This was my 4th call to a Rite aid, I started with Mt Union didn't have the meds to fill my RX they received from my Dr. Waiting time was 3 wks. They said to call the other stores to find my med. ( They use to do it for you) Called this location (E Pleasant Vly, Altoona, and spoke to the nicest lady, she checked their system, (she was quick) said they had it and she would call the Mt Union store to get the Rx. Then she called back to say they are filling my Rx. If they were closer, I would always go to that Rite Aid. The one in Mt. Un is not the same anymore, no cust svc.

I have used this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and they have been great...as of lately. The last few months they have changed their hours making it inconvenient for me to be able to get my prescriptions after work due to them closing earlier. Also I have been out of my prescriptions multiple times due to them taking DAYS to fill it. Not to mention the customer service is mostly down right terrible, and the employees have been very rude.

I called ahead to make sure my prescription would be ready, they said an hour then texted me at 5:52 that my doxycycline was ready, we got there a couple minute after 6 and they literally closed the door and said the were closed. This is inexcusable behavior, it's an infection for goodness sake and to not fill this script speaks volumes about how little regard you have for the people who depend on your services.

This store should probably just close the pharmacy, altogether!!! They don't even open until 10am, they're closed weekends, and its SOMEHOW taken them [ALMOST] 6 DAYS to get my sons medications in that he NEEDS for school, but WON'T have. I'll never use this pharmacy again!!!Not to mention, with the exception of the male staff/pharmacist and Rebecca, the pharmacy staff ALWAYS seems "moody". I am ALWAYSSS feeling like "I'm a burden" JUST picking up scripts in the drive-through... Not cool.

I'm looking at all these reviews and thinking that they must be talking about a different store. I love the staff there. The pharmacist Stephanie is awesome! She and the girls go out of their way to help me with all my needs. They have even called a few days later to see if I needed a special prescription filled. I love these girls. The store staff is great too. Always helpful and nice.

The store employees are nice and helpful, however, the pharmacy staff is not. I always feel rushed and they make me feel like being there is an inconvenience to them. Just once, it would be nice if the pharmacist didn't seem so Moody. After all these years of being a customer , I will be switching even though it's the closest place for me.

Stephanie the Pharmacist is beyond ignorant, I have never once heard he be polite to anybody, instead of the typical "Hello" you should receive her greeting is "Yes" then she doesnt say anything after that. My wife went in there once and was questioning a prescription and all she did was argue with my wife and roll her eyes, shes evil and I'll be switching to either Tipton Pharmacy or Martin's from now on

Horrible service. Took days to pick up my order because of lacking quality customer service. Will never fill a prescription or step foot in this place again.

Continuously does not fill Rx in a timely manner. Call in a refill using their system. Says it'll be filled by 2:45 pm. It's 7:00 pm and I'm waiting 10 minutes now for them to fill.

The lack of the pharmacies ability to act like humans very arrogant and unwilling to help would make me give this a 0 if it weren't for the sweetness in the kindness of the regular workers I wish it was cops drugs again
