We come to Petco grooming for one main reason and that is Jessica! While she was out we had 2 terrible experiences and had she not returned we wouldn’t have either. She is Phenomenal!!! Not only does she do an awesome job on our golden doodle she loves her and that speaks milestones to us!!

Amy is so kind as is Patti, gentle and absolutely magnificent with my dog. She even trimmed the hair on the pads of his feet. No other groomer anywhere does that, and I didn't even have to ask her. She is the BEST and I will continue bringing Petey to Petco in Logan Town Center Altoona PA. only! You have some of the VERY BEST employee's there and always feel welcomed and like a part of the family. I love this petco store and so does NutterButter/Petey <3

I am very happy with Snookie's hair cut and bath. Her nails are perfection. and with all the mats she had I understand her hair being so short. Thank you for being so good to her. I hope you can do as well with Beauty next week. Do you have any suggestions on how to brush Snookie without me getting bitten.

Patti is amazing with my dogs. She was the only one who could even come close to cutting my dachshund's nails. She has a real talent in connecting with and caring for the animals she works with.

The grooming was done very well and the groomer handled the sudden power interruption as best she could - we came and got Ava and rescheduled. We appreciated the discount as well. We'll be back.

The staff love their jobs and are passionate about caring for the pets. From they way the groomers talk to the dogs to the special touches like bandanas and bows, PetCo has the nicest groomers. Your pets are in good hands here.

They kept notes from her last visit so they knew what stressed her out and recommended a specific time for her appointment as to avoid dogs, which was her stresser. She was so soft and smelled so nice afterwards.
