Food and drinks are usually pretty good fromThe restaurant but sometimes are a major miss in terms of quality or portion size…paid 5$ for a mac and cheese bowl with extra cheese and left hungry tonight…as opposed to my GF’s bowl which added chicken instead of cheese and has a ton more mac n cheese on too of all the meat it’s night and day!

Clean, big, friendly Sheetz location. 8 Tesla chargers and overall smooth experience. Only went for a coffee but this location was well stocked with everything except soft serve.

I always love taking my kids to sheetz. My son wanted to try out the new ice cream. I got it for him. It does not look like the picture. It barely fills the cup. And It wasn't even the right flavor in the tube. It was supposed to be cookies and cream, and it was vanilla with pieces of Chocolate chips. Even though I feel ripped off. Sheetz is still the best. I just will never get that ice cream again.

This is one of the nicest Sheetz I have ever been to. It is massive inside. The dining area has ample room and the bathrooms are clean. Plus if you want to see what might come to your local area sheetz, just walk through this store. If you are in the area, check it out.

Just stopped here for quick lunch. My turkey sandwich was DELICIOUS. Surpassed expectations. I'm serious. I'll be in a good mood all afternoon because of the work that these people put into crafting my order. These little things make a big difference in someone's day. i love sheetz they have nice workers and i like the popcorn machine and soda machine and there food is good but sometimes they take long to get your food ready they have snacks and i thank them for have this nice business.

I live in Michigan and I love to stop at Sheetz anytime i am visiting Pennsylvania. I wish there were Sheetz in Michigan, since we don't have anything like the MTO foods that are prepared fresh with so many choices on the menu. Its a gas station but the food is better than most fast food restaurants. This is the flagship Sheetz in the corporate hometown of Altoona, its the biggest Sheetz I have ever been to and it has a drive thru with the same menu ordering system as inside.

Fun seeing big store. Spicy chicken sandwich with bacon was 10/10. Voodoo dust pretty good, pork potstickers quite odd! Did not finish, hot dog like pork but too experimental

A homeless woman accosted my granddaughter outside the store and followed her inside and the employees just watched. She was very scared n felt she needed to give her money to get her away from her. And again the employees just watched.

Very nice and clean location with several Tesla chargers. We stopped twice to charge our car and both times happy with the charging speed. Their food is decent too but no other options nearby. Wish they would provide windshield cleaning for EVs as well.

Best Sheetz I have ever been inside.This place is huge. They have many drink stations with tons of choices. Coffee is delicious. Employees are working hard to get orders completed fast. The whole place is clean, like sparkling clean. The parking lot can be a challenge just because the busyness of this store. I will always return to this Sheetz. Even the parking lot is spotless

This is a very nice Sheetz. Clean inside and out. Organized and with great people that care. Some Sheetz locations are great, some are good and some are disgusting, filthy, pest holes.

One soft ice cream machine is broken, the other one has only pineapple soft ice cream. Water dispenser broken, but there's a faucet / sink in the coffee section. Out of many types of ice cream in their freezer.

The store itself is awesome and the employees are friendly and attentive and the food is decent usually !The one star is because their online app is trash . You can't even complete the order online you'll have to go down and go through the drive thru and re order everything, this isn't just a rant o always have trouble with their app and so does my girlfriend. Also I'm not too thrilled with punk teens that hang out there at night ,in the parking lot with their annoying cars and their ridiculous exhaust systems like calm down little man this isn't a fast and furious movie , no need to drive aggressively around the parking lots acting tough , Maybe sheetz should have night security for the parking lots before someone hurts one of these little delinquents . But yeah rock on sheetz I have pretty much been born and raised on sheetz haha

Carole this evening working the drive thru was absolutely amazing and very helpful when I asked if she could add something to my order that wasn’t on the screen. She was a genuinely kind person she should be rewarded.

Never again. $62 order, "toasted" subs were cold, none of the requested condiments on the subs, next to no turkey (2 slices per sub), half cooked soggy fries... I was trying to have a simple quick dinner night for my BUSY large family & I wasted that much money only to end up having to cook something else. So now, not only am I losing out on $62 dollars, but my entire evening is ruined due to everything being behind schedule & having cranky hungry children. Absolutely disgusting customer service. NEVERRRRRR EVER AGAIN!

