really love coming here my dog does too! Bought the spring package for 28$ and left paying 67$ i appreciate someone caring for my animal so I’ll pay the price but didn’t like how it felt thinking I was getting a deal and was not. Also the collar with the package is a piece of fabric that I could’ve bought and cut myself. Expectations were a little higher than what we received but my dog left happy & we will return :)

We didn’t receive any of the add-ons, no bandana/scent/nail buff- nails are so long they’re still tapping the floor. He left with dirty nails and dirt between his toes… plus he was completely dry & he’s never completely dry after a groom. I want my $80 back- total waste of money. I chatted in and they promised me a reply it’s been 3 days with no contact back.

They don't care about the animals at all, they keep their betta in tiny cups then HOUND you about what kind of tank you have lol they sold us a baby bird and won't take his leg band off and won't tell me his hatch date or any of his health information. I didn't get a bill of health when I bought him and now I can't answer questions for the vet because petco said "they don't keep track of that stuff" horrible I will NEVER buy another bird or fish or dog toy from petco ever AGAIN!

Arrived to pick up our dog, groomer was sitting at the desk, said all she had to do was cut her nails then we could take her. She rang us up, got paid with a tip and then never cut her nails. Very disappointed with this visit

Duke did not want to go to the grooming area, not only the groomers but some of the store associates helped to welcome him and ease his social anxiety.

Lexi our pets groomer is always so welcoming. When she addresses our pups they are wagging their tails. She does a great job . Listens to our concerns and give us the updates on how well they did and such.

Lexi is just wonderful ❤️ She is excited to see my 2 fur babies! Lexi has taken extra steps to get my one fur baby to let her put the leash around his head in a loop. I feel Lexi is a valuable person to the Petco grooming team.

The girls are fantastic they are always helpful and do an amazing job!!! Would recommend them over the other petco. They are nasty horrible customer service at tge other one. The girls here are the best wven when we visit the store they know her. She loves them!!

Well the last time I was at a petco wit my older dog they had so many problems bathing him but this time when I came to the one in altoona they where so good wit my pup so I'll definitely be returning when my little max needs another spa day
