On January 7 they have my medication however something goes wrong with insurance so I call back on January 23 and they can no longer get the medication wth????

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. The staff is super insensitive and rude and having worked in a pharmacy myself, I know that it does not take 45 minutes to count out 18 tablets. If I could give less than 1 star I would. But have left to another pharmacy🤬

The staff is very knowledgeable and most of them are long time employees of the store. They will stop what they are doing and assist you with any questions you have. I take a photo on my phone and show it to any one of the employees and they know exactly where the product is on the shelf. The pharmacists will take the time to answer any questions you have and they will take you to the shelf to point out products that may help you. The automatic refill service is greatly appreciated and if you need to renew a prescription they will contact the doctor directly and text you when the prescription is ready to be picked up. When you purchase a prescription at the pharmacy they always ask you if your vaccinations are up to date. Something very important for seniors. The last time I was in I actually saved myself a trip to the grocery store when I was able to purchase milk and coffee in the foods section. I will definitely continue using this pharmacy.

CVS was out of stock of my medication, so they recommended me to rite aide. The lady at the drop off counter just rolled her eyes right in front of me because I didn't have my insurance card with me. (I wasnt expecting to have to go to another pharmacy) It was totally my bad... but I wasnt expecting to be dealt with like that... Thank goodness CVS is my regular pharmacy.Btw-- the other two ladies that were working were very friendly:)

I didn't even want to give you one star but had to in order to leave a review. I've gone to rite aid pharmacy for a long time now almost 4 years my first and only experience with the one on pleasant valley Blvd was HORRIBLE the lady waiting on me was nice however the female pharmacist was RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL this woman SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS.for the last 4 years I've gotten the same medication at the same time and the same amount even usually on the SAME DAY EVERY WEEK so when I left and notices my prescription was less than what I usually get and less that what it should be I simply was confused and didn't understand why drove back around to ask and get my question answered and instead I was treated horrible! And then all she could say was if you dont want it I'll take it back! Uh are you lost?? I'm simply just trying to figure out why I wouldn't get what I get every time!!! My complaint with that is my doctors every month writes me a prescription for the whole months worth my insurance will only fill 2 weeks worth at a time so I pay a co pay twice in a month bc this woman did this I will now have to pay a Okay 3 times this month and have to go there 3 times!!! Instead of only twice like normal for last four years she says either give it back or get your insurance to skip a co pay.? Why bc you messed the amount up?? Then to top it off I called insurance company and she was wrong and I was told she should of done a catch up and got me what I get every two weeks fortunately my insurance company apologized for her being so rude and told me when I go back before I go to call them and they WILL MAKE SURE I GET ALL MY MEDICINE LIKE I SHOULD OF THE FIRST TIME BC I REFUSE TO PAY A CO PAY 3 TIMES N A MONTH BC YOUR PHARMACY DISCRIMINATES BC AHE DONT APPROVE OF THE MEDICATION YOUR ON!!! TIRED OF PPL LIKE HER AND U WILL NEVER AGAIN BE BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR RITE AID!! I also did call corporate and let them know her customer service skills are horrible. I simple was confused and asking why and was treated very unfairly.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. The staff is extremely rude and the service is slow. It’s almost like they are irritated that you stopped to pick up a prescription. Save yourself some grief and head somewhere else.

Good clean store with great weekly specials, the only downfall is just about every time I pick up my prescriptions they are not all there...in turn I have to wast a trip to go back to get them.
