had a poor experience here. I realize that the people working the register are just doing their job when asking for ID, there is a giant sign on the door that says no one under 18 is allowed inside. I dont understand why some people get so upset, most people have an ID/DL at all times. If you dont have it-and you get carded more often than not-you probably shouldn't go in. Its big fines for the cashiers and stores let's try to remembered they are just doing their job!

Absolute ignorance. The manager is foul. This used to be a great place to visit, now it's been turned into a head shop and the staff seems to ENJOY that type of atmosphere.

sells to minors, watched a 15 year old walk in with me ended up asked the kid how old he was when i went outside. its such a shame that the staff let that happen

Clean with friendly employees. Don't expect to be in and out in a jiffy, they sell lottery and that can be time consuming. Usually they have a well stocked inventory.

My son in law stopped in there before work to get a few cans of Faygo and she carded him for some drinks and threw him out of the store. Where do these people get the idea he can't be in that store without an Id to buy stuff sod there that is not tobacco? And act like a crooked cop too? To begin with he is well over the age . . Get some descent employees