Ordered food for my children and myself at the drive thru section and recieved the order, got home the stuff was poory thrown together, wrong items and it was undercooked and incorrectly made, NOT as directed.. well calling in they apologize and say they'll give credit or gift card for the amount. OK, so, when going to get the card the manager argues and says there is nothing for anyone by my name on file for anything! And throws a fit then finally to shut me up throws a gift card at me and the balance of $10 dollars when I paid well over $30 for the ******* food.. All heart Sheetz. So, I am now done with Sheetz, and will take service elsewhere. I've never had an issue at Sheetz before but that saddened me and really frustrated me.

I LOVE Sheetz, but this review sadly is not a good one!! I no longer live here, but when I’m home for a visit I ALWAYS want Sheetz food!! The last two visits have been very disappointing!! Mostly due to NOT getting what I ordered!! Each time, something was missing from my order and this last time, not only was an item missing but part of someone else’s order was in my bag!! Seriously, do I need to stand at the counter and remove all items from the bag to be sure I’m getting my whole order or not getting part of someone else’s order???!!! The store wasn’t even busy so there’s absolutely no reason that my order and someone else’s should’ve been messed up!!!! Soooo frustrating to get back to my hotel room and discover my order was WRONG!!! I may need to rethink my desire to have Sheetz when I come home since I’m not getting what I love from there anyway!! Managers/Owners, I hope you’re reading this!! There’s clearly some training needed in the food area of your stores!!!

Stopped here for a sandwich before our show and was blown away by this store. This has to be the greatest Sheetz ever and I have been in 100's! Super clean, modern and has every choice you could want. Very nice staff too especially considering it was a very busy Friday night.

The "flagship" Sheetz for all of the chain's locations. They test out some food options here before they incorporate them universally. I always make it a plan to stop at this particular Sheetz when I'm in the area, and it never disappoints.

I pulled in to the parking lot to grab food and was greeted by the most unprofessional security guard yelling at me to leave, then the store manager came out and yelled "get the hell out of here". I came to put a new battery in my buddies mustang because the battery died in their parking lot. I literally just got here. This is so unacceptable especially considering the amount of money i spend at this store let alone all their other stores.

Food and drinks from the MTO are amazing and worth the price. The staff is very friendly and I have built a friendship with a few of the staff. I was going to the Sheetz by my house but when I came to this one, their friendliness and care for me as a customer made me switch and make the extra trip to!!! Only downfall I've experienced is the late afternoon staff wasn't very welcoming and lacked the personality the early staff has but all in all this is the best Sheetzs I've been too!!

I have experienced some wonderful service tonight.I got a food order from this location. Took it home, didn't look in the bag til I was ready to eat. I quickly found after opening into it that it was clearly not my food and saw there were 2 boxes inside my bag and the bags label had a number that didn't even match the 2 unmatched ones inside the bag. I delivered food with Door Dash, I know how easy it can be to misplace an order. I didn't even care about what I spent, it was a matter of-I'm hungry and so are 2 other people lol. So I returned, waited in the store, and wasn't noticed til after about 10 minutes at the food counter with a receipt and a bag-when I finally said 'I'm sorry, but can you help me? do I get attention. They've never seen that happen before and had no idea I had a problem. I believe that, I go there all the time and everyone is so great, most of y'all we know on first name basis (hell even nick names). It's why I pay more for my cigarettes, drinks, food, whatever. I genuinely enjoy the staff, and she really was so surprised about it.I swear to god I thought I would have had to get a refund and re-order, like the other stores do, but yo she legit went back and threw a bunch of fries and tenders down and hooked me up with my food PLUS extra love.This right here, is why I come to THIS store! That is why it is the super sheetz! The night crew can sometimes be rough because that store trains there, but for real, the customer service is ON POINT, they are getting trained how to problem solve really well. No one can compete with these employees, like they almost never make mistakes like that and I know that they definitely make things right how they should.This is why sheetz is growing so quickly, they actually do things right.

I just ordered two western burritos and it tasted so foul. I’ve had them before but this time they really messed it up. The most terrible thing I’ve ever had and that is not an exaggeration. Tried to call them to see about a refund or if I could get something else but the phone number they have isn’t even in service. What a “convenient” store…. DONT GET FOOD FROM SHEETZ.
