I just went to this sheetz on Thursday. I got a steak and fry salad. I got so sick from it that my doctor said I got food poisoning. It was not even 10 minutes after finishing my salad that I was sick. It is now Sunday night and I have another doctors appointment tomorrow for my food poisoning. I never have been this sick in my life. All cause they didn’t cook my steak, absolutely never ordering food from here again!

I went through the drive through and I got one thing. A ham and cheese croissant. It took longer than expected and my food was cold. Not warmed up at all. Not ok. Especially for the time it took to come out.

The petty charging for random condiments is ridiculous marketing fail. you lost 2 sales over 40 cents. You have no principles. You know your food is terrible and people will pay for condiments so you can make it edible

Went to the campus sheetz yesterday Fri Sept 29th around 1:45am. Decided to go thru the drive thru they wasn't packed but I was being lazy. Ordered mine and my family food went to the window to pay and we legit sat there and watched employees walk past two standing by the wall on the side talking. We sat there for about 20 minutes then pulled off. Went to Juniata sheetz and was treated nicely got all our food at decent time. Store 38 please get your act together!!

Always a Sheetz fan, but you gotta watch out when getting food. They love to charge for sauces, like ranch or marinara, then never put the little sauce cup in the bag. Always friendly staff though, so I can't complain much about some ranch. Clean, "got it all together" type stores.

Note: I used to be a supervisor at 2 different sheetz locations.I ordered a smoothe, Mac and cheese with bacon, and curly fries. Here's my problems-waited 15 minutes to receive someone else's food and was told mine will be up next.-waited another 10 min as 4 other orders went out.Once I received my food I received-bacon was cut into 2 pieces. Lazy!-they spilled my curly fries in my bag so more fries were in the bag than in the actual cup.- smoothe had a ton of ice and wasn't blended long enough.ALL OF THIS FOR 15 DOLLARS."Why the sheetz not?" How about we don't anymore.

If you want cold limp fries and poorly tossed tenders by all means shop here. The only compitent employee here is the nice elderly lady who works the register. If it was a team of 8 of her this store would work more smoothly and i would give 10 stars.

She just my favorite spot to go this is the quick bite to eat place they have many things pretty much one of the best fast food places I've ever ate at because of the quality of food they have from chicken sandwiches to hamburgers to bagel sandwiches to breakfast sandwiches to sandwiches to fried pickles fried cheese tater tots jalapeno poppers aint so much more. You can buy any kind of alcohol beverage there that isn't a can they have a very good selection with a very big cooler. And if you're down to try new things they have many snacks that you can try and enjoy depending on your taste. One hidden thing and Jim about this place is the slushy alcohol they have they have these things that cost $5 for a big golf size alcohol beverage use the economy finished too because wow they are strong trust me you don't want to try this 1 time

Got an Italian hoagie, well the bread very dryed out, and had about 3 thin slices of meat... WOW. How disappointing 😞 Someone better wake up the marketing department and look at what the competition has to offer at the same price.

Sheetz at 25th avenue is the BEST!!! Always fast great service and food. When I go there I always get light ice in my drink and usually when I pull up to the window in drive thru they have it ready with the perfect amount of ice in it. Today I ordered two hoagies with extra extra dressing and they did not disappoint! Drive thru and the people who make the food are awesome! I can't tell about counter people because I use the drive thru but I'm sure they are awesome also! Keep up the great work! SHEETZ customer forever!!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, food is prepared unsanitary, poorly put together, got a hoagie and it was soggy, moldy bread... huge health risk!!! If you want food poisoning this is the sheetz for you, and when you complain they do absolutely nothing to correct the issues!!!Do better sheetz!!!I will go to Rutters from now on.

This is by far the worst sheetz in Altoona. If you have the luxury of visiting this store during 3rd shift hours you won't be greeted at the door heck you won't find an employee if you need one , couldn't use self checkout it was froze , waited in line for 10 minutes then I sat my stuff down and walked out. Couldn't buy doughnuts because they had no bags or boxes to put them inI think this sheetz should be shut down .

Ordered a steak salad and got a tiny salad, barely any steak, in a huge bowl for $7.99. Often barely fill appetizer boxes. Tacos were rubbery and barely had meat in them. This has happened so many times. For the outrageous prices they charge, they should at least give you the food you order. I think we will go somewhere else from now on.

Hey who order an Anorexia Johnsonville Bratwurst with Pretzel hot dog bun? The yeast must have gone on strike with the water department because this special bun gone off water pills. This is a sloppy joe dog style made to order.

staff was very disrespectful refused to take charge as form of money i wanted to try the candy before putting on ice cream and i was accused of stealing immediately and it was assumed by Manager that i didn’t have enough money for a appetizer only enough for a hot dog. Had to pull money out of atm because they refused to take my money. i was also asked to leave for “stealing candy toppings” which i only had a couple to try for my ice cream then he told me get my hot dogs and leave assuming because i tried paying with change that that was all i could afford i don’t recommend this store i don’t believe anyone deserves the treatment i received tonight.

Right now i been sitting in the drive thur for about 15 mins. The service is very slow. I go to rutters all the time. I though to give them another try same old. The workers are really slow. Will be going back to rutters. The extra drive is worth it For better service. 1:05 am started and its 1:30am and still waiting. They are not even busy.

They often miss toppings on food that was ordered even thought the receipt shows it was selected. A bit disappointed by that.
