The food is great with a nice selection. BUT customer service is horrible. In 2 consecutive trips, we have had missing order items and being the only one there and having to wait 20 minutes for a single wrap.They never apologized or offered anything free due to the errors on their end.

Always got something need when I'm pressed for time. From gas, lottery tickets, and food and drinks. They also have clean public restrooms. Never unhappy when I shop here.

I have been here three times. Twice I got food. The first time I was great. I got breakfast. The second time I got a steak taco. It was horrible. Cold and everything. It made me not to want to go there again and I haven't. I literally got sick. The cashier's have always been friendly to me though. So that's a plus!

Wow never had a breakfast pizza with red sauce, eggs and sausage. Hell sheetz does better than this. Its gross. Do better. Do not recommend. Then got my daughter hash browns not completely done and the side of cheese they gave was clumpy and chunky. Its to be melted cheese. SMDH. Seriously lost a customer and do not recommend the foot. It's awful. Again do better Rutters.

This is the second time I ordered food at Rutters it’s always warm or cold and I’m definitely not trying to get food poisoning while I’m pregnant . Sheetz food is 100% better cause they make sure their food is hot. I’m done ordering food from here

Nice clean store with plenty of parking available and gas pumps. Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of beverages, foods and snacks and fresh food made there. Nice to see some competition in the local convenience store market and Altoona gas prices. Store located where the old King's restaurant was. Would recommend.

Stopped around 6:30am this morning for gas. Outside lights and minimal lights inside. Cars in parking lot and could see employees inside but the doors were locked and pumps were shut down. No notice on doors as to if the were having issues. Very disappointed for lack of explaining to customers!!

Tired of sheetz?!? Give this place a go. You can see your food being cooked and prepared. Their menu is expansive, a good selection of beer {including "adult slushies"}, cbd products {including cold beverages} and they sell individual postage stamps and envelopes. The coffee condiment table is pretty nice. Also the scratch-off machine accepts your bank card so you can feed your lottery addiction that much easier!

Sorry but this place take forever and a day for any service. I’ve gotten food here 4 times now and not once was it made Correctly. The workers are rude and not very nice when you asked them correct the order. I gave Rutter’s a try but sadly I’ll stick with sheetz.

Shop here one or two times a day. Good coffee on my way to work. They always have my brand of beer in stock.

Don't order food here unless you have 45 minutes to wait for it, and that's if you're okay having your order messed up.The employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Not very well managed

Every time I order anything here it takes them at least 20-30 minutes to make it even when there are no other customers. I've had orders screwed up multiple times also.
