We enjoyed our visit to Rutters. The store is clean, and isles not to narrow or over stocked. The food ordering works well, along with the time it gets prepared & ready!We had a burger which tasted great along with fries and/ or onion rings ! The frappe and milk shakes tasted good! We have eaten here twice. There is a place to sit and eat as well !

I’ll add more photos later. This location is officially open, and gas prices are starting at $3.35! It’s a decent sized location, and it was spotless for now. I did find a few flaws, but that’s okay. Nothings perfect. Updated review to come!

Me and my wife went on the grand opening to get some food since it's right down the road. Ever since then it seems the crew has trouble making the orders or they just a lot longer. We stop in 2-3 times a week and every time since the opening they have messed up something with our orders. The food is good but it seems the staff needs training on how to complete the orders promptly and efficiently without remaking the food multiple times.

Went here with my boyfriend to check it out, are excitement to see the new rutters was shortly lived. I got a walking taco and he got a burger. At first they had to make new burgers. Then we watch my walking taco sit there for 15 minutes getting soggy. It didn’t matter because they ended up giving it to someone else on accident and my boyfriend and i continued to watch their puzzled faces look for the walking taco then call us up and tell us they gave it away and i say”i know we watched” and the worker busted out laughing . Our friend was also shorted about $10. Employees were rude and obnoxious. Will not be back. one of names Brooklyn out of 5 inappropriate cooks back there.

I have had very good experiences here on previous visits. Tonight, the young woman who made my sandwich did a very good job and another young woman followed through with a side request. Lots of choices and an immaculate, brand-new store. Açaí smoothie is very good.

Very nice place everyone was friendly. I asked about something I seen in another review about trucks only being allowed to park for 30 min. That is wrong trucks are welcome to park there for the time they need.

Went there after work and waited for almost AN HOUR for my order. I got a sub, mozzarella sticks, and a milkshake. When I came home and opened the sub I found the bun was soggy and it tasted disgusting. The mozz sticks were good and the shake was too but the wait and sub were inexcusable. The wait was because of all of their fryers pretty much breaking at once btw, how does that happen on the first night of service?!

Manager only allows truck parking for 30 minute max. She threatened to call a tow truck and have my truck removed. "Parking is for breaks only" not trucker friendly

If I could give this 0 stars I would.This Rutters is absolutely NOT, I repeat NOT truck or trucker friendly. MOD was disrespectful and rude. Won't ever go back.
